Good location, excellent service , quiet & clean & modern hotel, good price to reserve it via online , room size is great ( not too small or not too big) , provide the locker free service at lobby , very convenient to take any transportation which is very closed to hotel, breakfast has many traditional Japanese food , is delicious ( suggest to provide little be more western food to the customers who may not enjoy eating daily Japanese food for breakfast) , having a traditional check in with staff and check out to use the machine which can save our time to line up long queue , have a large lobby for a rest ., having 7 eleven next to the hotel very convenient. I like they use a card to show the other guest which table is available as well as you don’t worried about someone just sit on when you go to take your food n easy for waiters clean the table for next guest too, smart arrangement 👍🏻for breakfast buffet

Location is great. Walking distance to places we visited as well as the Subways and bus stops. Room is clean and fontdesk personnel were helpful. Can leave luggages after checkout time. They have two coin operated laundry machines that you can use.

Great location, just a block away from Kyoto Station. There’s also a bus stop in front of the hotel, so it’s very accessible. The room is just enough for 2 people, and we loved the lounge robe and pants provided. Amenities were complete, and there were staff to help out. Check-in was also smooth, and we were able to leave our luggage at the reception and tour around since we arrived early. But the best thing is probably the breakfast buffet. Loved the selection! There’s a variety of food and drinks! All in all, the place is worth the price, and will definitely book here again.

It was a comfortable room with simple and necessary things. The roll curtain and bed cover in the room are different for each room, so I look forward to what room it will be every time. Amenities are in the lobby so it is a style to bring what you need. There is no bathtub and only shower. The coffee in the lobby is free at your favorite timing. I can read manga freely, so I was able to spend a leisurely time reading cartoons and working remotely in the lobby.

地下鉄四条駅から徒歩5分ほどでどこに行くにも非常に便利でした。おしゃれできれいなこじんまりとしたホテルで、ベッドの寝心地もとてもよかったです。スタッフの皆さんも感じよく親切で気持ちよく過ごせました。 サービスではなく部屋の設備部分やシステムに不満がありました。 今回は6連泊しましたのでホテルは早割でリーズナブルなところを選び、価格的には大満足でしたが、やはり値段相応の設備でした。部屋が狭くスーツケースを広げるのがやっとで、クロゼット、衣類用引き出し等がなく、荷物の置き場に苦労しました。部屋の清掃のたびに荷物を片付けなければならず、面倒になり清掃は1日おきにしていただきました。使用済みタオルとパジャマ、ゴミを部屋の外に出して新しいものと交換するシステムです。 ベッドサイドに個別の明かりがなく（ベッドボードのところが全体的に明るくなります）、ツインで利用する場合、自分のところだけ明るくできません。また入り口天井部分と居室天井部分の電灯はスイッチが一つで個別につけたり消したりできません。1，2泊なら問題なく過ごせたのかもしれませんが、今回は日増しに不便さがつのりました。TVにイヤフォンジャックが付いていたのは便利でした。 浴室のシャワー設置箇所（上下2か所あるうちの上の部分）が高く、160㎝の私でやっと手が届く感じです。160㎝以下の方はシャワーの調整に苦労するかもしれません。同時に宿泊した友人の部屋はシャワーヘッドを止める金具が壊れていて接着剤止めしてありましたが、ぐらぐらしてシャワーを置けない状態でした。 カードキーでエレベーターの操作と部屋を開錠するシステムですが、支給されたカードキーが反応せず毎日カードキーを取り替えていました。連泊なのに支払い明細が日にちごとに分かれ個別の予約扱いのようでしたので、チェックインの際に毎日チェックインしなければいけないのかと確認したところ、ホテル側でまとめておきますとの回答でした。このことがカードキーの作動不具合に関連しているのでしょうか。また、このアンケート依頼のメールも宿泊日数分発信されています。曜日によって価格が違うので連泊扱いができないのかもしれませんが、予約の際も手間がかかり不便でした。 3月半ば過ぎから価格が倍以上に急騰しますが、この設備では見合わないように思います。 部屋が窮屈で不便でも、地下鉄の駅と繁華街に近いことを優先する短期滞在の方向きのホテルです。

Room is bigger than most hotels in Japan Has a small kitchen stove that we used to cook a family dinner on the last day since the supermarket was just right across the road. Must mention the service staff was super helpful and accommodating. If I’m visiting Kyoto again will definitely stay here again!

