Very very good location. Right in front of Nyugati train station where you connect to somewhere conveniently. Many amenities around the hotel, restaurants, Starbucks, supermarket etc. Affordable price point for Europe hotel, super clean and modern. Breakfast is superb, staff is impeccably polite.

When we came to Budapest, a friend picked us up at the hotel. We followed the navigation and turned around for several circles before we found it. In fact, the location is quite good. There is a parking space at the door, so we can stop for a while to take our luggage. The hotel lobby feels very retro. On the first day, I was not used to English yet, so I didn't take the initiative to greet the handsome guy at the front desk, and the handsome guy didn't say a word to us. After checking in, I found that it looked like a three-star hotel in China in the last century. Although the bed was narrow, it was very comfortable. The hotel does not provide toiletries, only a bottle of glass water, and a bottle of water was provided for several nights. In winter, the room was not cold at all, and there was heating. It takes 4 minutes to walk to the subway station. There is a supermarket next to the subway station. It is very close to the Danube River. It is no problem to walk to the Central Market. We didn't get over the jet lag on the first day, and woke up at 4 am (actually it was 11 noon in China, 7 hours later). So, we walked out at 6 am, went to the subway station to buy a one-day transportation ticket, and then went to the Central Market for a walk. It is recommended not to go too early, because many shops are not open. I only bought bread at the AlDI supermarket in the basement for breakfast. Friends who come here, get up early and go to Fisherman's Bastion! Take a ride on the retro tram here.
Very convenient location - the center! Just a few minutes to the tram and the same to the metro. The room is cozy, there is everything you need. Dishes, kettle, microwave, coffee maker, toaster. The staff is very polite, they explain everything you need, ask several times if everything is okay, if you liked everything. The reception is on the 2nd floor and works only from 10 to 19. A very convenient option is that after checking out you can leave your things at the reception until 18:00. Please note that there is no shampoo and shower gel. The furniture is no longer new. We also booked a room with breakfast, but this is not a full breakfast buffet that is written about in the description. This is a basket with juice, waffles, bread, butter, jams, 3in1 coffee, tea and honey. If you want a full breakfast (buffet), then you need to pay 12 lei per person.
In addition to hotels, you can also try apartments when you come to Europe to deeply experience the lives of locals. This smart apart is near Heroes Square, and the location is quite good. There are also Chinese restaurants and supermarkets nearby. If you want to cook by yourself, there are pots and induction cookers, and tableware and knives and forks are all complete! I booked a two-bedroom suite, each room has an independent bathroom, which can accommodate a family of four! The balcony is also spacious enough with a good view! The overall design of the apartment is simple and stylish, but the curtain design is a bit unsatisfactory. The pull-down control is a bit misplaced, and the balcony can't be pulled out after it is pulled down, which is a bit troublesome!
A highly recommended apartment hotel with a 24-hour front desk and good service. We didn't speak the same language, but they patiently used a translator to answer our questions. The room was clean and spacious, quite new. The bed was comfortable and the facilities were good. There was a locker for storing suitcases on the negative 1 floor, free of charge, and my 26-inch suitcase could fit in. The transportation was very convenient, and the airport 100E was only 1 minute away from the door. Highly recommended.
Excellent hotel, location close to the airport, you can take a taxi and it is not that expensive, very quiet place, no noise, very peaceful, the hotel is super clean, cozy, I recommend it 100% ❤️❤️❤️
Hotel well connected by public transport and not far from pubs, restaurants and minimarkets. Small but nice and comfortable room, bathroom a bit to be revised. Very kind staff, especially Patrick and also the brunette girl at the reception whose name I don't remember. In general all the staff was very friendly and professional. Good breakfast, only flaw the hot drinks are not prepared at the moment, but there is a do-it-yourself machine.
Satisfied with this structure, I recommend it.
It was a very convenient location to go anywhere.
The airport bus (100E) stop is also close.
The room is clean & spacious and comfortable.
However, it was difficult to understand how to enter the hotel building and was very confused when I arrived (because I don't know the auto lock number).
You can tell me the number when you check in.
It seems that you can call from the auto lock machine at the front desk when you arrive.
There is always a front desk and there is a sense of security.
People who can't sleep with noise may need earplugs because they can hear the voice in the hallway well (amenities are also available, I could sleep without worrying).
Very good hotels with clean rooms. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was polite and provided kind help. They also had one computer in the public place.

My favorite hotel in Budapest - the most center, delicious breakfast - there are many vegetarian options, among other things (for vegetarians - humus, salads, vegetables in panning, just vegetables, faphael, etc.), the welcome staff, always ready to help, Lobby with free tea and coffee, tea and coffee in the room, cleanest room (which is rare even for network 4*, and I have a lot in which I was), there is even a sauna (in winter for me one of it prepared).

GGuest UserWhen I arrived at the hotel before 7 o'clock, I was nervous because the entrance door was closed, but when I looked around the intercom, there was a call code on it, so I just had to press it. I went inside just as the other guests were coming out. All the staff were kind and greeted me with a smile, making me feel at ease. A bottle of wine was included in the room and it was delicious!

GGuest UserReading the reviews, overall I was expecting worse. The room was a little dated but clean, the bathroom ditto. Clean sheets and towels. On the other hand, the pillows offered are really uncomfortable, the mini bar is not working and the breakfast is very poor and without a sweet proposal: I went on for three days on bread, butter and jam. The staff were friendly enough and the location was excellent for getting to the center by public transport.
SSaintjeanReception was really gentle ! They help me a lot of things for better trip but some facilities in the room was not exist like hair dryer. Except that everything was good include the place. It’s close to the station
TTopperUKA fantastically clean and very well located hotel. Right in the centre of town and has just enough to provide a comfortable stay.
However, the 8:30am knocks from housekeeping are very annoying and a fridge is something management should consider - as there is room for one. Breakfast pastries and coffee were great, but hot items lacking and need improvement.

EElssssThe location is normal, 20 minutes walk to the center. There is a double-decker bus stop nearby. The room is small, ordinary. Now I will tell you a huge minus. Very strong audibility, the walls are thin, as if in the next room. On one side there was a child and he was crying, on the other someone was watching TV very loudly. On the last night the TV was on until 2 am, they were watching a horror movie, it was creepy and scary from the screams. I was afraid to go to the neighbors alone, you never know who lives there. I suffered for two hours, then I just knocked on the wall and the sound was turned down. The building is also under renovation, everything is in scaffolding. In general, the amenities are minimal, but it is clean and the girl at the reception was nice. It's a pity that they don't keep the silence
GGuest User- great location
- the room was ”ok”, the shower was great, but the hairdryer wasn't working. They don't offer cleaning service, and the building structure is very old and dirty. A mix of residential/hotel/offices (??)
It was much better than the reviews on Google/booking.com.
But don't go with high expectations. You are paying more for the location.

GGuest UserWe have been to other hamptons and this one is better with their front desk service and their amenities on demand. The location is perfect for going around different attractions.
One minor inconvenience which might already be solved by the time you are reading is that there was a road construction right in front of the hotel
GGuest UserI rolled up at 630pm..this hotel is new..fresh..clean..modern. The concept is fantastic. The free wifi is great..lots of hot water..modern rooms..new tvs with youtube!.Shower was nice too. Breakfast was yummy..lots to choose from!..I will recommend and return for sure. The only thing I found odd is being given a door code on my key card slip...no card..no physical key..bit worried on the security of this..if dropped or lost...Not great..but that is all..will return;)
