This was my second stay at this hotel. On this occasion the room was overlooking the pool. I preferred the room I was allocated on my first visit, as it was in a newer portion of the hotel and in a more private area. However, anyone with children who enjoy swimming may like this location better as the rooftop pool is almost level to this room balcony. This was room 315, and during the day the noise from those enjoying the pool is intrusive, also there is no privacy on the balcony, and one must keep the curtains closed if privacy in the room is required. Saying that, on this particular visit we would not be spending much time in the room, so I did not ask to be moved, which I may have done on another occasion. The room itself is a good size, as are most in this hotel. The balcony is spacious. Unlike the room on my previous visit, this one needs a little attention. Repairs have been made in the bathroom and the finish is not good, with patches of plaster and grout over the tiles and repaired areas. It looks scruffy and dirty. The shower head needs a good descale, or better still, replacing or upgrading. Also loose wiring, which I belive once serviced a telephone in the bathroom, is still loosely dangling down the wall. This time I did not book breakfast, so will not comment on that. The front desk staff are fine. Registering was simple, and I was courteously attended to when phoning down to extend my stay by one night. There is no food offered here except breakfast, which is understandable given the location, as there are one hundred and one places to eat within a stones throw of the hotel entrance, and that is not an exaggeration. Overall a pleasant stay for a reasonable cost, but well under par as to my last visit, and my expectations, due to my preference of room location and the poor maintainece of the room itself. More attention to detail is required by management. Would I stay again? I doubt it, unless it was based purely on location and I needed to be in this area. I'm sorry to say this time the hotel fell short of my previous experience and I will be inclined to seek alternative accommodation in the future. (I live in Thailand and visit Pattaya frequently). To cap this review, the owners/management need to inspect, correct, replace, and renew many items before the hotel takes on that rundown, uncared for, and unkempt look and guests, like myself, look for better maintained accomadation.

It is a cozy truly dog friendly resort with bungalows. We stayed with two large dogs and felt very welcome. The rooms are simple but clean, the staff very friendly and helpful. The location is good with lots of shops, restaurants and thong to do around.

The room was well priced, well decorated and a decent size. I found the bed comfortable and the bathroom big enough as well. The rooftop infinity pool and bar were great, not least because I had them to myself for the majority of my stay! The food was good quality with a range of Thai/European/American dishes. Overall, a very nice hotel located just outside where the nightlife is so you won't hear music when you are trying to sleep. However, this is only half the picture. The staff at this hotel treated me more like family than a guest during my stay. They are the kindest hosts I have ever encountered out of any hotel I have stayed at - with a special mention for Aunty Mod who was always sweet and helpful and really pleasant to talk to. I will be sad to leave in a couple of days and have told them as much, but I will return.

The hotel is not bad, but quite old, it needs reconstruction. It is convenient that it is not far from the central beach and close to the shopping center, but all the markets nearby are expensive, all the cafes are expensive. Expensive area. Breakfasts are good, I just did not expect that they would feed so diversely

The space was. Excellent;we really enjoyed have my the rooms to split our group .The rooms were quite clean and well-kept except for floors ;a little dusty, perhaps from not being used often or recently. We were surprised that the washrooms were not equipped with shower slippers nor tooth brushes or combs. There were two small safes for valuables, which was appreciated. There were five of us and only three plates and bowls. Four cups and coffee packages. The staff were friendly and helpful except in the restaurant. The restaurant was reasonable and we found the food quite tasty. Unfortunately, we cannot give much credit to waiter,Manny. He was just short of being rude. Twice interrupted our attempt and giving our order to go and talk to other staff(????). Our request for something to drink with breakfast was brusquely denied. No choice for breakfast … rice with some vegetables and egg. We managed. An attempt to talk with him and apologize if we had offended (I am sure we didn’t do that but my training taught me to do that). He did not attempt to understand and just walked away. I worked more than 20 years in the hotel industry with Holiday Inns and Marriott Hotels. His behaviour would have found him without a job before his shift was over. He is a serious drawback to your hotel. Our group of five speak Chinese and English fluently, and a little French and Thai(very little). I am 74 year old former teacher. My fellow travellers are former students who know I do not tolerate their treating people rudely or impolitely. They have been travelling with me once or twice a year for almost 20 years, since they were middle school students.. They know how to treat others.

The location is in the middle of Soi 5, about 3 minutes from beach road and 2nd road, so you can easily access anywhere. There are also many restaurants nearby. There is a 7-Eleven and a currency exchange at the exit of 2nd road. There is a TOPS store, Mac, Starbucks, and a currency exchange at the exit of beach road, so it is convenient for fun. It is about a 10-minute walk to Soi 6. The staff was very friendly and friendly. There was a bathtub, but the amount of hot water was not very good. The yellow water is a common thing in Thailand. It had a sense of openness and a resort feel that was more than worth the price. Overall, I think it is a good hotel that is more than worth the price.

We are a mixed couple (Chinese and UK). The reception staff were very friendly upon check in. Our room was clean and modern. They provide water, shampoo, soap, body wash and a fridge, slippers, bath robe and a safe. Location - the hotel is located a 10 min walk to the Park Market and Toshin Market and a 20 minutes walk to the fish market. It's about a 20 minutes walk to the beach. There's some little shops around the hotel, but be careful on the little back roads due to fast cars. Breakfast - You have to make your breakfast selections on Check in, so you have to know in advance what you wish to eat and drink in the future. The coffee is nice, but the food is just a microwave wrap. It's fine for a breakfast. The first night at the hotel was good, and we got a decent sleep. The second night, we arrived back, and there was a loud game of Mahjong or poker going on next door. The problem is, they put us in a room with a (locked) adjoining door. The door is not sound or light proof. This meant we could hear every word and clink of the ******** chips and had light shining in during the night. We said to reception, but this kept going on. It really puzzles me why they put us into an adjoining room. The next morning, the next door was open, and I saw it's a room without beds, so perhaps designed just as a games room (see last picture). It definitely made me a bit wary that if one of the players had a key, they could open the adjoining door to our room. Definitely avoid the rooms ending in 09 or 10 if you want to guarantee a good sleep. This isn't the fault of the lovely workers. it's a design problem/owners issue.
