The room is very clean but small. The location is superb. Their staff is also very professional and attentive to customers. Air con is noisy but very cool. No fridge, microwave, water bottle inside the room but it is okay, 7 eleven is just across the road. I think it is the best value hotel than this in Pattaya.

The room is a bit cramped, and the shower room is definitely not comfortable. The door to the shower room is 70% shaded 30% transparent in my opinion hence your roommate can see your blurry shadow showering inside 🤣 And the shower room doesnt have any hanger, so you need to hang outside or hang it on the gap above the door. Definitely very annoying part. My colleague which is pretty big said he can't **** comfortable because the closet room very narrow. But for normal people, I think it's still comfy enough. Also the mirror is black mirror type, so you can't see your make up color precisely. Overall the hotel room have good ambience and comfy enough to sleep. It's also within walking distance to the beach and 7-11. They have pool, gym, vending machine to buy snack or instant noodles and free flow of drinking water. What i love is that they have huge window & space to put our stuff beside the bed, and some option for the room lighting.

We love the location of the hotel. It has a swimming pool at 2nd floor. The toilet and shower were good. Bed was spacious and comfortable same with the air conditioning unit. Wifi is excellent. I just wish the staff can communicate in English. We had a hard time communicating with them but overall, the experience was so good. If I'd be back in Pattaya, I would still stay in this affordable hotel.

I recently stayed hete and had a pleasant experience. The location is convenient, with easy access to local attractions and public transportation. The staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth.

05.02.2020 4F Standard Studio. 2 nights. Personal overall impression is ”normally good.” Since it is still a new ＳＡ, there are few buildings and equipment that are damaged. There are two entrances. (Maybe the general residence and rental? are separated.) Personally, having a bathtub is a plus factor. Also, the TV channel is a plus factor that you can watch about 3 Japanese commercial broadcasting stations. You shouldn't expect the view from the room. However, although I didn't go this time, the view on the rooftop (８ F level) looks good. Lawson 108 is facing the road in front. Close to Tuccom (bus station). It takes less than 10 minutes on foot. Shopping at the underground TOPS, not as large as Robinson's underground TOPS, so there are few assortments, but the same is true for wallets. It's a little south on the east side of Sukhumvit Road, so it's far from downtown and coastal parks, so you're a little prepared to walk. Especially in the daytime, it's painful when it's sunny. Bitter smile. Instead, the price is not cheap, but not expensive.

We are a mixed couple (Chinese and UK). The reception staff were very friendly upon check in. Our room was clean and modern. They provide water, shampoo, soap, body wash and a fridge, slippers, bath robe and a safe. Location - the hotel is located a 10 min walk to the Park Market and Toshin Market and a 20 minutes walk to the fish market. It's about a 20 minutes walk to the beach. There's some little shops around the hotel, but be careful on the little back roads due to fast cars. Breakfast - You have to make your breakfast selections on Check in, so you have to know in advance what you wish to eat and drink in the future. The coffee is nice, but the food is just a microwave wrap. It's fine for a breakfast. The first night at the hotel was good, and we got a decent sleep. The second night, we arrived back, and there was a loud game of Mahjong or poker going on next door. The problem is, they put us in a room with a (locked) adjoining door. The door is not sound or light proof. This meant we could hear every word and clink of the ******** chips and had light shining in during the night. We said to reception, but this kept going on. It really puzzles me why they put us into an adjoining room. The next morning, the next door was open, and I saw it's a room without beds, so perhaps designed just as a games room (see last picture). It definitely made me a bit wary that if one of the players had a key, they could open the adjoining door to our room. Definitely avoid the rooms ending in 09 or 10 if you want to guarantee a good sleep. This isn't the fault of the lovely workers. it's a design problem/owners issue.

The rooms are cleaned daily and has a fantastic range of food available. Would definitely recommend to anyone as also on the main Baht Bus route for getting around.

Если вы собираетесь брать самый эконом - то сильно не советую Это будет маленькая комната без окон (только там понимаешь на сколько важны окна для атмосферы), там стоит жуткий запах тухлой сырости, на потолке плесень, и нагреватель воды не работает. Красивые фото из бассейна - забудьте. Стекла грязные, вода тухлая. На просьбу переселить затребовали деньги, переселили бесплатно только после того как с потолка потекла вода. У нас даже паспорта свернулись от влажности Кондеры работали хорошо Первая линия, сразу через дорогу пляж - тут все хорошо. но купаться и загорать вы там скорее всего не будете, а будете ездить на острова, там сильно симпатичнее и вода чище в разы. Расположение хорощее, рядом есть много чего, по улице ездять тук туки туда сюдя чтобы съездить на ночной рынок, или в другую часть города

B2 Amata Nakorn Premier Hotel is maybe the best of B2 hotels, near to highway - 7 - and the old road. Go and see Lake- Grand Canyon . Great swimmingpool open to 22.00 and fitness . You need to eat outside or bring food to your room . BUT the best is the price around 600 Baht and it look likes a room fore 2000 Baht .

Next to Wannapha Beach, convenient for walking and looking for something to eat. The only disadvantage is the room that was attached. At the pile of old bottles next door. There was a bad smell and the room windows were not clean. Other than that, the room is wide. New air conditioner, cool, new blankets

Nice room but a bit outdated style. Located on Bypass - Panusnikom intersection. Suitable for long stay period as there' s a kitchen area. A convenient store ( Family mart ) is in front of the hotel. Wifi is not good. Japanese is a main target of this hotel as you can see everything translate into Japanese . They also have Japanese restaurant and ” Onsen ” in the hotel.

The mattress is very comfortable. The bed is very soul-sucking. I went to bed and didn't want to get up. Disadvantages: The shower bathroom is too high and cannot be adjusted. There is no elevator. Book through Trip. Call the hotel and request a 3rd floor. The staff will arrange it. Overall good, will go back again.

The small eateries around the hotel is quite good. Go walk around and explore. There is a shop across the street selling rice with dishes for lunch. For dinner there is a mookata and a hotpot nearby hotel that opens till late. Central plaza closes at 9pm. There is a statue of Phra Phrom in front of the hotel

Couldn't ask for more from a resort, epic food, super friendly staff, moved heavan and earth to ensure all guests needs were met. Super spacious, clean rooms and an amazing private beach and reef right in front of the cabins. Was also super impressed with how reasonable prices are considering I was travelling alone. Will definently recommend this place to anyone looking for something a little more laid back than most places in port Vila while still being a place where there's plenty to do for all ages, thanks for the slice of paradise guys.

Cosy small resort a bit out of the way but quiet about 15 minutes walk from all the action on the beachfront . Friendly efficient staff with clean rooms.
