We stayed four nights at Kuromon. Overall, the experience was positive. The owner was very responsive to our enquiries and accommodating for families. The apartment is close to everything!
Location is great, and the apartment is clean!
The only downside is the sensor street light just outside the apartment. Whenever people walk by or there’s noise, the light turns on and makes the whole room very bright at night after the lights are off. It would be great to have curtains to block it out.

Stay from September 25 to October 02
First of all, the room condition is so good
I have to pay expensive money to go to the hotel
It's recommended for more than 4 nights
I bought all the cooking tools, so I bought food and ate about 5 dinners.
There's a local restaurant.
It's a locally too poor neighborhood.
The people are so messy and I see some homeless people.
It's a difference of opinion, but it wasn't dangerous or dangerous.
The train station is also worth walking, and it was easy to tour because it was a station area where the raffi was also a multi-track station.
One thing that was just uncomfortable was
There is no one at the front desk and all the questions are emailed.
It's a little uncomfortable.

The location is closer to Imamiya Station, about 7 minutes walk. The surrounding area is relatively deserted, and there are 2 Lawsons, a ramen restaurant, and a barbecue restaurant within a few minutes. The room is very well equipped, with refrigerators, TVs, washing machines, microwave ovens, and even pots, pans, and kitchen knives. You can buy vegetables at Daiso next to Imamiya Station and cook for yourself. The room is relatively large, and it is an apartment-style hotel. I stayed there for 5 days, and I took the garbage down every day. There was no room service. In particular, when entering the door, you must press ”call out” before pressing the password, and then press the number, which is the opposite of China.

The location is excellent and travel is very convenient. There is the Kuromon Market downstairs, as well as a supermarket and a convenience store. However, the room may not have been occupied for a long time. When I arrived that day, the room smelled musty, which was slightly improved after opening all the windows for ventilation. The most unbearable thing was: two hairs were found on one bed, and later hair or beards were found on all three beds. I guess they didn't even change the sheets when they cleaned 😭😭😢 Another room didn't even have curtains 🙂↔️, and was woken up by the light in the morning; the toothbrush was too hard.

Good location, close to popular tourist attractions, food and shopping areas, not far to walk. Comfortable accommodation, fully equipped, near the train station, cross the street from the front of the hotel and go down to Nippombashi Station, go anywhere very conveniently.

The room is large, clean and tidy, and all kinds of supplies are relatively complete. Not only has a hair dryer but also a splint. The kitchen can cook by yourself. It is a ten-minute walk from the zoo front station, Shin-Imamiya Station.
The boss is also very nice. He often asks if he needs help or what daily necessities he needs to provide.
On a day in Kobe, I suddenly wanted to eat a restaurant. The boss actively helped to contact me. I can go to dinner immediately. The efficiency is very high.

MMichael IanJust stayed here one night before flying out of Osaka. It's very close to the metro/subway. 7-11 around the corner. There was a very nice staff at the check-in desk, although I was able to check in and check out by myself with their iPad in the lobby. Really just a place to sleep, but it's clean and quiet.

HHui Min ThamHotel was conveniently located right next to one of the entrances of Yotsubashi Station (which can easily be used to reach places such as Namba) and was within walking distance of Shinsaibashi as well. There is a small mart located right below the hotel where many necessities (e.g. food, drinks, toiletries) can be gotten. Checking in and out was easy and efficient. The rooms were mostly neat and clean (with a small fridge and shampoo/soap/conditioner provided) albeit on the tinier side. That aside, it more than suffices for travellers.

