It's OK, but the air conditioner in the room is too noisy, and the noise in the room facing the street is also very loud. The breakfast is average, but I think, overall, it's acceptable.
Everything is good especially the view of haram. Near to gate 320. Easy access to Masjid Nabawi. All staff are very friendly and helpful. Really recommended to stay at this hotel. Probably with stay in future.
This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. Location is perfect as it is 10 min away walking distance from the mosque. We also had breakfast and thought it to be okay.
The location of the hotel to the Nabawi Mosque is very close. The room is suitable for bagpackers because the room is small and the space is narrow to open a large bag. Not suitable for large families. Small toilet. The waiting room lobby is comfortable and good. Good staff. Mr. Arab is not good in terms of PR. All Arabic people are not friendly. Pay and go. No need to talk much with them.
The nighttime reception service was unfriendly, and the housekeeping standards fell short. During my last night's stay, I noticed the glasses in my room hadn't been replaced; the old ones remained. Despite calling housekeeping twice to request cleaning, the task was done carelessly.
Breakfast needs more variety. Adding Western and Asian options would make it more exciting.

Very nice hotel, modern and clean, great staff, comfortable and spacious room.
Small downsides: problems with hot water in the shower and the distance from Masjid Ennabawi due to work in the city but the hotel provides a shuttle before and after each prayer
The hotel location was so good, near from Masjid Nabawi (2kms) and near from Jabal Uhud Terminal Bus

FFAISAL AMIRThis hotel was supposed to be 3.5 kilometres in a straight line to Masjid Al nabawi but due to road works we ended up travelling 9 km each way.
The hotel itself is a converted apartment building that turned into Suites probably because the owner couldn't sell the apartments due to the area not close to any business centres or shopping malls.
Prices were reasonable and the staff was friendly and communication is great
No USB charging ports provided anywhere including lounge or bedrooms.
No towels or any cleaning supplies provided to keep this little apartment clean.
Bathroom floors were extremely slippery to the level I would call dangerous.
Bathroom fittings, kitchen ,bedrooms and all furniture in living area also large and comfortable , but we booked for six beds they only provided us 5 beds plus a thin single mattress , which was a great disappointment.
But for us, the biggest drawback was that it's too far from Masjid Al nabawi and not suitable even at low prices.
I would recommend paying more to be closer to Masjid Al nabawi there are plenty of options within 15-20 minutes walk at good price, but if your reason to stay in Madina is not Masjid Al nabawi, then this hotel suite is okay, just consider all the notes I made above.

NnovitasaridawWe almost not had a room, yet we keep persistent to our booked-hotel that already paid and no cancelation. At the end we have the room but seemingly different type with our booked previously. It should be three bed inside, but we had four bed inside.
Well. Still no problem for us, at least we have a room to stay during our umroh in madinah.Alhamdulillah

I recently stayed at Faraj al Madiha and while it was a bit far from Haran, it turned out to be manageable. The hotel provided transportation for every prayer time, which was a great convenience and made my experience much more enjoyable. Overall, I found the stay satisfactory, and I appreciated the effort made to accommodate guests' needs.

GGuest UserLocation is a bit far from the Masjid Nabawi. There is no shuttle service either. You need to rely on taxis which are not exactly convenient for pilgrims travelling to mosque multiple times a day. Food was delivered to our room but it was not sufficient for 2 people.
