"I stayed here for three nights in a row, and the location is great – about a 15-minute walk to the National Library. They change the oil every hour (I'm assuming this refers to a pleasant aroma or air freshener being replenished regularly, as '油换' literally means 'oil change' but doesn't make sense in a hotel context), and the rooms, hallways, and lobby are all incredibly clean. Breakfast was also fantastic, and the service was excellent; they even gave me an extra hour for a late check-out!"

"The location was very good and the water area and common space were very beautiful hostels. However, the price is reasonable. Personally, I was very happy to have a hair dryer. The receptionist is very kind and has a sense of security there was. It was very good to choose a hostel to stay on the first day of entry. It is an inn that I want to stay when I come to Kyrgyzstan again. Thank you very much."

"We love the hotel as it is right in the citycentre. Therr is a mini market and fastfood restaurant just next to the hotel. There is free water refill both cold and hot. And there is free flow of coffee and tea. The receptionist is very helpful. She arranged for our private car transfer from Bishkek direct to our hotel in Almaty. Recommended!"

"The room was very clean and tidy, and overall pretty good. The breakfast selection was a bit limited but sufficient. The only downside was that our room was on the first floor near the street, so opening the window could be a bit noisy. We had to keep the window closed the whole time for privacy. Next time, I'll choose a room further inside."

The room had excellent natural light and was spacious; two people could comfortably stay without feeling cramped. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in and check-out were very efficient. The overall environment was quiet and peaceful, and it was very convenient for getting around. It was excellent value for money, and I would definitely choose this place again next time. I highly recommend booking a twin room for friends traveling together."

"The hotel seems new and is located on the outskirts of the city. It's mostly Chinese guests, and many of them smoke heavily. Because of this, I couldn't get proper rest on the first day. My head constantly ached from the cigarette smell; for a non-smoker, it was torture. Later on, they started smoking less. I'm not sure if my complaints helped or if they just stopped on their own. The breakfasts are delicious 👍, if you like Chinese cuisine, you'll enjoy it. The chef is excellent and very kind, big props to them! 😅"

"Ended up staying here after the rest of the city was shut down for the Nomad Games and SCO. Lucked into one of the nicer hotels I've ever stayed at. The price is fantastic. Rooms were a decent size well-equipped, comfortable, and spotless. It might have been the best hotel bed I've ever slept on. Even better was the breakfast, which was well-rounded and absolutely delicious. It's not as close to the center as others, but I couldn't recommend Aqua Hotel any more highly."