GGuest UserWe booked two rooms of different room types, one is a small twin room type and one single type. It turned out that the single one had a better configuration and layout.
It is value for money though one needs to walk a fair bit from the train station. There are many bars along the streets near the hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
There is a luggage weighing machine at the lobby which is thoughtful of the hotel to provide. The laundromat cost ¥300 per wash which includes the washing detergent that automatically dispenses.
AAMAR ANWARLocation:
Next to Bentencho station so easy access to Osaka loop line and Chuo Line for Subway and Rail. Really good location even though it's not central Osaka. The advantage is that you can still get everywhere within 10-20mins and the surrounding area is clean and safe and quiet.
There is a 7-11 next door and a commercial gym (charged at 1650 per day)
Negatives are there is not much to do in the evenings. But this leads to the quietness of the area and is an advantage
Hotel Room:
We stayed in double room and it was large. Nice comfortable bed with good pillows. The AC was modern and good and did not make noise even while we were asleep. The room is cleaned daily (tidy and new towels) with new sheets every 3 days. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. The room was also very clean. The bed has USB and chargers on either side of it. There is space to hang clothes
But the room is really nice. We always were glad to come back to a very clean and tidy place. The TV has English menus but we never watched anything.
Negatives are the fridge could be colder and the bathroom sink has a tiny slope on it so you cannot place product on the sink but you have a shelf above the sink for this. Very slight negatives for what is a great place to stay
Hotel features:
Excellent. Great laundry room with several washers & dryers. Trouser presses, vending machine and ice machine. A rooftop terrace with good views.
The breakfast is free and is underwhelming, just different bread and pastries with choices of juice, soups, water and yogurt. It's acceptable and I guess it's free.
The hotel lobby has little items you can take if needed, such as hair bands, toothbrushes, razor kits but something nice was that they give you bath bombs for free too. Different ones each day.
Staff:
Very friendly and helpful, even after midnight when I made requests they were very fast and helpful
Overview:
100% would stay here again. The price-to-quality ratio and the large room size make this an easy choice. Do not worry about location, I stayed it Dontonburi area before and alothgh its close to everything, its loud, dirty and feels unsafe. But the location of Porta Inn is really good and super easy to get to central areas (around 10-20mins) and easy to get to the airport (direct line) and easy to get to Universal Studios too.
BBeepochaccoFor a capsule hotel, the area is quite large, comfortable and very clean. The downside is that it is far from the subway station. I will choose to stay in this hotel again next time.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is rather good and the guests are convenient to go to different parts of Osaka through transferring various lines of the subway. Besides, the payment for its room service together with the breakfast is relatively low compared with other hotels in Osaka.
The major guests of the hotel are local Japanese so the breakfast is a bit Japanese style with the supplement of some western-style bread. The staff of the hotel can speak little English therefore they hardly have closer communication with the foreign guests. The hotel cleaning only does once a week. Because the hotel did not have 24-hour front desk service, it caused the problem of security.
The period of my stay in that hotel was 6th to 11th June 2024. On 10th June, I packed my baggage at night and unfortunately found that my i-pad had been missing. Since there was no staff on duty after 11pm, I could not get immediate help that night.
The next morning about 5:30am, I went out (the door of the hotel had kept open) to the nearest police station and reported about my i-pad being stolen in that hotel. After completing the procedure, the police gave me a recording document and I showed it to a on-duty hotel staff afterwards. But at first we did not communicate effectively. Later she photocopied the document and insisted that the hotel cleaner would not steal.
As I had to take the flight leaving at noon 12:50am, I just finished the check-out procedure and eagerly left. I did not think the hotel and the police would follow up my case and would do anything for me. I felt very disappointed at them. I hoped that the would-be guests should be smarter so as to avoid my misfortune.

HhokevinVery close to shinsaibashi station. Modest size room but layout allows for opening of a 24in suitcase. Good water pressure from shower, comfortable mattress and pillow. Luggage storage services were available. I booked 2 periods with 4 points flex with a night elsewhere at a remote location in between stays and reception was able to store my suitcase for the entire duration, which made my trip much more convenient. Good price, excellent choice for travellers who aim to spend most time sightseeing.
GGuest User10-12 minute walk to shin-Osaka station. New hotel, all facilities are well functioning. Good Onsen with less crowed. Standard room is fit for 3 people however it is quite small if everyone want to open luggage. All in all, recommended.
SSuhyunThe best hotel for the early flight riders. They even offer pajamas which is perfect. Unlike other capsules, you can even stand up on the bed haha
KKok MingThis is a new hotel so you can expect most of the things are clean and tidy. But as it’s new, there are a few caveats you should be very aware of if you intend to stay in this hotel:
1. The room is only cleaned once very four days. You can’t find this mentioned anywhere, and the staff will only tell you about this when they are asked. The only cleaning task they will do every day is to provide you with clean towels placed in a black bag hanging at your door for your collection every morning. That’s it. They won’t tell you how you should deal with your used towels in your room, and how you should dispose of your rubbish when your bin is overflowing.
2. There is no door access card. When you check in the staff will provide you with a PIN code which can be used to unlock the room door. The access pad on the room door is not easy to be used by old people and children. Not to mention after 10pm at night the hotel front door is locked with no staff standing by, you need to look for the access pad outside the hotel building, enter your PIN in order to enter the hotel. I witnessed two young hotel guests who were stuck at the front door because they don’t know how to use the access pad, and don’t remember their PIN code.
3. There is only one lift in the hotel. Yes, only one! So you can imagine during busy hours like in the morning how long you need to wait for the lift. Not to mention if it’s out of service? Seems the only option is to walk the stairs.
Other than the above, the hotel facility is clean and tidy, staff are friendly and helpful, but there will be things the hotel needs to improve in order to make it a guest friendly hotel.
