"In general, the hotel is a relatively old refurbished hotel with relatively new interior decoration, living in suites, suites inside and outside, large area, clean environment, with coffee makers, microwaves, small refrigerators and other common equipment in daily life No washing machine. A buffet breakfast is available at 6:30 in the morning on weekdays and 7:00 in the rest days. Breakfast is rich, Western-style breakfast, but can provide hot food and hot water, which is considered more intimate. There are few other facilities around the hotel. There is a Burger King and sever-eleven that can partially solve daily diet and life-related shopping needs. The hotel did not have a shuttle bus to the conference venue, but it is said to be closer to Disney."

"Pros: The room is clean , no pest, no cockroaches. And they provided lotion in the bathroom, which is very helpful, because the hot water on shower was very hot on skin. The front desk workers are nice and kind, and response email very fast !
The cons: hot water in the shower is too hot, and feel burning on the skin when taking shower, even adjust to the lowest still burning hot.
And the hot water machine in the lobby was broken, so no hot water to drink in the cold weather, and breakfast is cold.
If they fix these two minor issues, I will gladly stay again ! Generally it’s a nice place."

"We arrived very late at night for our cruise the following day, so this was a perfect location for us. The hotel is situated inside Miami international airport so you don’t even have to travel anywhere. The only thing we found was that there were no sign posts, we had to keep stopping people to ask where it was, we walked for around 10 mins and after asking around 3/4 people we eventually found it. It is round a corner behind a Mexican restaurant and basically just what looks like an information desk. The staff were very helpful and even upgraded our room free of charge from a double to a king room. We got into the lift and found our room on the 4th floor, the corridors could do with some updating and looked a bit like walking through a prison. Our room was at the end of a corridor. It was very clean and tidy and a lot nicer than I expected. There was a coffee maker and some biscuits under the dressing table and plenty of hanging space and a steamer in the wardrobe. The bathroom was clean with hand wash and body lotion and shower gel. The bed was very confortable and after our late arrival we just went straight to sleep. We woke the next morning, had a quick coffee and booked an Uber to the cruise port. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay before a cruise or flight"

"Social media and the website make it look a lot more upscale than it is. The rooftop bar had the tiles on the floor literally caving in. The rooms were pretty clean but extremely small with the view of bushes and the parking lot. Walls were thin so you could hear pretty much everything going on. The hotel was in close proximity to everything but the location was still a little run down. Overall, i'd say a 2.5/5 stars and that's honestly being generous. I stayed four night and they didn't even offer to come clean the room or give extra toiletries until Saturday and that's only because we asked. The pool had about maybe three-four lounge chairs around it. Other than that, it was very small and the rooftop area was very crowded and compact. It worked for the time being but I would not stay here again."

"Good value and location for staying on Disney property. I stayed one night and got early access into Disney parks on Check in day and Check out day. The Walt Disney All Star hotels are priced the lowest of all Disney hotels and although they are not as fancy as the Floridian or as Coronado Springs, they are well with the stay. ゆゆみっち先生This was my first time at Disney World in Florida, and I stayed here. Due to transportation issues, I arrived in the middle of the night, or rather, at dawn, but I was able to check in smoothly.
The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to Disney World and Universal Studios. I stayed here for five nights, planning to visit all four Disney World parks on one day each.
The 8:40 AM Hollywood Studios flight was convenient, so I booked it every day. There's a reception desk in the lobby, so I used my cell phone translator to make my reservation. The desk was sometimes staffed, so I checked in around 7:30 AM before or after breakfast, and found someone there, so I used that time. They asked me to write down my room number, name, etc. on a note, so I filled it out and handed it over. They then booked my reservation and gave me a receipt. I gave the receipt to the shuttle bus driver and boarded the bus. It's also convenient to travel from Hollywood Studios to Animal Kingdom, Epcot, and Magic Kingdom by Skyliner or bus. Since we had a Park Hopper ticket, the buses to Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom only departed after 10:00, so we spent an hour at Hollywood Studios before heading there.
On the way back, we took the 9:30 PM bus from Epcot to the hotel.
Breakfast wasn't much, but it was free, so we had it every morning. Scrambled eggs, omelets, sausages, bread, cereal, yogurt, etc. There wasn't a huge selection. Drinks included apple, orange, water, and what was it again? Grapefruit.
There was also a simple convenience store next to the reception counter. I was surprised that water was just under 800 yen, but I guess that's to be expected with prices so high...
The hotel staff were also very kind.
The bed was incredibly comfortable! The bathroom had a bathtub, so it was great to be able to relax! The shower was fixed and didn't move, but the hot water was good. The room was spacious and comfortable!

