"If you’re staying with a kids, please don’t bother staying here. Or maybe my bad luck with another guest. I was at the pool with my kids, only there for less than 5 min, (my kid did’nt even in the pool yet) came this arrogant chinese lady, asked me to keep quiet because she wants to sleep. MIND YOU I WAS NOT LOUD, MY KID WAS NOT LOUD. WE DIDNT SHOUT AS WHAT SHE SAID.
The management (caretaker) later came and asked us to keep quiet as THAT LADY complained. Even the caretaker understand us and admit that we’re not loud nor shouting.
I was totally unhappy and asked my kid to leave the pool which we’ve been not even 10 min overall.
We later prepared to checkout early, I think it is not even 10am. We are really dissapointed.
The dissapointment came from the management on how they handle the issue.
I did asked for proof on how loud are we being.
They can’t proof us.
Because none of it ever happened.
I suggest you put on your ads, NO KIDS ALLOWED. It will be easier for everyone."

"To make things even better, it would be great if you could provide clothes hangers. Here in Malaysia, many women wear headscarves, and sometimes we bring outfits for events, so it's really inconvenient not to have a place to hang towels and clothes. Also, a more absorbent bath mat would be helpful. That's all. The water pressure in my room's tap for the toilet was also quite slow, maybe you could check why. Anyway, overall the experience was okay, I wasn't frustrated at all. In fact, for the price I paid for two nights, I'm quite satisfied."

"Hotel Review
Overall, I was quite impressed with the swimming pool, and I really appreciated getting the pool-view room and connecting room as requested. The breakfast was also good.
There are just a few areas that could be improved:
1. Bell service: There was no bellboy available, so I had to ask the security guard for assistance with the luggage trolley. I understand that the security team has their own responsibilities, but having a bell service available would make the arrival and departure experience more convenient for guests.
2. Accessibility: The parking was generally okay, but for OKU or wheelchair users, the distance from the drop-off point to Room 701 may be quite far and could be challenging.
3. Ironing facilities: The iron board was not in very good condition and could be replaced or maintained.
4. Curtains: I noticed some mould on the curtains. It would be good if they could be cleaned or replaced to maintain a more comfortable and hygienic room environment.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and I hope these small improvements can make the experience even better for future guests."

Deluxe Mutiara Ville Cyberjaya
7.3/10
Posted on Jan 4, 2026|Standard Double room City view
Guest UserI had a wonderful stay at Mutiara Ville, Cyberjaya. The room was clean, spacious, and very well maintained, making it extremely comfortable throughout my stay. The highlight was definitely the awesome cityscape view — waking up to the skyline and enjoying the lights at night was truly refreshing and relaxing.
The amenities were excellent and thoughtfully provided. The building offers great facilities, including a well-equipped gym, swimming pool, and secure access, which added a lot of convenience and peace of mind. Everything was easily accessible and well managed.
Overall, Mutiara Ville is a great place to stay in Cyberjaya, especially if you enjoy a beautiful city view combined with modern amenities and a calm environment. I would highly recommend it for both short and long stays.

Guest UserThe room's cleanliness was a major concern. Although we often found places with better quality and value for money, if you're not particular about cleanliness, this might be an option for you. However, our stay was truly awful.

DingdangThis place is located right behind a mosque. While it's not on the main road, there are 7-Eleven, 99 Speedmart, and even a Segi Fresh nearby, making daily life very convenient. The best part is the safety; you need to pass through three doors with access cards to get into the unit. The pool is incredibly clean, much cleaner than those 'influencer' pools in the city center. The room was comfortable for two adults and two children – really good! I'd definitely choose this type of apartment again if I have the chance; it's more budget-friendly and comfortable than a hotel. I highly recommend this apartment style accommodation. It's about a 20-25 minute walk to IKEA (BIKL) and a 10-15 minute walk to the shopping center in Bandar Utama.

EatMaggieFirst of all…really appreciate the low rate from all Sun Inns Hotel. This is truly amazing.
But I would like to say there’s still room for improvement.
For example, I rmb there’s some room in Sun Inns comes with a smart TV, not all. I recommend adding smart TV to all rooms.
Good thing is there’s water dispenser which is much needed.
The air cond is super cold 👍 we actually turned it off because it’s just too much
But the light in the room is broken…so the whole room is quite gloomy.
The bedsheet is separated, I don’t like it tho, why is it separated into 3 pieces ya? Some hotels also like this 🤔
And one important thing…the bed shouldn’t be facing directly towards the door, this is very bad in fengshui… there’s plenty of space to place the bed, I wonder why it is placed like this.
Normally hotels know fengshui right? 🤔
Bed facing bathroom door and main door is very very bad, strongly recommend to change the placement of bed.
