We had above excellent service. The ladies and gentleman at the front desk were so friendly and nice. The sheets on the bed were so clean and crisp that you could smell the freshness. Breakfast was also great. This will be our choice of stay when coming in for the holidays to visit family.

Clean hotel, convient location, even smelled new, Everyone was friendly, even those that didn 't speak English. Front desk was very helpful, food suggestions, plus coupon. Recommended the Arboretum! Great time there!! Breakfsat was LACKING! No scrambled eggs, no bacon, no sausage, no sweet rolls! Expected MORE from a top notch facility!!

Overall the room was decent. Trash sitting by the can near the elevator was unacceptable. It was there for almost 2 days before being removed. Housekeeping needs help, or more professional employees. We had to track down housekeeping because on our 3rd day we still hadn't been restocked with towels, old towels etc removed and trash changed. The housekeeper acted as if we were interrupting her, and we felt as if we were inconveniencing her by doing her job. Besides housekeeping, the only other issue was the pool. When booking here, we wanted to make sure the pool was operational. On the site at the time of booking it was closed for maintenance. When we arrived, there was a sign in the elevator stating the pool was closed until further notice. I checked daily until the night before we left Florida heading for Kentucky, imagine the disappointment when we saw the sign. I will say the breakfast was far more than I had anticipated, and since we were on the 3rd floor it was quiet. Check in and out was a breeze and hassle free.

Beautiful facility. The staff is so nice and friendly, from the front desk to the house keepers. Everyone greeted us with a smile. We had a nice stay. The suite we were in was large enough for 5 of us. Very clean. Very nice out door sitting area. Complementary breakfast was hot, I really enjoyed the yogurt bar too.

Perfect location. We had a decent room with a nice balcony overlooking the river. We enjoyed our time on the balcony reading and watching the river traffic. Easy and safe walk to downtown Paducah and their many restaurants/shopping. The help, particularly at the front desk was awesome. Unfortunately I don't remember his name but the tall red headed guy that checked us in was able to answer all our questions and had suggestions for restaurants, etc. He went above and beyond his duties. When we pulled into the parking lot the hotel from the street is not appealing but the river view was wonderful and we didn't encounter any personnel that were not pleasant and helpful. Actually they all seemed happy to be there and wanting to make guest experiences pleasant.

From the very moment I arrived, you could tell this property was very well maintained both on the outside and inside. Check in process was very efficient. All owner & employee interactions were pleasant. Indoor pool was in excellent condition and pool towels were provided. Breakfast included fresh fruit, hot & cold cereals, yogurt, waffles, toast, and biscuits & gravy along with coffee, milk, and juices. The only thing missing were bagels! lol My only recommendation for maintenance is to replace broken fans in bathrooms. This is very inconvenient. A bathroom must have a fan! I would definitely recommend this location and stay here again.

Its location is the only plus for staying here as it is within walking distance to nearby major big box stores, restaurants, and a shopping mall. But even if this is concern for a traveler, just next door, there is another newer hotel of another major hotel chain. Unfortunately, physical condition of the building isn't the only problem. Upon checking in, I had to call the front desk before even unpacking to request a bunch of missing items that one would find neatly laid out at any other hotel. Housekeeping visits the rooms on every four days. On my second day, as I was leaving the hotel I asked the front desk to have new towels delivered to my room. Upon my return I did find the fresh towels alright but I also found out that all of my snacks that I left on the kitchen table were gone. An unopened box of popcorn, an unopened bag of nuts and a few more items. No, they could not be confused as trash because they were in their original packaging neatly arranged on the table. Front desk's reply to my inquiry was ”I don't know why they would do that”. The next morning another front desk staff member's answer was even more interesting: ”I will check the safe in the back to see if they locked your snacks for safe keeping”. Yet again unfortunately, on another day, after I accidentally spilled coffee on my bed sheet and asked for housekeeping, the response I got at the front desk was ”well, let me see if they can get to your room today, no guarantees though”. This is more of an answer that one would get from a prison warden to fix a leaky faucet in one's cell; not an answer that one should get from a hotel staff whose major business is in the hospitality industry. Breakfast is mediocre at best. If you are vegetarian, then you are stuck with cereal and yogurt essentially. Everyday, their egg-based breakfast items had ham. This is indeed puzzling to me. Why doesn't the hotel management realize that a typical meat eating guest can still get a satisfying breakfast with, say, a cheese omelette accompanied by bacon strips, sausages and so on. But when even the only omelette has added ham in it, there isn't much a vegetarian can do there. So, all in all, my recommendation is to look at the map where this hotel is. You will see the other hotel on the same street just next door to this one. Go reserve a room there. You will thank me for it :)

The hotel is well Maintained and the Bartenders are great. The highlight of our visit is when I spoke about a small incident to the front desk. Melissa handled it perfectly and was a total sweetheart. I tried to get her to move to Texas and work for us as a Manager but she declined. Not really but she is amazing and should be considered for a Management roll as she possesses the qualities you can’t teach. Thank you and see y’all soon.

Everything was very clean and well-kept. Breakfast was good. I’ve stayed at many hotels over the years for business, and Hyatt Place is one of the nicer ones. There weren’t many in the areas that I traveled, so I have less experience with them than some of the other brands, but this short stop due didn’t hurry my opinion of them!

