The room is clean and spacious. The decoration is simple but modern. The bed is comfortable. The location is very good, with some shops and restaurants nearby. The laundry shop is only one-minute walk away. The only thing a bit undesirable is the light in the room is quite dim.

Quite so so. Budget hotel indeed. It’s ok for a night but quite spooky. The ceiling are not fixed. Overall, it’s ok for that price but not recommended.

When going to Chiang Rai, I will always stay here. Very impressed, clean rooms, safe, complete facilities. Adequate parking Morning tea / coffee is served. The staff are very friendly. Provides information for restaurants or tourists as well as being a host.

Work Den Chiangrai is a new property that is clean, spacious, and simple. The rooms are decent size. For the price, it is an awesome deal. The breakfast buffet is also good, again, given the price of the accommodation. Location is not that central, and there isn't much in the vicinity. However, Grab is available and relatively cheap in Chiang Rai.

This was an awesome sm hotel! Best out of my 2 weeks in Thailand and Prapapan (guessing the owner) was so helpful! It is quite (a few roosters in am :)), super clean, accurate pictures and a great deal! I stayed 2 nights, but would have loved to have been here the whole time and not in Bangkok! Prapapan also arranged a taxi for a early flight and they arrived on time, yay! This is best hotel I've ever stayed & I love the quite neighborhood, (about 1.5 mi from town/touristy center) . Thank you, Prapapan!

This was in a good location, close to the market and bus station. The place was very clean. Each person was provided a bottle of water in the fridge. There was a freezer as well which was great. Breakfast was good with a nice selection. They even had free bikes you could rent. They also had a self serve washer which was 40THB and dryer which was 60THB. There was a small pool in the lobby that was only open from 8a-8p. The only negative was that it required a 500THB deposit in cash which could be a problem if it's your last day in Thailand. For those familiar with hotels in the US, it's comparable to one of the nicer Comfort Inns.

Quiet place - clean rooms and beds - kind personal - no breakfast nor lunch but you can eat near the resort. Good swimming pool but small if more people in it. There is a good cheap laundry and 7 Elleven also near resort.

My stay at this hotel was quite pleasant. The location is very nice and convenient, with easy access to public transportation options. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Additionally, I found the room rates to be quite reasonable, providing good value for the price. I booked an extra night as the price was very good for the standard of accommodation. The WiFi was a bit hit and miss at times but it's not a big problem. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in Chiang Saen

Take care of it. 10/10 Traveling here is very convenient because it is on the main road. There is a parking lot ready for a good stay Inside the hotel has a very beautiful decoration. Excellent boutique hotel facilities and environment for a quiet relaxing stay. Private reading rooms available. Bit pricey but worth the money spent. Check it out. Nearby local restaurants to cater to your F&B needs, should you choose not to dine in hotel.

Very good,clean room in quiet location close to the border crossing. TV channel options are poor. The restaurant had limited opening due to a lack of guests. Car parking is outdoor. The main road is a minute away and has many vendors.

Big hotel, spacious room but looks old. Free parking. The elevator upstairs has a musty smell. When walking out of the elevator, I smell the bad bathroom. Breakfast has two choices, noodles or porridge. The taste is ok. A lot of ants in the room. The ceiling bathroom looks very old, as if it was almost collapsed.

Hotel has very good location and nice decoration .It is full of spirit of Lanna if you come to travel at Maesai do not forget to take you relax here.The staffs here will help you as much as they can .Come to share your greatest memory with them now.

The rooms towards to highway are thanks to mearly a thin glass window between you and the constant traffic noise uninhabitable and shouldnt be rented out. The shower knows only extremely hot or cold water as only half of the showerhead holes are working the water flow in the heater is so limited that on lowest level you have boiling hot water on your skin or you chose to turn water at full and get skinned alive. Internet non existing in the rooms. That was my night awake.

Good location in Mae Sai in the commercial area, there is a cafe to sit and chill open in the afternoon 15:00-22:00 in front of the hotel, helpful staff, wide area parking, swimming pool, no elevator, no key deposit, clean room, comfortable bed, very spacious room, just right, the air conditioner in the room is not cold. Therefore, the staff took the fan to come. Smooth because the room is full Try to solve the problem well

Accommodation, cleanliness, three stars, the hotel is quite old, service provides three, convenient parking, close to the market, no need to walk far, moderate price, considered worth the price.

It was in a good location.taste of food is very good.we ordered panner curry for nons ...the taste is excellent... reasonable cost is here.seating seats are very nice and tables are very neatly arranged.

The hotel has 2 buildings on each side of the road. Accommodation is a small building, self-service, no porter. The door opens with a card.
