Suvarnabhumi Airport
We arrived my girlfriend and I for our last few hours together and on entering the room helped by the porter we both smelt smoke and I assumed it was from the porters clothes. We booked a taxi through the hotel which was good and left for the airport. My girlfriend on returning alone couldn't sleep that night, the smell still was there from the previous smoking in the room. My girlfriend didn't complain before she left but I am very disappointed with that room. I would appreciate consideration for some refund for the room cost. Other than this I'm happy with trip. Com Thank you for your attention. Regards Keith May

Easy to travel, but the area around the entrance is not very good. Overall, the atmosphere is like a hotel mixed with rooms. It is near the market, villas, and the airport. There are a lot of restaurants.

Maybe quiet time but restaurants were not always open. It a spread out hotel. Beds ok clean but a little tired. Not much choice in this part of Bangkok. Used the new roof tol restaurant that was nice but food comes from lower floors so it is not the best on presentation. Staff were ok.

Cleanliness is good, but not the best. Think the bed sheets were not changed.... but it's too late to ask them to chang3 it... and it is very comfy, very pretty place to stay in. Quiet as well... in the corner.... and spacious enough to move around. Amenities include fridge, microwave and some shampoo/soap with towels. As well as a shower cap and some cotton buds... and a sofa to chill at + a work table and chair too. Big open wardrobe to see your clothes better. But only 2 hangers. No Slippers or hairdryer or laundry service, unlike what's shared in trip.com. but service is good with very limited English. Across the road is 7 eleven and some food as well as a laundry service.... but very inconvenient for someone that doesn't speak Thai... sigh. 4/5 total. Would be great place to stay, if not for the linens... location is convenient too.

Nice hotel. Old but still comfortable. Wide bed, large room, two chairs and coffee table. Working table. Very close to metro station.

I loved this hotel. I booked for one night so I could visit the ancient city. Upon arrival, I was immediately impressed with the hotel so booked a second night. This is just as well because I had underestimated the size of the ancient city. Two days was just right to see everything. This hotel is recommended. Everything was good.

The modern rooms are decorated in bright and comfortable colors. It is only 800 meters from BITEC Bangna. There is a Skywalk from the hotel to BITEC easily. It is also near the BTS Bangna station. There is a modern indoor swimming pool, a fitness center, Thai massage services, laundry and dry cleaning services for customers. The restaurant serves authentic Thai, Asian and European food. There is also a room service menu.

Value for money and located off (walking distance) Bangna Trat highway between 2 major shopping malls - Mega Bangna and Central Bangna.  Convenient that a 7-11 outlet is next door. Good and cheap local breakfast across the road.

There was a convenience store next door, which was convenient. It was a little difficult to get water in the morning, but it started to come out after a while.
