Hotel Horison Arcadia Heritage Surabaya

Krembangan
I had a pleasant stay at the said hotel. I was given a surprise at my room door by the staffs, bringing me a small cut birthday cake and singing birthday song. Thing that can improve is the towel, which had a weird smell. Maybe management can look into it. Thank you.

The hotel is really nice, but there is a lot of rubbish near the parking lot.

Location wise is debatable as you need to see what tour itinerary is. Because the best location would be central. But overall its a rather decent hotel Not a really impressive breakfast but it can get by. Would not say its worth it. But the overall vibe of the hotel is pretty good
Whiz Prime Hotel Basuki Rahmat Malang

While i agree that the location is OK, near to Malang Station. It's not spacious even for two people. Not recommended for more than 1 because it's not spacious for travellers. Also, when i asked for Iron + board, the hotel says they don't provide it. if you want , they have service for that and you must paid for it. so much for 3 or 4 stars hotel.
ARTOTEL Cabin Bromo
8.5/578 Reviews
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The views from our balcony were breathtaking, and I could easily spend hours just sitting there and taking in the majestic mountain scenery. The hotel's grounds and facilities were beautifully maintained, and the staff were friendly and always willing to help. Our little one (1 year old) also had a fantastic time exploring the property! One minor note: the walk from the lobby to our cabin was a bit of a trek, but the scenery made it well worth the effort. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and picturesque getaway!”

Manyar Sabrangan
I always liked Swiss Bel. SURABAYA Manyar can improve. Breakfast they were clearly shorthanded.。couldn't find staff when needed and also the food was cold and not replenished in timely manner. Was a disappointment . When i went to the pool in evening, it was occupied with big group of guys and it was clear i was not going to be able to even swim. It's a lap pool but I think many take it as s giant group jacuzzi. Again, no sign of stsff around. Otherwise nice bed and room is good size.
Andita Syariah
9.7/511 Reviews
Tegalsari
Pros: 1. Hotel Andita Syariah Surabaya offers a highly affordable stay in a prime location within Surabaya's city center, making it an economical choice for budget-minded travelers. 2. Despite undergoing renovations, the rooms maintain a comfortable ambiance, providing guests with a satisfactory level of comfort during their stay. 3. The hotel staff is notably friendly and helpful, contributing positively to the overall guest experience. Cons: 1. A peculiar detail is the provision of only one pillow per bed, which may seem unusual as many hotels typically provide two pillows per bed. This might be a point of consideration for guests who prefer additional pillows for added comfort. 2. The bathroom conditions at Hotel Andita Syariah Surabaya may not suit everyone. The absence of a mirror and the wet concept could be inconvenient for guests who prefer to keep the bathroom dry. 3. The washbasin lacking sanitation, allowing water to flow directly to the floor, may pose a cleanliness concern for some guests. 4. The absence of a telephone in the room might be a drawback for those who rely on traditional means of communication. However, the option to contact the reception via WhatsApp serves as an alternative. In summary, Hotel Andita Syariah Surabaya provides a cost-effective option for individuals seeking affordability and a central location. While the peculiarities of one pillow per bed and certain bathroom conditions exist, the hotel remains suitable for those on a transit or short stay, given its economical pricing and convenient accessibility.

Trip reads Cheapest rooms on our sites are almost gone. Really, yesterday 3 people were booked. Trip reads Male Double Bed Dorm. Really, Male Dorm only has single beds. Trip reads 24-hour front desk. Really, night watchman who cannot book you in, sleeps .Lockers available. There are but they are never mentioned or instructed how to use. Food & Drink Room Service. Really, there's no food to serve.Serve yourself coffee, tea, cold water free. No smoking in public areas. Really, can smoke at front. Trip booking confirmation Standard Single Room. Really, it's a dorm. Apart from that it's good. Hot showers, A/C, toilet paper, get your sheets changed when you ask. I stayed 5 nights. I had a fever, morning after arrival. No-one disturbed me, no-one helped me. When I got better, I left. Recomended, but with a Booking.com rating of 9.2, you already know that. Jember Imigrasi processes visa extension was reason for going, then figured spend a few days there. Enjoyed Millennials Food Court, designed youtuber lanyard and slept, at least, 16 hours/day. Perfect. Fast WiFi. If any travel app says fully booked, it definitely is way underbooked. Sometimes more staff than patrons, so makes for a good rest. And loud loud-speaker prayer, often, Come again.
