"My dad and I were looking for an accommodation just along the road, and we saw this one immediately, so the location is very convenient for travellers. I like GoHotels eco-friendly concept (no disposables, water is refillable, etc). They have free and safe parking for cars, which is always a main consideration for my dad. The food in the included breakfast buffet was great. The food variety was excellent but it didn’t have any fruit juice available. Otherwise the Lotus Blue cafe also had great food at a very reasonable price.
The location was very close to the main downtown area and walking distance to clean malls with plenty of food and restaurant options. The area is also very safe and friendly.
Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with the room. The hot water heater inside the room was not working. We immediately reported that to the front desk. They sent a maintenance mechanic to fix it but same issue every time we tried to use the shower. They promised to replace the heater while we were away on our tour, but when we came back the hot water heater was still not working. The water from the shower would first come out very hot and difficult to adjust. Then after that the water came out very cold. I reported the same issue to the front desk but no results. Thank goodness we were only stuck for two days."

"Great experience overall. Very beautiful place specially the beach. I wasn't able to try the gym because we stayed just for an overnight stay to travel somewhere. The food we ordered is szechuan beef. It is so spicy, not a normal spicy, but inedible spicy. We tried to eat it because it's already there but it's really intolerable. Everything is a pleasant experience except that specific food."

FFulgencio PolThis is my second time with them as its very closed to where my business need todo, the hotel is much better improvement they have a wide stairs no elevator had a firm nice comfortable bed with sift pillow and a heavy blanket, nice good size room although the bathroom is a bit smaller they have a hot water in the shower, kettle to
make a hot water for coffee or tea, the bath soft and shampoo is empty. The just behind the gaisano mall and pacific mall very convenient walking distance to sm mall as well. I would stay there again if I can return to legaspi.

The breakfast buffet is superb. My family loved the place, the coziness and safety-ness of the area and the warm welcome, the room is spacious and i love their pool too. I am just looking for a refrigerator even small and slippers too. When i entered the parking lot it was 7pm. The parking was very dark,( no solar lights, no lighted posts, no security or parking attendant to assist us, just to make the person who would park there feel safe) with very small parking space just enough for an SUV to fit in after 4attempts for a slant parking. Over-all it was a good experience inside.

NNatalia_ekbFriendly staff, checked in at 10am. The room is large and clean, you can see the volcano from the window. Breakfast is silong and coffee. Good location - the bus station is a 10-minute walk away.
Cons - Wi-Fi disappears, no hot water, the door to the room opens with difficulty.

Super classy, clean, cool, complete needs from towel, coffee and all. Definitely will book again here kapag nag visit ulit ako sa bicol for personal and work travel ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Sulit every penny!

From the cost (na sulit talaga kapag nakita mo ung room), the rooms with amenities to staffs - 100% super recommended! Plus, ung tranfer to airport na kasama sa package, kahit super aga ng flight namin, they are willing to give you car service ❤️
