The room was very clean and the supplies were complete, including toothpaste, toothbrush, and sanitary napkins! There was a language barrier when communicating with the aunt, but the boss solved it in seconds. The boss was a little boy who looked young. He basically replied to WeChat in seconds, which made me feel safer. The beach was just 100 meters away, and the sunset was super beautiful. There was a super delicious and cheap restaurant nearby. I forgot what it was called. There was a super big Bodhi tree in the restaurant!

A lovely boutique hotel, cozy rooms with a balcony, excellent service and friendly and acomodating stuff and management. Situated in a quiet alley, minutes from the bustling area and nightlife. Highly recommended.

Excellent townhouse. Everything is clean, the owner quickly responds if something is needed. It's a bit far to the beach, we specifically looked for such a place. Quiet, no fuss. Nearby there are shops and a market and hairdressers. In 7/11 you can pay RSHB, it's convenient. Cats also came to visit us. Each room has air conditioning. There is a washing machine, we did not use it. 3 bathrooms with accessories. I want to come back again

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach, the market, and all the main attractions in Pattaya. The room was very clean and well-equipped with everything you could need – a washing machine, microwave, stove, fridge, and even smaller items like an iron and hairdryer. The kitchen also had a coffee machine with coffee provided, which was great for making a morning coffee. On top of that, the rooftop offers a public pool and loungers for those who prefer to relax at the hotel instead of heading to the beach. I highly recommend staying here!

DdavidNo slippers, tooth brush or toothpaste. But was mentioned in the booking so I should have checked again. The linen may have been washed with very strong detergent so I ended up scratching a bit. The front desk were mostly nice especially the morning shift but I wanted to extend and the evening front office used the excuse that the cleaning stops at 4 pm. Prices have gone up since my last visit and I got a single room where I paid almost the similar for a junior suite. There was a message in the lobby that said no wifi in the rooms during my stay and I was quite upset inside but on enquiry they mentioned that it had been fixed. So why the message/notice. It's under new management I heard so perhaps the changes mentioned but price wise it may not be value that I received 5 months ago.

GGuest UserThe environment is clean, soundproof, quiet and without any noise. English and Chinese can be communicated. The food provided for breakfast is very rich and tastes good. There is a swimming pool on the top floor. This weather is the most comfortable in Thailand. The Temple of Truth can be seen not far from the swimming pool.

GGuest UserLocated in the Venice Villa area of Pattaya, there are hot pot restaurants and supermarkets at the door, which is very convenient. It has an independent swimming pool, which is very beautiful. There are 4 bedrooms that are clean and tidy. The living room is large and the kitchen is also good. It is very convenient to cook by yourself. The main price is very cost-effective.

JJay WisarutWe had a wonderful stay at Ibis Pattaya . The prime location, comfortable accommodations, and excellent service. Just a short walk to Terminal 21, which has a huge shopping mall with everything you could need, and walking distance to Pattaya Beach. The only thing that was disappointing was small shower and toilet area, making it uncomfortable to use.

BBrian A WThe space was. Excellent;we really enjoyed have my the rooms to split our group .The rooms were quite clean and well-kept except for floors ;a little dusty,perhaps from not being used often or recently.
We were surprised that the washrooms were not equipped with shower slippers nor tooth brushes or combs.
There were two small safes for valuables, which was appreciated.
There were five of us and only three plates and bowls. Four cups and coffee packages.
The staff were friendly and helpful except in the restaurant.
The restaurant was reasonable and we found the food quite tasty. Unfortunately, we cannot give much credit to waiter,Manny. He was just short of being rude. Twice interrupted our attempt and giving our order to go and talk to other staff(????).
Our request for something to drink with breakfast was brusquely denied.No choice for breakfast … rice with some vegetables and egg. We managed.
An attempt to talk with him and apologize if we had offended (I am sure we didn’t do that but my training taught me to do that).He did not attempt to understand and just walked away.
I worked more than 20 years in the hotel industry with Holiday Inns and Marriott Hotels. His behaviour would have found him without a job before his shift was over. He is a serious drawback to your hotel.
Our group of five speak Chinese and English fluently,and a little French and Thai(very little). I am 74 year old former teacher. My fellow travellers are former students who know I do not tolerate their treating people rudely or impolitely.They have been travelling with me once or twice a year for almost 20 years, since they were middle school students.. They know how to treat others.

IIpBasically the price is possible but the management is too petty non-buffet breakfast 2 per set choose one is also good but the coffee or milk tea is only a small cup to add a cup to add money was a minor problem but this should be one of the hotel's services swimming pool The most ideal but this time I mistakenly settled in the A area room because to 2 beds next time must be right in the pool room is more ideal
