"Tune Hotel check in service is friendly, fast and informative, and give me my room near lift. English speaking well and clear. There's sofas at front desk and rest area with hot and cold dispenser. So bring your own cups, cutlery, tea, coffee, sugar and creamer, the room do not have these. Front desk sells cup noodles, toothbrushes and other stuffs. Nearby have 24hour convenient stores and 7-11, last than 5 minutes walk away. My Double room is small and simple, lucky I didn't bring luggage, not sure where to open my luggage. There are power plugs on one side table and under the rotatable table. No chair so the rotatable table is useful for some work done but sitting on the bed end is too far for short/small person. Tv is not clear, there are some Singapore channels. The Hotel is near the Expressway, convenient to travel, no jam around but noisy, not soundproof. Hairdryer in the bathroom is convenient. Bar soap and shampoo and towels are provided. Not carpeted and no room slipper. The fan is shaky and air-con will make noise if you don't know how to do setting. There's a ironing room with window and fan. Housekeeping did a great job, the room is very clean everytime. Ground level lobby have clean toilets. Nearby have Hainan Sper Cafe behind Golden Leaf Hotel Xpertgadget mobile phone repair shop Charis Coffee House close at 5pm-1am 6 min walk away"

"The facilities is new and clean, just that you will need to walk to the share bathroom, and thanks god it have water heater. While will need to pay a RM50 deposit during check in and will give back once check out. Walkable distance to lot of nice restaurant and Pasar malam, and there is a 24 hours mamak around, which is an addition surprise to stay there. In a nutshell, good experience with affordable price."

"The room is really nicely decorated, furnished, and very clean. The projector is also of really good quality, and the toilet is huge and beautifully done, especially with the stone flooring. Both the rain shower and shower head are great quality with strong water pressure. I think I might have been one of the first few guests to stay here, so it was nice to experience such a new and well-maintained space. However I do feel that some of the house policies could perhaps be reviewed, as a few of them felt a little excessive or confusing: 1. RM200 security deposit is required, although it is refundable. ＞ I personally found this a little high, especially as I’ve stayed in many other Airbnbs that don’t require a security deposit. 2. Guests are required to tie up their rubbish and dispose of it themselves before checking out. ＞ I understand keeping the place clean and tidy, but I feel this could perhaps be handled as part of the cleaning service. 3. The house has an automatic system where the aircon and lights switch off when one person leaves the house. ＞ I was shocked and scared when I was alone and everything suddenly switched off. The other person had to return to the house for everything to turn back on, which was quite inconvenient. 4. After I paid the final amount shown on Trip in SGD, I noticed that there was an additional RM100 payment required to the property/host. ＞ This was a surprise, as I wasn’t expecting an additional charge after completing the payment. There are also several other rules and charges, some of which I understand and think are reasonable. But I really feel the 4 points above could perhaps be reconsidered or communicated more clearly upfront. Of course, other guests may not mind these things at all, and perhaps I’m just more particular about such details. These are simply my two cents as a guest, and I hope the feedback can be useful for improving the overall experience. The room itself is genuinely lovely and has a lot of potential!"

"Our windowless room was in the basement but it was clean and very comfortable. Bottled water was also provided. However, the air conditioning had a slight musty smell. There are water dispensers on floors 2-4 (labeled 1F-3F locally), so it was fine even after we finished the complimentary bottles we received initially. The hotel is close to JB Sentral Station, and they offered luggage storage, which was great as we could start sightseeing right after we arrived."

"Speak of bad experience, 1. Facilities, room soundproof is bad, water running can hear, people talking loudly at back streetlane, any activity at outside room can hear. 2. Facilities, bathtub, does not cemented on the floor, drainage is not installed, when you drain the bathtub, your whole bathroom will be flooded with water. if happen you climb out from bathtub, the bathtub easily tilted and the moment accident can happen. 3. Service, housekeeping working at 6pm above such as vacuum at corridor area 4. Hotel wifi was not stong and stable, you will have difficulty connectivity even your own mobile data connection is weak in the hotel."
