"The location is not that far from train and bus station, so you can walk about 17 minutes, if you don't have too big luggage. Otherwise, there are seversl tram lines that can take you there in just a two stops, while the stop is just in-front of the hotel. We only stay overnight, having a small breakfast box from the reception at 5 AM. The third bad was not ready, but the reception boy came in 10 mimutes and prepared it for us. There is a coffee machine in the lobby, but it was not for free, as usually in Norwegian hotels. Thrre was no coffee in the room, as well."

"The stay experience was very poor, the hotel's hardware facilities were good, the room was large and comfortable, but it was arranged in the room on the 2nd floor, and there were several stairs. The room did not have any view at all. When the curtains were opened, the platform was a platform. The breakfast was exaggerated and tasted good. However, professional training of front desk staff is seriously insufficient. At 7 am, I was sleeping in the room and a staff member swiped the card to open the door and entered the room. It was the first night I stayed and I didn't ask for any cleaning service. The sudden break-in made me startled and very upset. This kind of wrong room number and random opening of the room door is a serious violation of the privacy and security of the guests, which is completely unacceptable. At present, I have sent an official complaint email to the hotel email, which clearly requires strengthening staff training, but I have not received any official reply or apology from the hotel party, but only said that I am investigating, and it is recommended that passengers who pay attention to privacy and security should consider carefully. I have lived in many other hotels, and this kind of mistake has never happened. If a girl lives alone, it is more terrible. I can't imagine it."

"This Hotel is very smart. The rooms are enough for few nights in this city. I am sure 100% that it is the best option in this city. Very close all objects which you want to visit in this country. Breakfast are amazing. Cozy style of this resteurant and room. Everything was perfect. Towels available Wifi available Nice to be there once again"

"I really unbeatable location downtown, however this hotel has clearly seen better days. There was a very dangerous step into the bathroom, which was neither illuminated nor marked very clearly, therefore we had several trips before we were familiar with the layout of the room. The room itself was also kind of small and the view was essentially somebody else’s room along with the garbage bins. Breakfast was the best unremarkable, but the package for when we left the hotel was lovely. You get where you pay for. Again, excellent location, but in sore need of a redecorating effort"

"The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the central station and close to the pedestrian street and the church. The room is quite spacious, and overall, it offers good value for money. The only downside is there's a construction site nearby."

"The hotel rooms are small, but the self-service check-in and check-out, as well as luggage storage, are incredibly convenient. Downstairs, there's a simple dining area with boiling water facilities and a spacious common area with plenty of seating. It's also very close to the train station. Highly recommended."

"The first time I lived in a standardized European camp, the experience was very good, because it was not a RV, I chose a cabin, the public bathroom and toilet were very clean, because I didn’t bring kitchenware, I couldn’t experience the public kitchen, the natural environment of the camp was very good, the air was very fresh, there was 42 buses at the door, It takes half an hour to go to the center of the city. There is a supermarket at the entrance of the camp. The staff is also very nice. I watched the RVs in the camp, just like visiting the RV Show."

"The room is quite big and enough for 3 people with 2 big and 1 small luggage. The location is perfect, only around 3 mins to the Oslo Central Station. Oslo was the last station in Norway in a nutshell, even though you take the night train from Myrdal to Oslo, you can immediately arrive the hotel. There're many convenience store and restaurant around. Besides, the lemonade welcome drink at lobby was so good ans fresh. The only one thing is no shower partition at toilet. But I think the toilet is big enough, so it was still okay. Overall, it's a really nice hotel and worth to stay."

"The breakfast was good, and the room was acceptable. However, the room cleaning service needs improvement: I stayed here for three nights and requested daily room cleaning upon check-in, which was recorded at the front desk. However, when I returned to my room the next day, I found it hadn't been cleaned. I told the front desk, and they sent someone to remove the trash and change the towels. They also told me that my room had been registered for priority cleaning the following day. But the next day, when I returned, the room was completely uncleaned. I think this aspect is very poor."

"Book this comfort hotel for proximity to central station yet far enough to be away from pedestrians. Near tram and bus stations as well that can bring you all over town. Walking distance to Munch Museum, Bjorvika broadwalk all the way to Akershus Fortress and Castle. Breakfast was GOOD. Same stuff everyday but variety enough to try different things for 3 days."
