La Spezia is truly a beautiful city – it's very clean, and the people are super friendly. The accommodation is right above the train station, which couldn't be more convenient for visiting Cinque Terre. They offer free parking, but I accidentally parked in the wrong spot and got fined 10 euros by the parking attendant. Totally my bad, so everyone, learn from my mistake! There's an amazing steakhouse nearby called Nana; we had the most authentic Italian steak there, and it was incredible value for money. Overall, this place offers fantastic value, and the staff are really friendly. Highly recommend!
Do not check in! It looks glamorous on the surface, but it's full of traps. Cut your losses and leave immediately. This is a hotel in the mountains, and I booked three nights. I didn't know that to get to Cinque Terre, I had to take a bus for about two hours to La Spezia and transfer, and there were no buses on Sundays. I needed to go to Milan that day, and the hotel refused to refund my money, offering to call a taxi for 50 euros. Didn't you tell me there were no buses on Sundays when I booked the hotel? Is it reasonable for you not to refund my money now? Furthermore, there are no restaurants around the hotel in the mountains; you can only book through the hotel, and my reservation number was 1. For dinner, I asked the head waiter for some Italian specialties, and he recommended minced meat pasta. In the end, that was all the pasta served! At the next table, table number 2, an Italian-Chinese diner ordered an Italian salad with ham and kept winking at me while eating. I forced myself to finish the not-so-good pasta and left. They promised to provide breakfast, but it didn't start until 7:10 am. The bus arrived at 7:30 am, and it was a 10-minute walk to the bus stop. After that, there were no more buses. They completely controlled my time. Ancient lands, modern people do not relax. The only way is to cut your losses in time, leave two days in advance, stay only one night, and bear the losses yourself.
Well, the room and cleanliness is good, just did not receive clear check in instructions in advance and there is a lift but it is not accessible to the floor of the room that we stay in. And also, the breakfast is at the patisserie located at the ground floor with only a cup of hot drink and a croissant, again, not instructed clearly on where to get the coupon.

Nice place in the middle of the town, clean shower, check in can be done online via whatsapp. Unfortunately no assistance for parking (no onformation given where/how to park, must find by yourself). Room is nice and comparably big. Overall, good impression.

Location located in the centre of Sanremo, two steps from the sea and shops.
The place is inside a palace, on the second floor and with the lift.
Inside we were welcomed by Joseph, the owner of the rental room, he was very kind to wait for us at 12:30 to leave us the key.
A very nice, comfortable and especially clean room!
There is a mini-fridge, air conditioner, TV, a closet with extra coatings and covers and much more.
Clean and complete bathroom of everything.
Quality-price ratio unfair.

Amazing
Close to Center, calm and quite. No sounds of the city to hear (only metro or train, and that was not even annoying) Comfortable bed, easy check-in and a real duvet!!!
It was very comfortable room and thanks for friendly staff and kind system :) And the hotel is in the centre , so many restaurants and beautiful place is really near by hotel! I completely recommend here 🥹
Really good hotel with 3 stars but deserves 5 stars, best locations near Sanremo attractions, really good parking plot free of charges, nice modern clean rooms, great socials areas, superb restaurant and food and really really good breakfast, cross the road to Nobel villas and parks magnificent sight seen Sea shores, easy walks to downtown and 10 minutes from Sanremo music festival theater.
The hotel is in a very convenient location: 10 minutes walk from the train station, on the embankment. It was not indicated anywhere, so I will write that there is a mini-fridge in the room (water in it is paid, but you can not take it, and use the refrigerator). The bathroom, as we say, is separate. Nearby is an intersection with a roundabout, it is noisy with the windows open, but quiet at night.
Location is good, near Coach and Train terminal. Although facilities are basic, it is good enough for the short stay and represent good value for money
Very nice place to stay! It’s close to everything in the city, very clean. Rooms have everything you could ask for. Private parking was a big plus for me. Owners are also really helpful and I could leave the motorbike a little longer to explorer the city in the morning. Grazie!
