the worst thing : mold at everywhere the bathtub adheres to the wall....I have never seen this in other hotels. even cheaper ones. it can be removed by bleach easily I dunno why they cannot clean it? I took some time to convince myself to stay. the hotel is in a lane next to the apple shop. walk into the lane and hotel is next to a small car park. 5 mins walk to Yabacho subway station (exit 5 elevator inside Matsuzakaya). I took bus 30 at Nagoya station 3/F bus center, got off at the third station just in front of Apple shop (station name : Matsuzakaya, Yen 210). The Indian staff speak English whilst Japanese staff so so. breakfast not recommended unless you are vegetarian... the only meat (either chicken or pork) is roasted so dry that I cannot eat. There was a day no meat at all. Sausage, egg and fish available. 2 washing machines/plastic spoons/forks/chopsticks/ice available at 3F. Sound proofing room I didnt hear anything at all. dunno why elevator must stop at 3F even no one press the button. the sign of hotel is very small, can be easily missed. 8 mins walk to Science museum and city art museum. on the same street there are Gucci, Harry Winston, Zara, Uniqlo/ GU, Apple , Starbucks, Donki. 15 mins walk to Osu temple.

Pros: Nice hotel with friendly staff who also can speak English well. Our room looked exactly like photos. Cons: room has bad sound proofing. You can hear when the guests are speaking in the hallway quite clearly. When guests next door uses their coat hangers as it will bang on the wall and you can hear it quite clearly as well. The location is nice but a few blocks behind the area seemed a little sketchy. Overall, cheap price, comfortable beds and pillows but slightly dodgy neighbourhood and bad sound proofing

We are happy & enjoyed our stay, the window view no blockage, room was clean & bed was comfortable to sleep. The staff was friendly & it's just 5 to 7 minutes walk to Nagoya station, so it's very convenient. Thank you for the service.

He helped me a lot since I lost my luggage key,I even approached him at 3 am, he was very patient and professional, help to find some other solutions, and he follow up with me in the next day and helped me again, even I experienced a bad time of lost the keys, but he made me feel I am so lucky and supportive! I really want to come back this hotel and Nagoya. Really appreciated for his kindles and support 🧡 - from a Hong Konger 🇭🇰

Located in a place that takes less than ５ minutes from Nagoya Station. The location is also easy to understand. The room was large, comfortable and clean and satisfactory. The room space is a typical business. The bed was very comfortable. The water was beautiful, the bath towels were fluffy, and it was good to not smell strange. It may have happened, but it was good that I couldn't hear the sound from the surroundings. I was a little worried that the location of the hotel, the structure of the room, and even if there was a window, the outside could only see the ridge of the next building and there was a feeling of pressure. I thought I could endure it if I stayed for a short time. Breakfast is a donut, donut, coffee, etc. with Mr. Donut. I thought I would be fine without breakfast because there are many convenience stores and shops around. The inn was reasonable and helpful. I wanted to stay if I had another chance because the overall point is high.

The hotel is just opposite to nagoya station Yet, the room is tiny and we could barely walk inside with out suitcase open Breakfast was a set in yoshinoya next door, not worth to add on You can easily get accessed to famous restaurants in nagoya station though. It was impressive that there was a wide range of toothbrush and pillow to choose from in the lobby. The mattress didnt feel good coz the middle was too soft and we kept sliding to the middle

Everything was good but the socket next to the bed for charging the phones were poor. I had a phone, ipad and apple watch that needed charging but only managed to charge my phone because the charging was too slow. Took too long to charge. Check in time and check out time can be improved. If housekeeping were more efficient or if they were not under staffed. Other than that I am please with the hotel. Location is great and next to Aeon is a plus. My second stay here. 

Kinda scary for solo but the staffs are nice and accommodating, plus points you can leave your luggage after checkout

Good position, there are convenient store just in the corner and many restaurants nearby..I would recommend to anyone who wanna travel in Nagoya!

