"If we hadn't been freezing, I wouldn't have paid attention to such trivial details as the trash in the trash bin from the previous tenants, the inability to connect to the Wi-Fi, and the broken TV. It was impossible to watch anything, apparently because the internet was so weak that the TV would try to connect, but it never actually played anything. The same thing happened with the Wi-Fi. It was very cold coming from the window, the radiator under the window was barely warm, and we set the air conditioner to heat, but the maximum it produced was 22 degrees Celsius (72 degrees Fahrenheit) (the temperature showed on the screen). It was freezing, and the air conditioner certainly didn't blow 27 degrees Celsius. Overall, I think this is unacceptable in a hotel of this standard.
Overall, everything was fine, but... the above spoiled the whole experience."