We stayed for one night on Saturday in December. It is a hotel that we chose where new things and prices are worthwhile. It was a walk from Omiya Station in Hankyu, both on the way and on the way back. The bus stop of Horikawa Gojo is the nearest, but it may be surprisingly convenient to use a taxi from Kyoto Station. It is also far from Gojo Station of the subway. There are many convenience stores by the hotel. I think it is good to have breakfast at a delicious bakery. Check-in response is normal. The receptionist and payment are different. It may be possible to rent because the bicycle was in the front lobby, but I don't particularly inquired. The room is a corner room on the 6 floor. The size of the room seems to be the same on the floor. The room is large and the bed is about the queen size. This is perfect, but it is not an environment where you can work remotely because there is no electricity on the table, and it is difficult to drink tea. The air conditioner is by the door and it takes a considerable time to warm the whole room, and the corner of the room remains cold. I'm grateful that there are at least two chairs because they are used for two people, but it's not. The window is unusual and cloudy glass. It may be because the outside of the window is the grave of the temple. I don't say it because it was a price on Saturday, but I think it's good to relax in a little more room. You might stay next time.

宮津駅より徒歩で10分程かかり、天橋立へ3km程の距離があり、宮津市街地唯一のコンビニエンスストアにも徒歩で10分程度要する場所にあるホテルです。周辺環境の状況から利用しづらい印象を持つと思いますが、だからこそかもしれませんが、平日休日問わず周辺は静かで、大声でおしゃべりするような宿泊客もおらず、非常に快適に滞在できるホテルだと思います。ホテルのスタッフも一様に丁寧な接客で、気さくに声をかけてくれるものの、必要以上に距離を詰めてくるような接し方はしません。 ロビーから客室に至るまで、清潔さが保たれているのは言わずもがな、設備やアメニティも無駄が無くよくまとまっています。客室への入室時のカードキーをかざすセンサーが分かりづらい、客室の電気系統がやや分かりづらい（入口のスイッチは、部屋全体の電気系統のオンとオフを切り替えるもののようです）、バスルームはバスタブが無くシャワーのみ（且つ大浴場が無い）、という注意点がありますが、それ以外は全く申し分はありません。 1階のロビーには待ち合わせスペースの他、共用のキッチンのようなスペースがあり（シンクがあるだけで実際の調理は出来ません）、宿泊客に対し無料でコーヒーを始めとするドリンクのサービスが提供されています（全て無料です）。 殆どの宿泊客が車で利用するからか、充分な広さの駐車場が備わっている上、ホテルの目の前には高速バスのバス停があるため、京都などからの高速バスを利用してのホテルの利用も非常に便利です。 周辺は飲食店がいくつかありますが、上記の通りコンビニエンスストアはこのホテルよりやや遠いところにあります。一方でホテルの北（徒歩2～3分程度）のところにショッピングモールがありますので、食糧調達に殊更不便、ということは無いと思います。周辺環境にやや難はあるものの、ホテル自体は素晴らしく、何度も利用したくなるホテルです。 It takes about 10 minutes on foot from Miyazu Station, about 3 km to Amanohashidate, and about 10 minutes on foot to the only convenience store in Miyazu city center. The surrounding environment of this hotel may give the impression that it is difficult to use the hotel, but perhaps that is why the area is quiet on weekdays and holidays, and there are no guests who chat loudly, making the hotel a very comfortable place to stay. The hotel staff is also uniformly courteous and friendly, but they don't treat you in a way that puts more distance between you and them than is necessary. There are a few minor issues: the sensor to hold the card key when entering the room is confusing, the electrical system in the room is a bit confusing (the switch at the entrance seems to turn the entire electrical system on and off), and the bathroom is shower only with no bathtub (and there is no large bath). The hotel is in a good location along the ASO Sea and access from the station is also very good. It is also attractive to relax in the room, but it is also a hand to stay in the day bath and the reasonable Auberge Amanohashidate near the large bath, which draws one of the features of the natural hot spring.
