We were there for 3 nights with my friends and we were very welcome. The place is charming and the quiet area. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the water is hot for the shower. Breakfast is simple but very good. The staff is adorable and available!

No matter the environment and service are absolutely first-class, it is especially suitable for special planes, and the pick-up service is also very considerate. We needed medical services during our trip, and the hotel also helped to contact medical institutions. The whole process exceeded our expectations.
Le Parlour

If you fly into Kilimanjaro airport and need a place to stay nearby - the Le Parlour is a true gem of a place. We read a couple good reviews on the place so booked it after our Kilimanjaro adventure and are so happy we did. It’s down a dirt road and kind of sneaks up on you, but once you arrive you’ll be completely charmed. It’s a lovely property with very comfortable clean rooms. The mattress was wonderful and the staff is just great. So friendly. They’ll happily cook and serve you wonderful meals as well. A perfect little spot.
Kibo Palace Hotel Moshi

Whenever I am looking to book a hotel, one of the first things I look for is a hygienic, modern and clean bathroom. This hotel gets 100% for this - what a wonderful shower cubicle, anti slip mat provided, hot water and amazing shower pressure which is adjustable. Absolutely wonderful! I went into the bathroom next to the restsurant while the staff were cleaning it - I was happy to see that they actually use Dettol for cleaning. Keep up the cleanliness, Kibo Moshi, your standards in that regard are absolutely world class - great job! The hotel also offers a nice breakfast spread, with some continental, English and local components. Great coffee, juices and mint/cucumber detox water. In short, the breakfast has everything you need. One night we tried out the pizza and fries at the rooftop bar. Very yummy pizza - try it out! Last but not least, the staff at Kibo Moshi are just amazing and no doubt make Kibo Moshi the delightful place it is right in the middle of bustling Moshi. Asanteni sana!

We enjoyed our two-week stay and highly recommend this hotel. Our room was clean and spacious and well-stocked with supplies. The staff were friendly, professional and courteous. Breakfasts were excellent. We especially want to thank Beatrice, Jessica, Angel and Jacqueline for making our stay so comfortable and going above and beyond for us. The hotel is within walking distance to town but taking a bajaj/tuk tuk is convenient. We had an early-morning flight out of Kilimanjaro International Airport and needed to leave Moshi at 3am. The staff prepared a packaged breakfast for us to take with us and Isaac drove us to the airport in the middle of the night - we are very grateful for this. Note: Power sockets are international and fit a variety of power socket types including UK and Australian.