The hotel is very close to the airport, everything should be available, the facilities and equipment are perfect, the hotel rooms are relatively old, the others are good, the service is also very good, is a good choice

A lovely hotel. Very clean, very spacious, and very “new” feeling. HOWEVER, the real reason to come here, is to meet ANTONIO who was cooking the made-to-order omelettes for breakfast the day I stayed. Rarely have I met a young man more professional, kind, spirited, uplifting, friendly, and helpful. And his omelette was amazing. But the omelette isn’t what’s really amazing about him, it’s the person he is. If everyone who worked in hospitality was as wonderful as Antonio, traveling would be a joy! He should train everyone in the hospitality industry!

Great location close to many restaurants and shops. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was excellent.

The service is really great here as well as the cleanliness. The room is really spacious, it does not feel cramp like other motels/ hotels I have been to. Another thing I liked about this place is that on the third floor there is a guest laundry room where you go use the machines for a certain amount of quarters and you have to bring your own detergent. Because of COVID-19 they serve breakfast in paper bags which are available in between 6 - 9AM, said breakfast is a banana, bottle of water, and a NutriGrain bar. Overall, the stay here in Springhill Suties was really great everyone was frinedly and efficient, next time I comeback to Lexington I will for definitely book at this place again.

We arrived to the hotel at 11 pm. Doors were locked. Rang the buzzer. Nobody at the front desk. Another couple. Are in after us. They said they had been calling for an hour and no answer. I called and could hear the phone ringing. Nobody there. Finally after multiple calls and buzzer ringing a woman sauntered casually up to the desk and let us in. She was in no hurry. Zero apology. When we got to our room, it was security locked from the inside like someone was already in there. So we had to go back to the desk to get another room. We were told breakfast was 7-10. When we came down to check out there was an unprofessional woman at the desk eating her breakfast from a styrofoam box that never greeted us. Finally I asked where the breakfast was and she looked at me and said it’s not complimentary, you have to order it but wouldn’t tell us where. Like she couldn’t be bothered. So two front desk women who suck at customer service and unapologetically so. Aside from that, the room was clean and comfy. Someone needs to do some desk training. Never welcomed. Never thanked.

Staff at check in and check out were all very professional, warm and friendly. We rode the shuttle to/from Churchill Downs and we were very happy to have the wonderful drivers Charles and I’m can’t remember the other driver, grey haired, both were friendly and caring. Very convenient for the Derby. Thank you !! Our room on the 7th floor was clean and quiet. It had mini microwave, mini fridge and Keurig. We didn’t use but it was convenient and everything looked clean. The bed was soft and comfy. Complimentary coffee in lobby was good and appreciated. If ever in the area will stay at this lovely hotel again.

I had a great stay at this Courtyard during a visit to the Louisville area. The staff were great and everything went well during my stay. I stayed in a standard King room which was clean and bright and had a great view of the downtown area. The rooms are a little smaller than what I'm used to but I was only in my room late at night to sleep. The hotel has several amenities for guests to enjoy. it has an ample fitness center, a very welcoming lobby, a bar, a bistro that serves breakfast, coffee, and a limited choice of food for lunch and dinner. Parking is in the hotel and is added to the room charge. The hotel wifi worked well in every area of the hotel including my room, the lobby, the conference rooms and my room. Overall a great stay and not too expensive for a downtown hotel. This hotel is located near many of Louisville's attractions within walking distance. I would stay here again if the room price is reasonable.

Breakfast is good, parking is OK, the extra bed is not clear, the environment is quite quiet.

The location was okay, apparently close to the airport and university. It was also close to a good pizza place. I didn't care for the self-closing door on the bathroom, especially since I like to use the bathroom for some illumination in an unfamiliar place. There was also a weird floor unevenness by the air conditioning unit. I prepaid $10 for the breakfast with my reservation, the signs said they charged $20 otherwise, which is too much for the product.

This property is not recommended. Located in a sketchy area with numerous homeless on the street in front and even in the lobby when I checked in. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, but it was an uncomfortable walk from a safety standpoint even during daylight hours. VERY noisy from the road in front of the property, especially for a Monday night in my opinion. Loud music from cars, sirens, large trucks. Airplanes can be heard but not intrusive and the property is an airport location, so that is expected. I would choose even-numbered room if possible, facing the back of the property. Room was clean, but furniture was worn, torn and broken. No coffee maker in my room, even though there was coffee, cups, sugar and cream. Internet was not working or slow, even for light email. I didn't even try streaming. Fitness center was good. Variety of equipment and open 24 hours. Breakfast was buffet style with the standard bacon, eggs, potatoes, toast, yogurt, cereal. Including for Bonvoy Elite if you choose breakfast over points. Side note - mobile check-in defaults to points. Staff was indifferent during each of my three encounters - checking in, inquiring about breakfast and breakfast itself. Too many negatives for me to return.

Carpet in the halls had stains, I smelled **** in the hallway, I told the front desk clerk & she said that she was going to tell housekeeping to spary. This is a smoke free hotel, she never left the desk to see where the smell was coming from. We put our bags in the room & went out for about two hours, came back and still smelled **** in the hallway. We decided that we would just go to bed & check out early and leave, about 11:00 fireworks went off until a little after midnight. I told the front desk that we where going to check out early, she said that as long as we left before check out time , there should be no problem with not paying fr the second night. Well I am still having to pay for the night , that I was no longer in the state. So if you don't mind stains on the floor, paying to park your car in their parking lot, and hearing fireworks until midnight, I would not recommend this place. Run fast !!!!
