"Saga is a quiet and pleasant city. The hotel facilities are a bit old, but its location is excellent, very close to the JR station and with bus stops nearby, making it convenient to visit attractions like Saga Castle and the Hot Air Balloon Museum. The hotel service is great, and they offer a public bath, which is a nice touch. The breakfast spread is quite generous. The 10:00 AM check-out time is a bit early, but they do offer free luggage storage, which is helpful. Overall, I'm satisfied!"

"The twin room is big and spacious. Can walk. The hot springs of the hotel next door on the first floor are few people from 4 to 5 pm every day, soak it tightly. Although there are not many things for breakfast, the rice is delicious with fried fish and thick egg roast. The service is also very kind. The location is behind the station and it is very convenient to travel. Free drinks are provided in the restaurant at 2 pm. Stayed for three nights and was satisfied."

"I stayed at this hotel for a few days during my trip, and I highly recommend it! The location is fantastic. One exit from the JR station leads directly to the Combox shopping mall (where the supermarket on the first floor offers 50% off at 7 PM and 20% off at 6 PM), and also to what seems to be the most bustling street in the area – probably a main thoroughfare. At night, the trees lining the street outside are beautifully decorated with light strips. The JR station itself has plenty of great food options, so even if you're a bit late for lunch, there's no need to worry. On the other side, just a 2-minute walk away at the intersection, is the Comfort Hotel. Although it's not large, and the rooms are small and compact in a Japanese style, they are very clean. The rooms seem to have central heating; it felt warm as soon as I entered, as shown in picture three. Both check-in and check-out are self-service at machines by the entrance, which can be switched to Simplified Chinese, making the process smooth and seamless. If I had any issues during my stay, the hotel staff were patient listeners and actively helpful. The breakfast was also excellent; while not a huge variety, the taste was great, as seen in picture two."

"The service from resort staff is top-notched. The Japanese dinner and breakfast is so unique I haven’t tried anything like this before. Nice green tea hot spring! Always have complimentary high quality tea! Free parking. But dont expect much from the city itself. Very plain residential area around. So it is suggested to stay in resort at night. The location is some distance from Saga Station, and a taxi from the JR station costs about 1,000 yen. If you walk, it takes about 20 minutes and you will pass through China Town. There are many restaurants and coffee shops on the road. Diagonally across from the hotel is Tamaya (a long-established department store in Saga), but this road is extremely quiet and the Japanese-style rooms have a very nice mood. But the area is really too small. After making the bed at night, there is basically no place to stand. On the first day of check-in, the hotel may have many guests, but something ”bad” happened. First, the toilet in the bathroom was not wiped clean. The waiter came to apologize sincerely and moved us to another room. Then we went downstairs for dinner, but when we came up, they should have made the bed while we were dining, but maybe there was not enough service staff. , the bed was not made. But fortunately they were all resolved in time. The proprietress of the hotel is very elegant. There is a service staff at the front desk who is very good in Chinese, Japanese and English. There is no problem in communication. We stayed for two consecutive days, and they specially prepared different contents for dinner so as not to eat the same thing two days. This is very thoughtful.
