Have been visiting this property for quitefew years now and it never fails to keep up to our expectations ambience and overall atmosphere, staff behavior, staffs were very cordial and welcoming. We loved the property especially sea view rooms and fine dine restaurant. Food quality 5* and seems to be little overpriced. We are going to be back with the entire family once again.

Pros: The location is close to KIIT University. Choice of restaurants and shops around. Rooms are neat and clean and are above average (don't go by their photos). Buffet breakfast has limited varieties but the Food Taste is good. Staff are well-mannered and responsive. provision of Wi-Fi and TV. Cons: No Geyser in the bathroom. Due to centralized Solar geyser getting hot water is difficult. Also hotel premises are not well maintained. Far (about 15Kms) from Airport and Railway station (11Km).

Stayed here for 2 nights in room 107. Check in took 20 minutes, by far the slowest in my 4 weeks of travel in India. After that things improved. The grounds of the hotel are very clean from the entry to the reception, halls, lifts and all the way to the room. As a business hostel, the room is designed to be functional with space to work. The room was very similar in style to business hotels in Europe. A wardrobe, mini bar & snacks, desk & chair to work on and plenty of electric points, including one at the desk. The bathroom was functional with modern fittings, albeit a bit cramped. There's a wet room style shower with curtains or a bucket if you want to bathe Indian style. Hot water was readily available. The bed had a thick medium mattress and a heavy blanket which was perfect even with the AC on. I had purchased breakfast and the food options were exceptional. Each day there were about 10 Indian options and maybe 4 European options, although the latter were only toasts and cereals. Location wise, the hotel is about 10 minutes walk to Bhubaneswar Station which worked well for me as I had a morning train. The staff provide exceptional service. The reception, housekeeping and restaurant staff etc were all very professional. Overall, I had an excellent stay and would stay again.
