Swiss-Belinn Singkawang

Booked this hotel as it was one of the only few hotels that was available for booking online. The location was perfect, being next to a mall which was very convenient and easy access to supermarket, food, coffee and even a cinema. Don't expect the cleanliness to be top-notch. The room was musky and had dust everywhere. It doesn't get any sunlight at all. Car parking is free, but was a little inconvenient to register the car plate every 2 days (not sure why they can't do this for the duration of my stay). Service was good. However, don't expect all staff to speak English. The pool is only at tower 1, which I didn't use. Might be a little inconvenient for those allocated a room in tower 2. Overall, it was an okay stay.

There was a vacation with friends from vampires to singawang, but after arriving in Singapore, I was confused about what hotel would you stay, when I went around, I found a hotel that was suitable in the city center, finally staying here.

The hotel is located in the city center, you walk out of the hotel and cross that road, you will find many restaurants, taste good, but not true. Almost all food will use pork. The hotel's fitness center is very good and the environment is very clean.

Used to be better in the past; today it is going to be a budget hotel if not to be renovated soon. It offers a good variety menu for breakfast; nearby to road side dinner and or the used to be well known 'Seroja' kwetiau and gado”.

The room interior as a whole is beautiful. The retro design of the toilet wall complements the contemporary touch of the living room. Ordered Ayam Bakar (grilled chicken) and it tasted great. Most importantly they have Bloomberg channel on their TV. Good for business-minded travellers.

Great service from Ibis Pontianak team who handled our 4 days stay memorable. The service of front desk was exceptional, especially Ms. Verena who has provide us with five stars service for room arrangements. Breakfast has enough varieties, and the menu changed every day. Thing that can be improved is the welcome drink choices.

First x stayed at this hotel, from the beginning, both checkin or checkout process all took a long time, besides the food at room service was a bit long (1 afternoon) and many kinds of food I ordered was not ready although it was a normal weekend, not Great weekend. For the room, the staff was all nice and okay, but what really disappointed me was the checkout process that the food checks at the mini bar should be checked in a fully checked, and there were things left in the toilet or in the closet. because my face wash was left but there was no information at all and more than 30 minutes of her checkout process, besides my sister's minibar room his water bottle was only 1 bottle from the beginning of our checkin but the cost of the aqua was thrown to me while brother I didn't eat. Unfortunately I didn't ask because my sister had already wanted to eat and just found out after we went away. Which is definitely please pay more attention next time especially the mini bar issue so that you don't forget to fill up with the standard amount that is provided so that it is not wrong, the food is also expedited and fully equipped so that there is not much waste. The food that I should try, I think the original Meat soup is delicious and fresh. If I don't try because I checked out to Kendawangan again, please next time pay more attention to the points I mean. Thanks
Transera Hotel Pontianak

The reception is very friendly, prompt, and helpful. The hotel rooms were tidy and clean. The restaurant served tasty and simple traditional items for breakfast which was an attraction to travelers to try local foods. The hotel's spa service was commendable. The location of Transera hotel is close to the town center and other entertainment shopping outlets that give residents choices for activities. Thanks to Ani at the reception who helped us with information that made our onward travel much easier. We would recommend Hotel Transcera to those who are looking for a reasonably priced hotel in the town center.
ASTON Ketapang City Hotel

With the affordable options still a bit limited, it seems to be the only reasonable option to choose this hotel. Overall, the service is good, the room is adequate, just for breakfast, and the smell of the poor from the direction of the kitchen is quite annoying every time you want to go to this hotel's ”New Building”. And then the very annoying thing is the Internet connection problem in the Old Building, which is really annoying for you who want to update your work or other things that need internet connection. Regarding the terms ”New Building” and ”Old Building” can be asked directly to the hotel management. My advice, with the big name of Aston, and a quite growing market in Khet Thang, immediately improve the service at this hotel.
