The room is very spacious, with corner windows overlooking the streets below. As a budget hotel, it does surpass its name, being a notch higher. With that said, as the name implies, there are some amenities that are not available in the room, such as hairdryer, safe box and hotel slippers.

We rented a room for 1 night at the hotel. Check-in at 14:00, check-out at 12:00. After check-out, you can use the beach and toilet, take a shower outside. Very good impressions. Beautiful, well-kept territory, clean rooms. The room has good lighting, hard mattresses, good pressure in the shower. Toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap, dental kit, cotton swabs, cap, 2 towels per person: small and large. Delicious breakfasts are included, they give you a paper bracelet. According to the menu in the restaurant, the prices for Thai cuisine are adequate: tom yum 150 baht, rice 25 baht, vegetable salad with cashews 120 baht. In the evening, tables are laid on the beach. Sun loungers are included in the price, beach towels can be taken at the reception by saying the room number. Not all beaches in Samet include sunbeds in the price In the evening there is a fire show at 21:00, from 21:30 to 24:00 there is a disco.

Check-in is 2 hours early, but there seems to be no direct road to the hotel - a tuk tuk dropped us off at a turn and we had to drag our suitcases through another hotel - but it's not far. Although we eventually found the road - but tuk tuks don't go there for some reason. The houses are cozy but there is a slight damp smell - it goes away quickly with the air conditioner on. The bed is large, the mattress is comfortable. The child had already had a separate bed brought in and made up, for which we are grateful. The breakfasts are meager but you won't go hungry. The beach is small but cozy.

Good value and perfect adequate with no thrills. I would stay there again if I had to be in that part of town.

The Service is normal so I give just only good score. The Cleanliness and facility are excellent. However the breakfast is poor because there is no variety of food to eat.

This is a very well maintained hotel. There is a 7-11 and foodcourt just before the turning in which provides decent meal and purchase of daily needs. The parking is ample and the rooms are really clean. There is a 200 THB safety deposit per room. Free WiFi. There is also simple food and drink at the hotel lobby 3 in 1 Coffee are available for free while the rest will have a small fee The surrounding is very relaxing and there is an option for breakfast Really enjoyed my stay here and the receptionist is amazing especially the one from afternoon to evening who received us.

This hotel is beautifully finished and the rooms are very clean. There is a kettle and an internet modem in each room which is great if you are working away or want to watch something. They also have Netflix on the TVs. The staff are very nice and the cleaners are very friendly and make sure you have everything you need.

Overall, not bad but a few key areas need improvement. Everything in the room was functional but nothing stood out. However, the location is convenient, which was a plus. The downside for me was the Wi-Fi— you have to request access through line application, which I found inconvenient. Overall, it was an average experience, nothing exceptional

A very small but natural resort with only 25 bungalow type rooms. Some detached some twins. Room Interiors are modern and clean. No catering service at this venue yet restaurants are plentiful within walking distance. But the great advantage is it's privacy with direct outlet to the sea for coral snorkeling and Sunrise Beach . Walking to the famous Sai Kaew Beach is just a few minutes walk. Free Wifi coverage is thru out the entire venue including the seaside. The owner and her members are very nice and friendly. Discount coupons of some restaurants on Sai Kaew Beach are available at front desk on request. Room cleaning only available for before 11.00 am. Check out before 11.30 am. Some rooms are too far from Seaside and some are too hidden. The bests are #1 to 4, 8 to 11. We stay at #2 was excellent. To and fro the Main Pier is easy by Public Transport for just few minutes drive. If you have heavy luggage, hotel has tricycle to pick up at or deliver to Public Transport Stop.

The hotel has an Elephant Cafe near the pier, which can arrange speedboats and parking for 500 baht per person. After arriving at the pier, someone will help you take your luggage to the hotel. The hotel is 10 minutes away from the beach. There will be music and fireworks shows at night, and the hotel's breakfast is also great. Although the hotel has upper and lower age groups, the facilities are all OK.

Very nice place. Not too much sunbeds, but tey have service in near bar. Breakfast not so large choose, but very delicious. Pier near not so good because of gasoline.

