Major attractions like Bibi-Khanym Mosque and Registan Square are easily accessible on foot. ・**Room** The room was very clean, with ample space to open our suitcases. Amenities like shampoo, body wash, and toothbrushes were provided. The room was also well-equipped with a refrigerator, hairdryer, and electric kettle. ・**Service** The front desk staff spoke English, and we could pay taxes with a credit card. They were very accommodating. Although there's no elevator, meaning we had to carry our luggage, they kindly helped us with it. ・**Breakfast** It was a typical breakfast for a hotel in Uzbekistan. There were some slightly unusual items, like pizza and leafy green salads. ・**Late Checkout** Due to our schedule, we used the late checkout service. Extending until 6 PM cost around 300,000 UZS."

"I arrived in Samarkand on a morning flight, so I reached the hotel around noon. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and accommodating, allowing me to check in early. After two connecting flights and a sleepless night, I was exhausted, and their thoughtfulness in letting me rest early was truly comforting. The hotel's location is excellent; you can walk to the iconic square within minutes, and there are fantastic restaurants nearby. The room itself has a distinct local character, with carved headboards, windows, and wooden beams. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with all necessary toiletries. There's also a heated spa on the rooftop – perfect for a romantic evening of stargazing while you relax. What truly stood out was the design and decor of the courtyard; it exudes a rich ethnic and cultural ambiance, with vibrant colors and intricate details, making it very photogenic. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the service staff were attentive and prompt. My first visit to Samarkand was an excellent experience, and I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The location is excellent, with a bank, shops, supermarket, and cafes nearby, as well as a public transport stop. The rooms were clean and beautiful. Housekeeping cleaned daily, changed towels, and replenished toiletries. Two bottles of water were provided in our room every day. We booked with breakfast, and it was all delicious. When we checked out early, they even gave us a very generous lunch box, which we ate on the train, complete with cutlery and napkins. We stayed in room 203 on the second floor, and I was pleased that the air conditioner wasn't directly above the bed but in the hallway, so it didn't blow on us and was practically silent. The staff are very polite and speak Russian; they're always ready to explain and assist with anything you need. I was also happy that there was no outside street noise or sounds from neighbors in the room."

"The staff were incredibly friendly, making my stay very pleasant. The breakfast had a great variety of options, which was a plus. Having a mini-market right in front of the hotel was super convenient for quick purchases. It's also close to all the main tourist spots, which is handy. Even though it's on a narrow street, taxis can still get through, so that wasn't an issue. The only minor point was that the shower water pressure was sometimes low, and at other times it was too hot, but it was still usable, so I have no real complaints."

"This is a good hotel with an excellent location, within walking distance of Samarkand's main attractions. The area is quiet and peaceful, and there are many international tourists among the guests, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. The staff deserves special thanks: always welcoming, attentive, and ready to help. On the downside, there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, and the breakfasts seemed quite modest. Otherwise, I was satisfied with my stay. It's a great option for exploring historical Samarkand and walking around the old city."

"Everything was great – a nice, beautiful room with AC. We unfortunately fell ill, and the staff helped us call an ambulance and guided them to our room. In the morning, they even cooked rice for the sick person. Excellent service, thank you!"

"Beautiful hotel with a wine cellar downstairs, conveniently located 12 minutes' walk from the train station. However, it's a 20-minute taxi ride to the city center. On the downside: it was cold! There was no heating in the room, and we froze at night! (It was 10 degrees Celsius outside, so naturally, it was cold inside too). Our room faced the road, and the noise insulation was terrible! We could hear everything from the street and the corridor! There was a cigarette smell in the room! It seemed like someone had been smoking, and despite airing it out, the smell wouldn't go away! We asked to change rooms but were refused, told there were no other rooms available! Very unpleasant! We did extend our stay by 6 hours for half the price, which was a plus. Pros: The room had everything advertised, including a bathrobe – though only one, even though I booked for two people. The shower was broken; both showerheads (the rain shower too) seemed clogged, and water came out from the side on both, making it very inconvenient to shower. There were only two pillows; four would have been better. Other pros: Decent breakfast with coffee from a machine. The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are clean and cozy. There's an ironing board and iron in the hallway. The beds are comfortable."

It's a pleasant, small hotel with a cozy, clean room, and all the necessary amenities are provided, although there wasn't a fridge (I know some people find this important). The breakfasts are good, with everything you need. As for minor points, I noticed some street noise, which can be quite disruptive at times. The staff is incredibly attentive and responsive – that's a huge plus for this hotel. Despite these minor issues, overall, we were very satisfied!"
