Good hotel if you want to transit after crossing Malaysia-Thailand border before continuing trip to Hat Yai or Songkhla. This is a basic no frills hotel. It has a common room for us to have breakfast. We can buy food from Supermarket which is in Hatyai Central ( just across the road). In the common room has microwave, drinks and biscuit. Room is huge, if can add a bench or a table with 2 chairs will be great. The large space is wasted. Bed is comfortable and aircon is cold enough. WiFi is great. One negative: instant water heater is not working well. The heater cannot be adjusted. Water is very hot. The drainage gully trap need to be removed into for the water to be drained Overall this hotel is ok to stay.

Stayed at this hotel for two nights. Very good location, close to the Gion Shopping Plaza, walking distance to Jinrong Market, santisuk Market, Robinson Shopping Street and Oden Shopping Street. The train station is nearby and you can see the station building from the hotel. There are also many halal restaurants nearby...you can go around nearby. The room is spacious and clean, the bathroom is good, and the room service is good. You can easily go to other places by tuk tuk or double row car in front of the hotel. But make sure you will bargain. If I go to Hat Yai, I will definitely return to this hotel.

I went to Hatyai for 4 days 3 nights with my friends and we chose this hotel because of the price. The price is very cheap and affordable for those who have a low budget to travel. But I didn't expect that when we got to the room we're speechless because the room was very spacious, clean and beautiful. I didn't think we would get such a room for such a cheap price.. and the receptionist was also very kind and cheerful. I will stay at this hotel again if I go to Hatyai again..🥹

The hotel is very close to Hat Yai and is a central location. If you walk, you only need to walk a few steps to the central area. This electric kettle is very popular, with 2 sets of cups, seasoning utensils and spoons. This Nestle coffee 3 in 1 is not free. The price is normally 800 baht a day, but it should be adjusted in the future to include wireless and hair dryer. The waiter was quite friendly and the underground parking was very cool. Because this hotel is eating halal food, there is no pork here. But you can buy alcoholic drinks here. But what is uncomfortable is that this movie is all sounded in Thai. I really hope that the manager can handle this. The hotel rooms are still very good and clean. I still want to live here compared to other Hat Yai hotels.

Location was superb but only flaws they only provide 1 pillow each person and the pillow is super thin. Mattress was hard. And there is no iron provided. Location is the best. There are better budget hotel which provide better amenities and at the same price

This is my second time staying here, both experiences satisfied me and my family. you can get a cheaper price when booking earlier. This room is considered spacious compared to the other hotels that I have stayed at with the same range of price. Toilet ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ You are required to pay a 500 baht deposit, and will be returned when you check out. They will ask for a passport to photocopy. They got a parking space as well for those who drive to Hatyai. However, compared to the other hotels, the location needs you to take a grab if you have no transport. 2.5-3 km away from the hotel to Greenway/ASEAN night bazar. This hotel is located right in front of the popular kedai laksa ketam siam. You can have dinner and lunch by walking only. I really recommend you to bring your family and friends!

My stay at B2 Hatyai Premier Hotel was amazing! The service was amazing, and the location couldn't have been better for exploring the city. Everything from the warm welcome to the easy access to local attractions made my experience unforgettable. The only thing that gave me a slight fright was the view of my window-a high-voltage electric pole right next to it! Every time I looked out, I felt like I was living on the edge (literally!)—but hey, at least I had an electrifying stay, haha!

We booked this hotel for swimming pool as we travel with child. The swimming pool was out of work and looks it’s since a long time. Room looked enough clean but many small animal inside which went into my coffee and my clothes, toilet was dirty, especially the bath tube and his tent. People use to smoke in the corridor and the smell is all around the floor. I found two sigarettes on the floor, which is covered with carpet. It’s a matter of safeness more than a matter of cleaning.. At check in they asked me to keep my passport and it’s first time in my traveller life, then as I refuse we agree for a deposit of 500 bath but I kept my passport. Anyway people at the desk were nice. Hotel need to be renovated, definitely.

I stayed here for one night, and it was exactly what I needed—a clean and simple room with everything essential. The staff were polite and helpful, and the location near the border was very convenient. Perfect for a quick stopover!

A slightly more expensive hotel than the ones nearby. But for its' price, it's definitely a higher end hotel compared to those around it. You get what you paid for.