Excellent hotel!! What I liked: a secluded hotel on a cape, quiet, homely, comfortable. The territory is well-kept, there are places to relax, sit and admire the sea in the evening. There was a separate standard house: a good mattress, it was comfortable to sleep, but there is a significant BUT: there are no bedside tables or shelves in the room near the bed, nowhere to put glasses, a book, a phone. All things were thrown on the floor. This is terribly inconvenient. I would like to contact the organizers of the hotel: Correct this oversight!

Great vacation in a secluded bay! We recently spent an unforgettable time at this hotel and want to share our impressions. We were accommodated in a new bungalow, where we were greeted by a stunning atmosphere: a cozy room with a huge bed (larger than king size) and fresh renovation. The breakfast was pleasingly varied: always fresh fruit, chicken, meat, excellent scrambled eggs and soups are prepared on request. The only thing is that the choice of sweets is a bit monotonous, but this does not spoil the overall picture. The beach is simply wonderful - closed, cozy, with enough sun loungers. Every evening - a real show: live music and a mesmerizing fire show right on the beach. The location of the hotel is one of its main advantages. The territory is well-kept, the atmosphere is calm and romantic. Particularly impressive is the opportunity to enjoy nature and white sand in a secluded bay. We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable vacation with excellent service and picturesque nature. We had a family holiday with a 12 year old child. The hotel was very decent, located on the first line, the view from the room was on the sea, every evening from the balcony we watched gorgeous sunsets, as well as Samet Island. The pool is very well located, literally next to the beach. The food was very decent by Thai standards. The rooms were updated, cleaning was daily. But the place itself is very quiet, there is nowhere to go except for cafes on the beach. I recommend the hotel.

It is a newly renovated hotel, not a new hotel. Many of the room's equipment has been improved. New air conditioner, new bed, new TV, 4-5 power outlets to charge your battery comfortably. Some parts of the building are not in order, such as the elevator on the 3rd floor, the floor is not smooth when opened. The hotel is by the sea, you can walk down. There are many swimming pools, but some are old and not suitable for swimming. The highlight is the building-type rooms with two 5-foot beds and a sofa bed.

This condo is good and the service is good. I had to check out early for personal reason and they agreed to let me pay only the night i stayed. Much recommended. Be aware that you will need a transportation tho since the area is not covered by grab.

We spent 4 nights in this cozy hotel (two adults and two children) and we liked it. The hotel is a bit old, but this only adds to the atmosphere. The place is designed more for business groups, as evidenced by the large conference rooms in the main building. But during our stay, the hotel was almost deserted until some Chinese rowing team arrived - when we came for breakfast, we saw 2-3 more people - and that was it. And such solitude was a pleasant and unusual surprise. A spacious two-level room with a balcony overlooking the pool was both cozy and comfortable. Two air conditioners on each level, a work area, a good shower, excellent mattresses, daily cleaning with replenishment of water and tea accessories. Breakfast is typical for Thailand, without any special delights, but you will not go hungry. Fried eggs or omelettes are prepared upon request. The hotel has a wonderful large swimming pool for any level of swimmers - the depth on one side is 3 meters, there is a paddling pool for kids. There is a bar near the pool where you can order drinks, food from the restaurant and even make instant noodles. All this for a more than adequate price. If you are tired of Thai food, then to the right of the reception in the main building there is a cool restaurant Fresco - at affordable prices they beautifully serve both local and European dishes. Separately, it is worth talking about the place Mae Pim itself - you will find a gentle sea without waves, a large number of restaurants with local cuisine for any budget, a fish market, where for a small fee they will cook you grilled seafood. 7-Eleven is a 3-minute walk away. The almost complete absence of other tourists - a complete feeling of peace and quiet. Of the minuses of the hotel - perhaps only poorly working, and constantly falling off wi-fi. There is also no safe in the room. Also, the staff does not speak English very well, but this is compensated by their friendliness and willingness to help. Recommended.

Nice and quite resort, just at the Ao Khai beach, friendly and helpful staff and restaurant food menu has a good selection for meals. It is great place to chill for couples, families and group travelers. Pick-up and drop-off services are available. There are also couple of bars nearby.

Accommodation is ok. May not be next to the sea, but not far if there is a car, 2 minutes to the beach. Or a little diligent, you can walk for 10 minutes.
