The unit is very aesthetically arranged in such a way that you will feel like you were a Princess or a royalty. That's the vibe it gives off. Very well thought of, as in everything even the toiletries, is an upscale version of the so-so tpiletries from common hotels. Like all were good and expensive brands just waiting to be used by the tenant. Al in all, ut was a very pleasant experience.

The location is very convenient, just a few minutes walk to Divisoria for shopping and to Binondo for great Chinese food trips. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, always greeting guests with a smile and ready to assist with anything I needed. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with complete amenities for a relaxing stay. I also felt very safe during my entire stay as they have security and the area is accessible to transportation. The WiFi was strong and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was great after a long day walking around the busy streets nearby. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Manila for shopping, food trips, or even business. I will definitely book here again on my next visit. GREAT ROOM: The restaurant servers, both at the breakfast buffet and during à la carte dinner service, were all very attentive and friendly. Their warm and professional demeanor truly enhanced the dining experience. CABIN/STATEROOM ATTENDANT: On the other hand, I found the service from my stateroom attendant to be lacking. Throughout my extended stay, there was little initiative to check in on the room, inquire if anything needed to be refreshed, or ensure we had everything we needed. As a long-staying guest, I had hoped for a bit more attentiveness and consistency in service.

It was my first time booking a room at Ibis Styles and I could say our stay was incredibly pleasant. Located at Gateway 2 inside the Araneta City, it was quite easy to find good food as restaurants are a plenty. Amenities and service were delightful. The staff were courteous and went above and beyond. Christopher was just great as he was able to let us check-in early without a hitch. Our conversation was quick and the check-in process was efficient. Meanwhile, we were fortunate to have talked to Lucky who helped us get the security deposit back even when we haven’t checked-out yet. I’ll definitely book a room again when I come home from overseas.

The lobby wasn’t impressive but I was pleasantly surprised with the room. It was spacious and clean. Had coffee and tea making facilities. The bathroom was great as it had amenities such as toothbrush, comb and razor. It had hot and cold shower as well. All this and it was at a good price

Love the view from the balcony, the host was very responsive, they are actually a team that I guess entertained for all the guests and they are very attentive and warm. I ask them to entertain my sister and my family as they are already in the lobby and they are very quick to respond, kudos to the host and team. My only other feedback is the pool access is not available for guests during weekends and holidays but the main purpose of renting the place was during holiday staycation so I'm giving 2 stars for the amenities only. 5 stars for the room itself ( love the interior design btw 😍) and 5 stars for the service cleanliness, the location is superb.

The staff is very welcoming, the room is very large, fully equipped, in good sanitary condition, with a nice view from the balcony, good security nearby, and fast food and convenience stores.

The room and the hotel building were clean and tidy! There was a microwave, kettle, washing machine, dryer, and refrigerator in the room, which was very convenient! I didn't quite know how to use the dryer, and I didn't know how to use it when I called the front desk, so it would have been helpful if there was a sign explaining how to use it. We stayed with five people and only had the bare minimum amenities, but there were only two toothbrushes, shampoo, and body soap. There were five bath towels, but only one hand towel. Maybe it was just because we checked in early, but it would have been helpful if there were enough for everyone. The pool was large and beautiful, but it would have been nice to have a place to rest right next to the pool! There was also a gym, and it was quite close to the airport and shopping malls, so it felt like it was within walking distance!
