Firstly, I would like to acknowledge Afiq during check in. He was extremely courteous extremely polite. Room is slightly smaller than imagined which I think is due to the layout yet fully functional. Smart TV had netflix, youtube and prime which wad AWESOME. Water pressure good with hot water. Room came with clean towels and bed sheets. Toilet was bigger than expected. Room seems a little rundown though. Cleanliness will be an issue for some eg. stains on the sofa and alot of dirt under the bed. Ohh yeah we had an encounter with mr roach which I dealt with swiftly. 🥲

Strategic location to everywhere. The sound proofing is poor although the hotel has assigned me a higher floor, 19 floors to be exact. Luckily I have no trouble in sleeping/I am a good sleeper. I think it’s something unavoidable, given the location in the hustle and bustle of the city. As a first time user of trip.com, therefore I got some discount in paying for the total bill. The most I love is the water dispenser. I can get refilling easily and stay hydrated throughout the stay. Nice komtar view at night is a plus point.

Despite this, I would still recommend Travelodge Georgetown for its excellent room quality and overall service.

They do have water dispenser in front of the lift. I have checked out their common Iron area, however for me the iron board is not up to par. The entrance might is bit narrow for me with 2 hand carry. It will be great if the shower room have more space. Nearby have food and minimart. It’s suitable for 1 person stay.

This hotel is located near the Bayan Lepas International Airport which is very convenient to air travelers. Parking is easy and close to the building. The plus point of this hotel is the room which is large and spacious. The cafe is easily accessable and the prices are reasonable. You must try their mi goreng sotong......The serving is huge and tasty. Front office staff are helpful and friendly and for the present room rate they are charging, it is worth for a second visit. I booked a room online a few days before the event, but upon arrival, the receptionist was unsure if my room was ready. I requested housekeeping in the morning, but the room was only available around 6 PM. On the plus side, check-out was smooth. As for the amenities, I think the hotel needs an upgrade for better customer convenience.

Having reviewed many hotel options in Penang available through Trip.com, we decided to select Victoria Garden Hotel despite there were a few remarks posted earlier. We were glad to have made the right choice for a cozy, nice boutique sort of hotel with clean comfortable and secured room. Staff were very friendly. It was a pleasant stay for us. We have taken some pictures to show what we experienced.

Stayed here one night in family suites with 2 rooms with my 2 kids, the hotel is not far from Komtar penang. Parking is not an issue even for our MPV, their rotating car park with escalator can move the car into empty slot. Check-in is fast and we stayed at level 19th with nice city and some ocean view. Room is very big with a living room, master room with big washroom and changing cabinet, and another connecting room. Wifi is fast and there are 19 tv channels to choose from. Next morning we went for their gym at level 22, not very big but good enough with 5-6 workout machines. Breakfast is at level 21 buffet styles, choice is just nice, not many but food is ok with reasonable price, only RM21 per pax.

Booked for my family of 7 for one night on 26th Dec. Arrived at 5pm but unfortunately the apartment wasn't ready. We finally managed to check in at 6.30pm and allowed for late checkout at 4pm next day. Due to the pandemic situation, limited numbers of guests can use the pool at one time. Completely understandable. The management created, for my opinion, an irrelevant SOP for the pool. When checking in u need to book time to use the pool. Only 10person per hour. By the time the 10th group checked in, the pool booking already full. When i visited the pool the next morning, the group that booked the pool for the hour didn't show up & the pool left empty because people who didn't managed to book the pool earlier were denied entry & the people who booked did not show up. Should've make First In First Out rule. I did raised my concern twice to the reception & also manager on duty. They said they cannot do anything about the rule. Most of the guests were family with kids, of course all want to enjoy the pool. The pool booking system/SOP was absurd. The apartment was superb though. But the elevators does not make sense. And as an accommodation by the beach, would appreciate if you can provide some kind of facilities so that guests can clean themselves after enjoying the beach so the lobby won't be as messy. Your security guard locked the tap water at the beach entrance. I guess my stay would be much better if it wasn't the long weekend, but you guys can improve. Apartment was excellent, i got the sea view one. Your staff were good & patient.

Nice hotel to stay. Friendly and helpful staffs. The room amenities are good. Spacious room and bed is comfortable. There’s convenient stores, pharmacies, various fast food restaurants, petrol stations, Chinese restaurant and dimsum shop around the hotel. Also, there’s a lot of parking lots available. About 10 mins drive to Auto City. Worth the penny.

This is a wonderful hotel with an affordable price. Most importantly the rooms are clean. Room cleaning services is only done upon request. The front desk receptionist Janet is also very friendly and helpful. You can walk to many attraction places from here like the Esplanade, Fort Cornwallis, Armenian st and others. Thank you Bishop Inn.