GGuest UserRocketstay is awful. Pain to use, slow, cumbersome, check in extraordinarily late so they can charge extra to check in early, extremely early check out. This place was advertised at $130/night, and at the end of the rocketstay fees it was $200/night. Not worth it.

GGuest UserI enjoyed my stay at Tru by Hilton in downtown Fort Lauderdale. The location was great. Downtown, easy access to everywhere, without feeling like you’re in the middle of a busy city. The staff was very warm and welcoming. Over all, the vibe of the place is very much like college dorm or summer camp for grown adults. I’d definitely stay here again. The free breakfast every morning was also a very nice addition.

EEvanFirstly SUPER CLEAN! Inside AND Outside. CLEEEAN! Usually I hate hotels with carpet, but it was so clean I genuinely felt comfortable taking my socks off!!! And after one full night of walking basically barefoot through the room the bottom of my feet were clean!!!!! And the beds are SO COMFORTABLE!!!! I really only have two negative things to say which I will stay below.
The Front Desk lady at first Kind of acted as if I was slightly bothersome, Which rubbed Me the wrong way at first especially after she informed me that there was a $50 deposit which was not told to me earlier over the phone or before purchasing a room or after. And at first she was uncaring. But they were busy, I have a job as well and sometimes I can be slightly shorter with some customers, it's never anything personal, we're human, but at the end of it she actually made an exception to the deposit because I was not informed. Which totally made up what I felt at first. She actually turned out to be very kind and caring. so this negative one actually wasn't that negative.. lol
Now .. the breakfast 😂. PITIFUL!!! It's not nasty. Or gross.. it's just, bleh.. beagles. Bread. Maybe ONE hot dish if your lucky. Only decent thing is One Waffles maker for a HUGE hotel. Which most hotels That serve breakfast. So again it's not bad, just nothing special.. one could even say subpar, I mean the Comfort suites which is right across the street which is much cheaper has two times better breakfast.. but nothing compares to the Home2 rooms. The rooms make up for the lousy breakfast.
The bathrooms!! Have FULL bottles of really good conditioner, shampoo on my antibody wash as well as hand soap and lotion. The Smart Tvs are AWESOME! Incredibly high definition and pretty big!! And the walls are pretty thick and soundproof, you might hear a door open or close next to you once in awhile but you don't really hear people talking or any noises from your neighbor other than the occasional door shutting or opening.
And I just have to speak on the breakfast part one more time, their breakfast bar the way it's set up you would think it was going to be so extravagant. When it's worse than. Comfort suites and comfort suites set. Is ... Let's just say not humbled, lol. It definitely less extravagant come up with the breakfast is decent, I have at least two to three hot items.
Fix your breakfast and I'll give you five stars all day on everything!!!
Oh yeah they also have a gym, as well as fire pits outside which is pretty cool!! And my room, which was the king sweet came with a full size couch, ottoman and what looks like a half kitchen basically with a dishwasher and full sink and even dishes!!

SShidoudouyayaThe hotel offers a free shuttle to Universal Studios, and you can get early park access with your room card. There are two good Chinese restaurants within a 1km walk that we've tried. The hotel also has its own restaurant, a travel desk, a car rental counter, and a shop. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay.
The downsides were that the shower water wasn't hot enough in the evening, and the bathroom had no window or exhaust fan.

GGuest UserHotel was located between both universal and Disney . Free shuttle bus however the shuttle bus is very busy. Hotel breakfast very basic and disappointing. Not many options. Bedrooms are modern decorated however some issues . Bed bugs and ants had to ask to change sheets . They didn’t change and when I asked for room to be cleaned I kept being ignored until eventually had to get senior staff involved . Ant’s definitely a problem in the hotel . Liked that they offered free full size bathroom products this was useful . AC is at one temp and can not be controlled so can get very cold in the room and bedding is thin.

GGuest UserThe Ponce is an older hotel with plenty of charm and character, which was what I was looking for. It has been maintained and updated beautifully. The staff was very welcoming and accomodating. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable.The bed was extremely comfortable. Amenities included pool, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, blow dryer, iron, ironing board, writing desk with chair, huge HD TV, and free WIFI. A guest laundry room is available. The Ponce is a 15 minute walk or short drive to the St. Augustine old historic site. Shopping, restaurants, and a salon and spa are also minutes away. The Ponce is on the water, and although the restaurant does not face the water, the view is beautiful.
The hotel restaurant, the DeLeon, is a Colombian restaurant. The food was delicious and authentic! I can't wait to eat there again.
I give the Ponce Hotel a rating of A+++++. I also must mention that I left a pair of diamond earrings in my room, and within an hour of checking out, Negar, the hotel desk receptionist, called me to let me know, and my earrings are being mailed to me. This honesty and going the extra mile is seldom seen today, and I was extremely impressed and grateful. Again,I rate them very highly and plan to return on my next visit.
