Hotel in posizione stupenda, vista lago immerso in una pineta ma a pochi minuti dal centro, parcheggio gratuito camera pulita, frigo in camera , colazione con torte fatte in casa.. la cena ottima ,la proprietaria ti fa sentire come a casa! Ormai è il mio hotel di fiducia a Passignano

Prenotato senza conoscere la struttura,ma attratta dal prezzo vantaggioso e dalle foto particolari. Molto gentile il personale e disponibile. La stanza pulita ed il cambio asciugamani quotidiano. Nella stanza c'è sia condizionatore che la possibilità di usare un ventilatore al soffitto. Letto comodo..Purtroppo il ristorante in questo periodo è chiuso,ma ho avuto dal personale ottime indicazioni. La colazione nello spazio ristorante è ricca di dolci,molto buoni e di salato..con grande varietà di scelta. È un hotel piacevolissimo ,i disegni i colori sono molto belli.Consiglio questo Hotel.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per un viaggio lavorativo, posizione ottima vicino all'uscita della superstrada. Dista circa 5 min dalla stazione e dal centro città. Stanze con luce e ben pulite. Eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo. Colazione ottima e abbondante!

We absolutely loved our stay with Casa Vera! We stayed in the Orchid suite and it was perfect for us. The staff was very nice and helpful and the breakfast had a nice little assortment. The Enoteca was also fun to go to. We did a flight of local wines and had some snacks which were delicious. For dinner, we went to both restuarants they recommended and they were fantastic (Mamma Angela and La Grotta) . We fell in love with the town of Orvieto and can't wait to return.

The hotel is perfectly clean and the hotel is perfectly located to reach the church and the city centre. The hotel is very efficient and quiet, the parking is a little bit, but the place is always apart from the fact that there are a lot of public parking in the area and the cars are quietly just a few steps from the hotel. A comfortable hotel with friendly staff a short walk to the centre of this wonderful city. Nicely appointed and airy bedrooms, excellent continental breakfast and dinner and well stocked bar. Nothing was too much trouble for the Manager Luigi and his colleagues. Free parking in front of the hotel.

(Premetto che lavorando nella ristorazione, la mia recensione sarà obiettiva senza denigrare per forza, ma solo espondendo situazione/fatti reali) Avevo un voucher smartbox e ho deciso di usarlo nei giorni di ferie... al lago, in un posto in cui non sono mai stato... opto per il trasimeno...la foto di smartbox di passignano sul trasimeno era invitante... nel prenotare propongo (visto che il pacchetto è per 2 e io sono solo), di fare la mezza pensione... a loro non va bene perché è alta stagione, ecc.. così prenoto comunque la singola (alla fine mi danno una DUS..doppia uso singola)... arrivo all'hotel, il garage dicono che è pieno...hanno qualche posto auto esterno (pochi) ma per fortuna in questi pochi giorni me la sono cavata abbastanza bene..le camere sono ”a chiave tradizionale” e c'è la possibilità di portarsele dietro quando si esce, il bagno è un po stretto... ha le mattonelle stile anni 80, senza piatto doccia, quindi ogni volta che ci si lava... il bagno diventa un mini Trasimeno :D, ai sanitari e doccia ci sono ancora i rubinetti acqua calda/acqua fredda anziché il miscelatore, nel pavimento c'è la moquette, letto comodissimo, condizionatore nuovo, piccolo balconcino con parziale vista lago... purtroppo davanti c'è la ferrovia... quindi di giorno potrebbe essere un po rumoroso (io sono sempre stato fuori di giorno, quindi faccio una ipotesi), anche le pareti non sono insonorizzate e si sentono tutti i ca...voli degli ospiti accanto... insomma ci sarebbero da fare degli investimenti importanti che essendo la struttura a gestione ”familiare” non penso che abbiano la possibilità finanziaria di fare...vengono forniti 2 mini shampoo, 2 saponette e 2 bicchierini di plastica... da ammirare che ogni giorno la stanza viene pulita e tutti i giorni fatto il cambio della biancheria (nelle strutture 4-5 stelle per esperienza personale..non è così)...la colazione è minimal, ma comunque con dolce e salato, hanno torte fatte in casa, panini, prosciutto, salame, formaggio, yogurt, fette biscottate, mouesli, corn flakes,marmellatine, nutelline, burrini, succhi di frutta, acqua... Hanno anche un ristorante che può essere usato senza prenotazione, decido di provarlo... il menù è molto vario, adatto per vegetariani, vegani, c'è il pesce e la carne, i prezzi sono leggermente meno cari rispetto ai locali sul lago...(nel listino è omesso il coperto 1.50 € che viene fatto pagare al momento del pagamento del conto), le porzioni sono abbondanti e si mangia molto bene, quindi vi consiglio come ho fatto io...di ordinare 2 portate e poi eventualmente chiedere per la terza...i camerieri sono un pò freddi... vanno sul tavolo senza rivolgere nemmeno una parola (chiedere se è andato tutto bene prima di togliere il piatto sarebbe una cosa carina... ma forse sono io che sono abituato a rispettare i standard LHW...lavorando in un 5 stelle)...apprezzo che la cameriera biondina si è andata ad informare su una cosa che avevo chiesto a cui non sapeva rispondere... la tassa di

This was our first time to Italy and first time to A vineyard, but we will definitely do both again. We chose the top level executive spa room, and while the facilities (sauna, steam) are a treat, the jacuzzi bath is a bit mediocre, and the room decor is nice, but more rustic and not at a level of a top 5 star boutique hotel. This is the only negative comment I can make and it is by no means a criticism. The whole place is a treat. Food outstanding at every meal, wine (including a small selection of their own very good organic wines), and the ambience are all 1st class. Orvieto and especially the cathedral are well worth a visit. Highly recommend this place.

