The parking area is limited, and assistance from the parking staff is needed to park vehicles. There was no hair dryer or iron provided in the room, although these may be available upon request.

"simple hotel in a good location. good cleanliness and staff (all men) are polite. No water heater, no daily cleaning resulting to inviting ants to the trash bin (only one trash can, that is in the bathroom). Deluxe room on 2nd floor is quite comfortable with queen bed and bed cover. However found torn and already wiped. Over all Quite safe and comfortable. Don't forget to have a lonsay breakfast next door."

GGuest UserA perfect stay in a perfect location. Everything meets our satisfaction. Smooth check in check out, a spacious room with good aircon, kettle, fridge and spotless working bathroom. A big shout to all the staff from housekeeping, breakfast restaurant, reception, porter and secure staff. A special mention to the chefs who make delicious and plentiful breakfast we absolutely enjoy every morning. The best nasi kebuli I've ever had, so delish, so moreish, so perfect. The only thing is only 1 same sweet sambal everyday which would be better if homemade and varied. I would like to stay in the hotel group if they have them in different cities because I found Lampung is too small, and infrastructure to further beautiful areas such as The Sharks Teeth Beach are very bad, unfortunately I won't go back to this amazing hotel.

GGuest UserAbsolutely loved this place! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The room was spotless, stylish, and the bed felt like sleeping on a cloud. The location is perfect, within walking distance to main attractions. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!
