The location is easy to find, I accidentally found that the store is Chinese, the manager is very good, knows that we need to cook, help us upgrade for free, a big motel, the facilities for children are complete, but the shower equipment is a little old, overall it is good

The location is excellent, you can see the Tongari Lilu Snow Mountain, the surrounding environment is good, there are trails at the entrance, not far from the town center supermarket, driving is very convenient. The room is clean and has a kitchen and a spa.

The room is too small and the suitcase is difficult to open
There is a bit of a question mark about the service in the restaurant. The lamb knee was replaced three times and it was still icy next to the bone. It needs to be replaced the fourth time.

We had a great stay! Front desk was friendly and helpful. The rooms and the place was clean. We arrived at the start of winter season, not too many guests so we had the place almost to ourselves. The amenities was great, they had a lot of DVDs for entertainment, and the common kitchen was clean and well maintained. We also ate at the cafe which was delicious. The location was walking distance to the groceries, the tourist information center and other eateries. Overall a great stay!

The accommodation was surprisingly good for the price and location. The receptionist was very accommodating and waited for me until I arrived before she called it a day. I liked the common bathroom outside the main house as it was really warm and spacious.

The rooms were fabulous and I just loved the kitchen ...as it saved me from buying takeaway which I dislike as it's unhealthy and expensive...my kids n.my husb ...we ALL LOVE HOME COOKED MEALS ,ESP when on a vacation.God bless you my dear for being so supportive ..

Mmike9513The boss and his wife are very responsible. We went to the back and rode a mountain bike. There are surprises and thrills along the way.
Special reminder, this place is very suitable for walking to Tongariro, you can reserve a car directly to the hotel entrance to receive delivery.
Behind the hotel is a pasture, which is beautiful in the sunset.
The landlord is very helpful and caring, thank you very much