The Breakfast spread was simple but good enough for us as the first meal. Service Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel location is within walking distance to popular locations like Campbell Street, Chulia Street Night Market, Armenian Street.

Need to improve on cleanliness as cleaner sapu sampah masuk bawah katil Lepas panggil, baru org dtg bersihkan Breakfast, makanan baru topup sejuk..patut panaskan dulu ni nak panaskan dlm tray hidang, mmg dokle..berebut amik dah Teh tarik sedap.

the room different from photo shown on the website.the room provided was small for my family of 4 even though the receptionist said they provide us the new launched room which suitable for family.i knew because a friend of mine who stayed there was given a lot bigger room and she paid same price as me and she stayed with her sister only. i felt cheated and disappointed.

I love budget hotels... Been to lots of them and I know the expectation when staying at this kind of accommodation. Cheap, basic amenities, no frills concept. However Hotel Seri Malaysia Pulau Pinang just set a new standards of how a hotel should not be. I've stayed with them a couple of years ago and I know how bad their services are, but after several years maybe they might consider improving at least a little, but they prove me wrong. Check in 2 days ago, and the impression is not good. Complaints from the customers at the counter (hot water, cleanliness, etc). I thought maybe he was because bg fussy. I've got the 3rd floor room which is not a problem without lift. The room is ok but the air-conditioning is unreliable. The temperature control doesn't really works. The breakfast buffet nothing special with limited spread. I saw few tourists who bring in their own food. Don't know why but I assumed the choices of F&B is not enough for them. And the seating are so limited. I know that it is School holiday session but when the customers standinh for 10 minutes with food on their hand and no one even give a damn, then it is intolerable. I do ask for a container for me to take away the food, but as if they care. So.. Seri Malaysia hotel... If you do read this review, good, please do something for the sake of your own good. For me, no more Seri Malaysia ever. To be honest I'm ashamed they have Malaysia in their brand. Change to other name please

I paid this hotel a visit to see at first time a traditional Malay Hotel. I was not disappointed. The entrance foyer have a number of old artefacts including very old fishing boats. There is a famous restaurant entrance via Moroccan Style windows. Nearby a must to visit is the charming Sam Poh Footprint Temple.

No television in the room. Bathroom/ toilet quite small. There's a gap on the bathroom door (u can see thru the gap). During day time, there's noise coming from construction site nearby. It's near to the airport, but our visited places mostly very far from the hotel (example: batu feringghi, batu maung, komtar etc.)

This accommodation is located right in front of Nasi Kandar Penang Kayu which opens 24 hours. Queensbay mall is nearby and only takes around 15 mins to the airport (subject to traffic) so as we only stayed 1 night to catch an early flight, it was convenient - location wise. No wifi provided though. Really have table tennis/ping pong table, dart games and movie (we didnt watch any) as seen on the pictures. The building is a bit outdated though. The tenant contacted us directly via Whatsapp and the explanation about the facility was very very clear and helpful.

What I like: 1. Bed - so comfortable. The mattress is not hard, even expensive hotel doesn't have this kind of comfort 2. Location - 2 minutes walking distance to Queensbay. There are lots of cafe downstairs. 3. Price - not too expensive What I hate: 1. Soundproofing - I read other reviews said the soundproofing is bad but I don't believe it. I don't think it's too bad. But actually it is really bad. You can hear people talking, like they're in your room! So don't have hardcore sex with ur partner haha 2. I don't get the same setup like in the pictures. I get the bathroom besides the bed, totally different with pictures 3. Can't sleep even the bed is so good Note to others : 1. I don't get any toiletries 2. Parking will be fulled except at night and you need to pay parking fee. 50sen per 30 minutes

HIGHLY recommended hotel for cleanliness, location and value for money. The bed and pillows are so comfortable! The best part of the hotel is their staff. Look for Mr Zaid. He is a gracious and wonderful host! I arrived to have a look at the rooms a week before check in and Mr Zaid graciously showed us a few rooms. On the day of check in, my friend’s credit card was declined but Mr Zaid allowed us to check in anyway and said we could pay later. Unbelievable!! He even offered us free parking throughout our stay! Always smiling and really just a pleasant person to meet! When we came back after dinner, we realized the room didn’t have bedroom slippers. I went to front desk to ask and the gentleman there apologized because they have ran out of supplies. However, he didn’t stop there. Instead, he went to look for unoccupied room by room to see if there were any extras. Really above and beyond expectations of a 3-Star hotel. For RM100+ per night, you’ll get a tastefully decorated hotel room with full hotel amenities like TV, toothbrushes, bottled water, coffee, hair dryer. Hot and cold water dispenser, iron and ironing board are available in the common area. At Eureka, you will get the warmth of a homestay and the feel of a hotel. I would totally recommend this hotel to all my friends! Thank you Mr Zaid and team!
