The hotel is very new and the location is very convenience there are a local food market nearby. the room is good even a size is quite small but good enough to stay 1 or 2 in the room. There are fresh brew coffee for free service in the lobby.

The buffet breakfast on the first day was great! The pandan chicken was our favourite. They have egg stations where you can order how you like your eggs, toasts, fruits, cereals n milk, coffee machine, dim sum baos, nasi lemak, noodles. Quite decent for the price of the room Inc bf. Had a nice chat w the guy manning the counter as we were there at like 7am n there were not other guests yet. Sit near the window if you are early and get a nice scenic view while enjoying bf. Location wise no comments as we go everywhere via grab. Room was clean, only wished they had bigger rooms for like 2 queen beds for families with young children. We had a king bed but cannot fit all of us. Shower lotion n shampoo not great so I used the ones I brought along for my children. It smelled like Mama lemon dish washing detergent. Aircon was cold n nice.

The hotel is like 5-7 mins drive to Komtar, the town center. Easy to find food around, walking distance around 3-5 mins from the hotel. I stayed in room 205. The room was spacious but without a window because it's in the center. The bathroom space was just nice, bathroom ”wall” was a piece of large glass covered with blinds. Toilet exhaust fan doesn't seem to work. The room aircond took some time to get cold but it's not very cold although already put to 16°c, full fan speed or turbo mode. Maybe it needs some servicing. For those who are driving, they have a small basement parking with 6 parking lots and the front of the hotel can park up to 3 cars.

Recommended! Great location which is very convenient. Nearby got convenience store, fnb, mosque. Clean room and very clean bathroom almost like new. They also provide a decent breakfast which tasted great. Cons is the parking space is limited and narrow so your only choice is road side parking or paid parking. Room very narrow and no tables to place your luggage or to eat. Which is very annoying if you like to tapao food back to room.

Resort ala bali.. Bilik maharaja besar & ada separate room dgn 3 single bed.. Bilik biasa ada 1 king bed.. Sofa pon besar.. Cafe cantik. Makanan sedap tapi agak mahal sikit. But it's OK. Overall OK je.. Tapi pool kena check. Takut ada Masalah lagi ya.. So far staff dh setel. Okay la..
