Everything was good but the socket next to the bed for charging the phones were poor. I had a phone, ipad and apple watch that needed charging but only managed to charge my phone because the charging was too slow. Took too long to charge. Check in time and check out time can be improved. If housekeeping were more efficient or if they were not under staffed. Other than that I am please with the hotel. Location is great and next to Aeon is a plus. My second stay here.

Excellent performance and value. The hotel staff is very friendly, and facilities provide everything you need for a comfortable stay. The buffet breakfast is nice, and there are hot beverages available throughout the day. I slept well in the bed, and did not find the bathroom to be too small. Plenty of room for my feet in front of the toilet. The only issue I had is that the internet would cut out for a minute or two throughout the evening.

The location is very close to nagoya station. Only 5 minutes on food. The room is very convenient. What is more, the bathroom is very great. The breakfast is nice with many options.

Despite the fact that there were only Nishiki and the influence of corona was small, there were many people who were quite drunk during the night around the hotel, but they were scared. It is a little far from the middle station where the security is bad. The entrance of the hotel is difficult to understand, and there is a door of the groundless through the narrow road, so I was worried for a moment, ”Is it closed?” When I checked in, the woman took charge and explained very politely. Other word of mouth had a low evaluation of the staff, but would it change depending on the person ...? The amenities handed over by hand were the same as those distributed for free at a general hotel, but the pack of the mouth was for women. The night shirt was very easy to use with a separate thing up and down. Stayed in a sunflower room on the 3 floor but the room itself is very nice. The scenery was not enjoyable and it was dark. I felt a bit narrow but it was reasonable considering the price. However, the toilet was not flushed and it was stuffed and the feeling was bad, and the feeling became the cause of the worst hotel evaluation. (Please tell the cleaning staff in room 303) I was also confused by the mirroring of the TV, the way was complicated, I was going to see the movie in Amazon video, but I didn't succeed. I was able to go to the screen for iPhone, connect WiFi and choose TV ... I was watching YouTube without any choice, but the line was bad and it was not moving, and there was no screen and voice, and it was very misplaced. So I finally saw a movie on my phone. I think it's inconvenient for young children to use. Where is the microwave oven description? There was no description in the elevator, and when I went to the 5th floor to get ice, there was a microwave oven. It was a little shock because it was after finishing shopping. When I checked out, a man and a woman stood at the front desk and checked out to the woman. It was a pity that there was no morning greeting and smile. It seems that the rank as a hotel is low for the good death considering the price.

We went as a group of 3, got a room with 2 large beds and comfortable pillows. A bit cramped with my daughter, but still comfortable. There was enough space to put my luggage. I liked that there was a garden with a separate bathroom from the toilet. Very clean. No breakfast. Very convenient to get from the station.

The hotel is still fresh and the hotel is clean. The size of the room is larger than other businesses. It was so large that it wouldn't bother me even if I left my suitcase open. The bathtub is big and I use the wash basin. It was easy size. If you didn't expect that free breakfast, there were some types for free and the smoothies were delicious. The clerk at the breakfast venue also told me in a loud voice when the dishes were finished. It was good that I stayed on the 24th, so it was a pity that when I heard about the cake storage before check-in, I was refused because it was a creature. Also, I want a humidifier in winter. The room is dry with the air conditioner, and on the contrary, I thought that some hotels do not have a humidifier in the room at this time. I wet the towel and slept in the room. I think it's a difficulty that it's far from the station. If you put a humidifier, it is a hotel that you want to stay again.

Highly recommended hotel- 1: Very good location (5 mins walk to JR) 2: Friendly staff, can speak simple English 3: Very nice view with big window, if you pay a little bit more) you are guaranteed to enjoy high floor view. 4: Downstairs of hotel has a big convenience store. 5: I really want to appreciate the staff from reception (Overnight shift - Very tall, skinny and wearing glasses). He helped me a lot since I lost my luggage key,I even approached him at 3 am, he was very patient and professional, help to find some other solutions, and he follow up with me in the next day and helped me again, even I experienced a bad time of lost the keys, but he made me feel I am so lucky and supportive! I really want to come back this hotel and Nagoya. Really appreciated for his kindles and support 🧡 - from a Hong Konger 🇭🇰

Due to an error I made while booking, I mistakenly booked the hotel for 25/9 instead of the intended 26/9, and I was unaware of this mistake until i rushed into the lobby. When I arrived at the hotel, it was already dark, and the staff informed me that there was no reservation under my name and discovered that the booking was for the previous day. While I contacted Trip.com’s customer service, a senior hotel staff member who spoke Mandarin diligently followed up on my situation. She was very attentive, constantly reassuring me and stating that they had a room for me. I am very grateful for her support; however, the other two staff members on duty seemed a bit impatient. Even when I thanked them after the issue was resolved, they did not make any eye contact with me, which is very rare in Japan. I hope this was just an isolated incident. After successfully contacting Trip.com’s customer service, they said they would directly contact the hotel, and if the hotel cooperated, they could change the check-in date for free. Fortunately, the hotel manager unconditionally assisted in changing the check-in date, and I was able to check in smoothly that night. This incident also increased my impression and confidence in Trip.com. I specifically wrote this experience to express my gratitude to the Trip.com team!

The hotel is just opposite to nagoya station Yet, the room is tiny and we could barely walk inside with out suitcase open Breakfast was a set in yoshinoya next door, not worth to add on You can easily get accessed to famous restaurants in nagoya station though. It was impressive that there was a wide range of toothbrush and pillow to choose from in the lobby. The mattress didnt feel good coz the middle was too soft and we kept sliding to the middle