I really enjoy staying there and really convenient since everything is just nearby like 7eleven, watson, boots and etc. Even the hotel is clean and good. The price is even good and this is my third time and got the same room everytime 😂

It was just a transit stay, so I didn't expect much from this hotel. They allow customers to smoke in the rooms, which left a terrible, disgusting cigarette smell. We immediately requested a room without the odor. You get what you pay for, don't expect too much. The only best thing is walking distance to Malaysia & Thailand border.

Room and toilet is clean, sure will come back. Bath room got bath tub with jacuzzi, clean and relax.

Hotel is near to Indian club, a lot of Indians stay in this hotel. So far the room is clean and comfortable. Hotel provide simple breakfast for guest till 10.30am. Bad part of this hotel is those alcoholic actually bring own speaker with very loud sound and alcohol to drink at the lobby early in the morning, just ignore them and this will be a good place to stay

Great experience,nice location beside 7E, easy access to all hot areas around. Receptionist was fast in room allocation .

The rooms are spacious and clean and I liked how each room had its own bathroom. Suitable if you have your own car. The staff even gave us goodie bags with snacks. Despite what the previous reviews say, there was no restaurant here so no breakfast available. Since this is in a rural area, expect to see insects and small critters- there were earthworms in our room which were harmless and helpful geckos. The one thing that bothered us were ants so make sure you don't leave food lying around. Given that there are not many choices , this is probably the best choice in Sadao if you have your own transport.

Pros: Free parking, big and clean room, convenient location (near to food stall and convenient stall), helpful and friendly staffs, enough toilet amenities, functioning well air-con. Cons: Parking space is not at a same building (limited space for parking at the same building to the hotel), unstable wifi speed, slow water pressure (shower).

Stayed here for 2 nights. The building is old and the room feels dim. Their buffet breakfast has quite the options. The hot water does not run efficiently, it was a rainy season on December and I'm freezing cold. Surprisingly, they have a bath tub in the room ! The balcony gives a fresh air in the morning. Overall stay was fantastic !

I stayed at their most basic Standard Single and it was still a pretty nice room with a comfortable queen size bed in a nice contemporary design room. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly although the outside of the hotel does look slightly dated. The location is good for Songkhla - probably a 5 minute drive from all the main attractions - Samila Beach, Tangkuan Hill or Old Town Songkhla. Breakfast is ok - not too many choices but does have good mix of Asian and Western Items. Food is tasty and after breakfast, the restaurant becomes an ala-carte outlet. Food is ok but slightly pricier than outside but you pay for convenience. Parking is at the back of the hotel and is secured so dont have to worry about curb side parking.

We stayed here for 1 night, the service staff gave good advice. There are 3 swimming pools. 1. Children's water park. Let outsiders play, buy a ticket 150 baht, do not play, pay 20 baht entrance fee 2. Pool next to the water park for outsiders to play. 3. The pool above for customers who stay at the hotel Breakfast is served as a set in the room with a menu to choose when checking in. There is a koi pond for the children to enjoy watching and tired of going down to take a walk in front of the beach.

Nice staff, love the room with real Thai style kettle. Big bathroom, clean spaces with good selection of bathroom products. Strong wifi and chilling refrigerator. Love the hill view from my fifth floor. Good value stay and only positive things from my side. Also, good and tasty restaurant just on the opposite side of the hotel.

This hotel is new, and has clean facilities, but, as per other reviewers, the management and reception (particularly for non-thais) is horrific. I had the same problem as others when I asked for a second keycard. They refused unless I paid an exorbitant fee, in addition to the massive damage deposit they require, and the additional first keycard deposit they require. The staff stopped assisting me several times to assist thai guests, making every interaction 4 to 5 times longer than necessary. This felt discriminatory and rude. When I asked to speak with management about several issues, I was told they were either not there or that they were not available--staff refused to call them on the phone ir give me a phone number to call. I gave my mobile number and was never called. I was scheduled to stay for 10 nights, but left after one. This place sucks and there are better options around the corner. My advice, stay away! Additionally--room beds are rock hard, water in showers is not hot, and the glasses in the room are literally the size of a double shot glass. Ridiculous.

Good food with reasonable price. Clean room. Unfortunately this place need some extra ramp or some step less for a wheelchair user. Good location, not far from Samila Beach. But the room is very narrow. The bed is king size but the actual size of the bed is as small as 5 feet. In the photo it is very exaggerated. The room size and bed size do not match the cover. Booked through Trip. In the details it says the room is on the 1st floor, but when checking in The staff told me the room was on the 3rd floor, there was no elevator. The staff informed me that the room on the 1st floor was a family room, but the staff were friendly and cute.