Il soggiorno è stato purtroppo deludente sin dall'arrivo.Eravamo in viaggio con una bimba di 4 anni e ci siamo ritrovati a salire due piani di scale (più alte del normale) a piedi, portando valigie e passeggino, senza alcuna assistenza, dopo aver perso un'ora a cercare un posto per la macchina (cosa impossibile).All'arrivo in albergo, abbiamo chiesto di poter utilizzare un bagno, ma ci hanno chiesto quale fosse la nostra camera, senza considerare il disagio evidente. A quanto pare, non esiste un bagno comune accessibile ai clienti. Nonostante avessi specificato che la bambina dormiva con noi, ci è stata assegnata una camera con tre letti, quando sarebbe stata sufficiente una matrimoniale. Le lenzuola, inoltre, non sono state cambiate, e quelle fornite erano sporche, un dettaglio davvero inaccettabile. La colazione lascia molto a desiderare: vengono forniti cornetti confezionati, oppure un ticket per un bar che si raggiunge solo dopo una lunga camminata, praticamente impraticabile con una bimba piccola o senza un'ottima forma fisica. Per raggiungere il centro dall'hotel è un'impresa: se avete 20 anni o siete allenati, può andare, ma con bimbi o persone poco abituate a percorsi faticosi, lo sconsiglio. Dopo 3 giorni, almeno si risparmia sull'abbonamento in palestra, ma purtroppo non è abbastanza per giustificare un'esperienza cosi' poco soddisfacente. Non consiglierei questa struttura a famiglie o a chiunque non voglia affrontare disagi di questo tipo. Peccato, perchè con un minimo di attenzione ai dettagli e ai bisogni degli ospiti, potrebbe migliorare notevolmente.

Un posto magico nel verde… sembra davvero di essere in una favola. Cordialità e disponibilità sono i loro punti di forza. La cena è stata super buona . La consiglio! Si consiglia anche di vedere la torre , salire è un’impresa ma la vista merita sicuramente!

Very conveniently located at the eastern edge of the town centre within easy walking distance of all the attractions of this lovely hilltop location near the border of Umbria and Lazio. Rooms are basic but very comfortable and clean. Breakfast is the Italian standard with lots of bread, croissants, cakes, yoghurt and coffee. There is also a charming baIcony area overlooking the Corso Cavour. I would definitely stay again.

We stopped for one night, back from the puil to break the trip and visit Orvieto. For example, if the two rooms we had booked were near, or if the above floor had no tight and tight scale, but this does not mean that the structure is not comfortable, it is very characteristic. We have not been able to dine, but breakfast, including price, was excellent and abundant and quality. The rooms are very clean furnished in a simple but comfortable and functional way. The price-quality ratio is among the best. Our view is a little superficial, dictate by the short time and unhappy weather, but if we return from those parts, we will certainly keep the location in mind.

This accommodation was excellent. It was easy to find and as promised a parking space had been saved for us. Once we parked up for the weekend, the car didn't move until we left. We were met by the host Giacabo and he gave us time to go through the map, highlighting all the things to see in the town and places to eat. Breakfast was provided as a self service idea, and was plentiful. It would be an ideal location for people who maybe want to be able to prepare some food for babies etc as it has a small fully equipped kitchenette. The bathroom was lovely and clean and we slept exceptionally well on the bed. Although being right beside the Duomo I was never woken by noise of the church bells or people outside. Would really recommend it.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Close to Dumo but on a side street. Had a small balcony to enjoy quiet of day or night. Close to lots of restaurants. Staff was great. Walking distance to all. Our room was large and very functional. Small bar downstairs for nightcap.

If you like carefully considered design and color ways, if you appreciate subtlety and don’t mind some atmospheric drama to your surroundings, then you must stay here. The vibe of this place is off the charts, the renovation is great. Front desk very welcoming and helpful, made a couple great food recommendations. Sit in the courtyard or bar for drinks at the very least. Sit in the living rooms and pretend you’re in a monastery (uncomfortable couch for longer term relaxing though, it’s just a bench really). Super comfortable beds. Could use labels on the six switches by my bedside and instructions for chromcast on tv. Always function over form, folks. I loved being here for a short 2 night stay. I wish I’d eaten at coro but the menu wasn’t appealing too much to me. Bartender made a perfect espresso martini and a wonderful wine by the glass recommendation. Love that items in fridge were gratis. It’s the little things. 5 stars.
