The sanitation is good. The Pakistani little brother mops the balcony and washes the floor every day. It is very clean and hygienic. The environment is average because there is a stinky ditch downstairs, which always smells a bit. The price is relatively cheap. You can cook and make tea, but there is no kettle to boil water. I suggest the boss buy two kettles, one for milk tea and one for water. There is no washing machine, but I can wash clothes for 12 pieces of clothes for 500 Pakistani rupees

I would give a very fair evaluation! The boss is really nice and helpful. The dry and wet separation of the toilet is really great. It is worthy of the Chinese word! Thank you. I highly recommend this place. I will never make mistakes.
