The ****** is very clean. The room was spacious and relaxing. The Brass Fork was delicious as was Fatburger! Saw The Windjammers at Club Madrid and that was a wonderful, intimate venue. Will definitely stay there again.
Facilities: Complete
Hygiene: OK
Environment: Not bad, a bit expensive on weekends
Service: Cleaning is done every day, service attitude is OK
The front desk service is also very enthusiastic, check-in at 3pm, you can store your luggage in advance and go shopping
Probably the most comfortable bed we had during the entire trip! Heat/AC unit worked great. Enjoyed the space and atmosphere. Was perfect for what we were looking for. Very nice place to stay!
The hotel is great, with a great location, good value for money, good service, large rooms, and a complete range of food, drinks and entertainment on the first floor! We had a great time. I will still choose this hotel next time.
Just off I-15, find us surrounded by restaurants and golf courses. Mesquite Gaming and other casinos are one mile from the hotel, while Mesquite Regional Sports and Event Complex is under three miles away. The Valley of Fire State Park is 55-minute drive. Enjoy our complimentary breakfast, fitness center, outdoor pool and hot tub, and event room.
On the way to San Francisco, Yellowstone, through this place, chose this hotel, although not big, but very clean, the service is very warm. Breakfast is also very rich, really good!
I booked this hotel on my way to Las Vegas. The lobby is in the **. As soon as you enter the door, you can smell cigarettes and special smells. The room is nice and modern, and everything is ok.
Location is excellent if you’re going to Lake Mead. They say staff is short, so rooms won’t be cleaned unless you ask-and if “they can get to it.” Like I said we only stay here because it’s literally 5min to Las Vegas Boat Harbor. Not a lot of restaurant options, but Boulder City is up the road with a cute little town.

GGuest UserThe hotel was clean and everyone was very nice. The room looks like your typical hotel room but no mini fridge or microwave, which was kind of a bummer but I understand their tactic. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and the tv had many channels to choose from. The location is great, right on the strip and easy to get there. The hotel is on the cheaper side so you can’t compare it to the Venetian or the Bellagio but it was a great place to sleep for a quick get away. I would recommend for anyone traveling on a budget.
GGuest UserHit up this hotel in Vegas that’s pretty easy on the wallet and in a solid spot, just a 10-minute stroll from all the big shows at MGM Grand. Felt totally safe around there, even when stepping out at 5 AM for day trips, way before sunrise.
But, just a heads-up, during my week’s stay, housekeeping only swung by once, and they were kinda skimpy on the water, only two small bottles provided. Ended up feeling under the weather one day, stuck in my room feeling rough. Had to ask the staff for more water the next day, and they were super cool about it, hooking me up with five bottles right away.
GGuest Userthe hotel is perfect when do you have kids my son don’t like smell cigarettes usually in the hoteles smell like smoke and this place doesn’t have bad smell,is perfect to sleep, the rooms are clean and bigger than others and the price is ok, breakfast is delicious and people are nice in the hotel very friendly people i was so glad to find this place
SSyahirah A AzizOverall, it was a good experience. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. However, I was a bit dissatisfied with the security, as anyone could access the room floors without needing to scan a key card. This could be improved to ensure better safety for guests.
EExpatI chose to stay here after the Ahearn hotel because the price was good for the time. I can say the staff is really accommodating and kind. The bell desk with luggage and the check in process was very simple and easy. Lobby location awkward because I really don’t like how it makes the drivers go through the Cosmopolitan lot first. Everything else is perfect, and although the first time I stayed at the Jockey Club was 40 years ago with my parent’s timeshare, this place has been maintained quite well and is now the home base for the Sapphire properties. They have a really nice business center and simple pool, while at the same time you can go to the big ****** and utilize some of their amenities. I love the decor and the space within the rooms, and it’s definitely a place to go to if staying on the main boulevard. The walking score is perfect. I specifically requested a room that did not have a view of a building wall. I have just enough Sky view to get a solid picture of the Eiffel tower. You could stay here a couple of weeks like it’s an apartment. My suggestion is to do grocery shopping at Walmart and bring your things back to the room, however there are eateries within the Cosmopolitan venue. I suggest Henry’s. Was really happy to spend a couple of nights here during my stay, as it was a retro-memory visit for me. I will check out in the middle of the night due to a domestic flight. I’ll stay here again if needing to do so long-term, but my second week here will be at a friends house locally. Definitely a good time share location choice if utilizing such a benefit.
GGuest UserThe hotel has been upgraded within the last few years and the rooms are nice. The only drawback is that the casino is a smoking casino and you have to walk through it to get to the elevators, rooms, and restaurants. It's about 2 miles from the strip downtown but the rooms are very reasonable and accessible by Uber and Lyft. A lot of parking available at no cost.
SShaun HuntI recently had the pleasure of staying at The Retreat on Charleston Peak, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The location is absolutely stunning, nestled in the beautiful mountains with breathtaking views at every turn.
Our room was cozy and well-appointed, providing the perfect balance of comfort and rustic charm. We appreciated the little touches, like the fast Wi-Fi, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the ambiance was both relaxing and inviting.
One of the highlights of our stay was the pet-friendly policy, which allowed us to bring our furry friend along. The staff went out of their way to make sure our pet was comfortable, and there were plenty of trails nearby for scenic walks.
Overall, The Retreat on Charleston Peak is a gem in the mountains. Whether you're looking for a peaceful getaway or an adventure-filled escape, this place has it all. We can't wait to return and create more wonderful memories!
AAbelDDDDuring the exhibition, except for being a little expensive, there is nothing wrong with it. It is within 10 minutes' drive from the airport and the exhibition hall, which is suitable for business trips. The only thing is that it is a bit noisy at night because it is on the roadside, but the hotel also provides earplugs. I will consider staying at this hotel next time I come to Las.
