The room is good. It would be better if they have provided water heater with free coffee sachets in the room. But what I like most about it is its location. Super close to everything. You can just walk to Central mall and to Adlib hotel to experience KK's sky walk.

The hotel room was a bit old, stayed for 3 nights, the first night I found that the mosquito and gecko will inevitably have. There is only one pair of slippers in the double room. I am used to bringing my own slippers and toothbrushes. Breakfast is relatively simple, and the portion is small, I order 3 breakfasts for two people every time, of course, an extra one is to pay. Although she is not an excellent hotel, the place is not small and green enough, and it is cheap, close to the city center, and it takes half an hour to drive to the basic attractions.

We stayed in a room for 4 persons on the 3rd floor. The elevator stopped between floors so we decided to walked up and down the stairs. The cleanliness was just alright and it would be the area for improvement. The staff was friendly and the amenities met the minimum requirements. The location was the best for us to get around easily. Besides, the room itself was spacious.

Hotel good for 1 night stop. The room was spacious and the double bed was done with 2 twins, so huge and very comfortable. The toilet was just ok.. Balcony with pigeons and the view was just in front of an old building. No lake view. Maybe wrong room. Funny that for plug the cattle I have to move the fridge.. 😅 We cannot enjoy the breakfast because close at 10am, but we can get a coffee and some crackers. Many restaurants close to the hotel around the lake.

The hotel is very clean and tidy as it’s only 3yrs old. It felt very modern and the staff were very friendly. The only bad but of my 2 night stay was the loud noise coming from the nightclub at the bottom of the road. The very loud base sound doesn’t end until 3am every morning.   I personally couldnt sleep before hand even with the tv left on.  Such a shame.  Only a 20 minute walk away from the lake and only 10 minutes walk away from  7/11 and restaurants

I stay before covid long time ago when hotel was near new it was amazing now like lot hotels in world they still struggling to get out this covid break not same tourist coming hard make it pay.it still very good hotel and like it a lot.the breakfast was good but coffee ☕ machine did not seem working witch for me main part breakfast need ☕ in morning.the rest breakfast we very good the staff very helpful I would stay again 100%

The accommodation is near the university, but the road is quite narrow. When there are cars coming in the opposite direction, you have to be extra careful. There is a lot of parking available. Overall is ok.