I used it when I walked ”town” in Tokoname. It is about a 3-minute walk from ”Meitetsu Tokoname Station” and there is also a free flat parking lot, so it is convenient to go by train or by car (I went by car). The main building I stayed in seems to have opened in 2004 (the annex is 2019), so it's not that new, but it was cleaned properly and there was no shortage of facilities and equipment. I felt a little old in the form of shower toilet (because it is Tokoname, naturally shower toilet instead of washlet). Since it is a route inn, the buffet breakfast was free and there were many types of Japanese and Western menus, so I was satisfied. I didn't use it, but there was also a large communal bath of radium artificial hot springs. There were restaurants in the area between Tokoname Station and Tokoname Boat Racecourse, and there were several convenience stores within walking distance.

Staffs there were proactively kind and friendly. With big languages and kids, distance from airport is close and convenient. Booked for a room with 3 single beds - spacey. Just needed to walk a bit to reach the room though… want to come back again!

Close to the airport, take one stop to Rinku Tokoshi Station, and you will reach the hotel as soon as you exit the station. The room is huge! Clean and tidy! Separation of dry and wet. You can open the suitcase with confidence. Across the street is Aeon, stayed one night, can not walk all, there is an ant park, a playhouse, small tall truck, a food court, nothing quite cool. After dinner, I took a photo with the big lucky cat. Behind Aeon is Costco. The hotel breakfast was ok, the grilled mackerel was good. Bike and e-scooter rentals are available in the hotel lobby. There is a huge laundry room downstairs and next door! At the next station, Changhua Station, you can find half a big-headed lucky cat.

We actually really liked this little place, just perfect for the airport before an early morning flight! We were nervous using a capsule hotel for the first time in Japan, would we be cramped, would it be noisy, would we understand how it worked? All fears were unfounded, the capsules were plenty big enough, even for my husband who is 6ft 3inches, both rooms were quiet and the washing facilities clean, and complete with more product than I use! They give you pyjamas which were a little on the small side so I just used my own. This looked like quite a new facility so I’m sure there are different experiences to be had (as with anything) but I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would be much more open to booking something similar in the future.

There are various hotels, but this is not a hotel but a motel? I think, but when you enter, you feel like a one-room (one room at home). I will always stay when I have a vacancy at work. The interior is perfect with microwave oven, frozen refrigerator, bus toilet, massage machine (simple one). (I will stop here because I will not be able to stay next time if I advertise it too much)

Stayed in a twin room with a friend. There were some rooms that could smoke, so it was very attractive for smokers. The room rate is 4000 yen per person with free breakfast. Parking fee is an extra charge. Parking is also on site, but the number is limited. No advance reservation is possible. We arrived around 19:00 on a public holiday (the next day is a weekday), but the parking lot on the premises was already full and the affiliated VITS parking lot was guided. VITS parking lot is close to the hotel, so I think it will be painful if you can't park in the parking lot on the premises. Parking fee will be paid at check-in. Credit card was also available. The hotel was able to grasp the request that I had told in advance without forgetting. Breakfast had menus such as curry, rice, natto, miso soup, bread, salad, * grilled, hamburger steak. Just want to thank the hotel for kindly not charging us due to the fact that we couldn't co.e to Toyoto because of typhoon Hagibis. We hope to come on our next trip to Japan. Instead we tried to fly home early, unsuccessfully, and had to experience a 5.7 magnitude earthquake and the eye of the storm!!!

Had a stayover on the way back to Nagoya and just need a clean room to sleep . Was surprised to find the place much better than my expectation , with free coffee in the lobby and decent breakfast at a reasonable rate. Did not use their laundry equipment due to the ”look”” but there is coin operated laundromat just 2 mins walk away which is much cleaner but cost more .

Breakfast is until half past nine, full of varieties. Although the room rate is relatively small, the hotel service is very good, and the service staff are very patient. They provide free band-aids, umbrellas, power adapters, etc., which are great
