This hotel is next door to the market. It is best to request a room higher up to keep noise down. Hotel looks new, there are several Tara Grands, all belong to same hotel group, when we were here, you can request to stay in any one of them. I like my room overlooking the market. The room I was in, was lovely and clean. For short distance, they provide a buggy service. Buffet breakfast is served from 6 am but limited choices. This time round, we couldn't get black tea with milk. Can get ovaltine n hot coffee. On the main road, can get bus or taxi to Future park. Lots of transport available to take you to Suvarnabhumi. Staff can arrange transport too. Card deposit was 500 or 1000 baht for 2. Staff are super friendly n helpful.

Overall Experience: Good, but Could Use Some Improvements I stayed at this hotel recently, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location is great, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel has a nice atmosphere and offers decent amenities. However, there are a couple of areas that need attention. First, the hotel is a bit old and could use some updates in terms of furniture and decor. While it’s still comfortable, it’s clear that the property has been around for a while. Secondly, the Wi-Fi was a major issue during my stay. It was very slow and often disconnected, which was frustrating, especially since reliable internet is an essential part of any hotel stay nowadays. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience was still positive, and with some improvements, this hotel could be great.

+ Good mattress. + Kind and helpful receptionist. + Food service (from outside the hotel) to deliver meals to your room. + Close to a food market. - It is a long walk from the main road. - Aircon doesn't cool as much as desired. - The sink is on the balcony outside the room. - The room looks old and would benefit from a new coat of paint (and a new bathroom door). - The bathroom is very tiny (toilet + shower in one). Not sure if this is a negative or a positive because now you can sit on the toilet and wash your hair at the same time. Thank you to the receptionist for letting us borrow the scooter to drive to the laundromat!

Nice room, soft bed, cool air, but not impressed with the service of Front office staff and cleaning maids. Front office staff on check-in day speaks badly. And there is an expression that is not friendly Quite often As for the housekeeper The sound is loud. In the morning, you will hear the sound of the housekeepers doing clean cleaning, shouting and talking. And the sound of the radio communication is quite loud. I heard into the room. Makes me feel very disturbing when resting. Noisy from morning until the afternoon Please manage and fix it for me. Thank you.

The settlement passed without problems. All fast. Deposit 500 batt. When we were evacuated, I was not worried when it became clear that there was no elevator ... The steps are very cool and there is no one who would help with the suitcase. The room is quite ascetic. Bed, table, chair, cupboard. TV and refrigerator. The air conditioner is located right above the bed, blowing like a crazy. No adjustment. It had to turn it off and turn it on for the night when everyone wakes up from the oven, then turn it off again when we get cold. And so all night. In the bathroom bottle of shampoo, gel, shower hat and ear sticks. Soap was not. The water pressure was very weak, but the water was hot. The room is clean overall. The breakfast is very scarce. Of course, if you don't get chewed, you won't stay hungry. There is a morning boiler on the respiratory. But it is not free access, but they have behind the counter. The child needs to cook a cough in the morning. We came, said we need a boiler, we were answered to come in 7 minutes. After that time, the worker in charge of the boiler was not in place and no one could replace it by surprise)). It was necessary to wait 10 minutes. Why not just put the cooler?! I don't talk about the teapot in the room. To sum up, the three-star hotel is not pulled exactly. No service, no room equipment. But if you need to just stay, it is quite appropriate.

Overall clean and tidy. Good location. You can walk to the supermarket next door in a few minutes. Staff are polite and helpful However, the hot water heater was not working in my room. I asked the apartment customer service to ask questions. The customer service said that they would deal with it the next afternoon, but in the end it was not dealt with. I could only use frozen water to shower.

The accommodation is clean, but the bathroom floor is a bit slippery. The location is near the Thai market, in front of the alley there is a 7-11.
