We stayed in this hotel chain for the second time (after Tbilisi), we chose them because the hotel was located near the coastline and the hotel was clean. Among the advantages of the hotel, I would like to note first of all its own parking; the staff speaks Russian well; cleanliness in the room; view of the sea from the room; presence of a balcony; location close to the beach; good soundproofing of the room. The hotel also has disadvantages, namely: the breakfast is monotonous and not tasty, not typical for Russians; coffee in the hotel chain has no taste; the room on the balcony lacks outdoor furniture and a dryer for clothes; there is no shelf for personal detergents in the shower. I also want to tell you about the situation that happened to us: the night before check-out, a fire alarm went off, we immediately called the reception, but we could not get through. We went down the stairs as expected, approached the girl at the reception, she replied that someone was smoking cigarettes. But I was surprised that they didn’t apologize to us verbally for this situation, after all it was the middle of the night and people woke up and got scared...

A stylish, modern hotel with excellent location and a very cozy and calm atmosphere. The host of the hotel has a very good taste, in common places there are many nice things, vases and statues, the interior is thought to the small things, positive energy felt, yes, I am such and I feel all :) There is a common recreation area and a children's playroom. There are many candy, grocery, wine shops and souvenir shops near the hotel, sights also in a pedestrian accessibility, to the sea by foot 10 minutes. Room and bathroom/swim spacious, There are all the most necessary, even once slippers and toothbrushes :) The room also has a sofa, air conditioner, refrigerator and teapot (coffee, tea, sugar free). Furniture and bed are very comfortable, have been slept. Everything is new. Cleaning is perfect. Wi-Fi works perfectly, many Russian TV channels. The host of the hotel and the staff - guys are positive and responsive, solve all questions quickly. Thank you for the pleasant time spent at the Soft ;) If we are again in Batumi, we will only come to you, 100%. By the way, in November in Batumi +20 t and we even swam in the sea and sunshine :)

I had a very nice experience while checking in as i had two separate booking and i do not want to go in hassle of check in and out and have complete stay at one room , but the Supervisor in the front desk ( David Phutkaradze ) was humble and polite to meet my requirement with a smile in his face and give me multiple option and better recommendation to choose , he reflected what i call unique customer experience with the best quality . thanks to him and because of that i will recommend the hotel to others

A wonderful hotel with a gorgeous view of Batumi. Responsive staff who are always ready to help. Good location - close to agrohub and many attractions. I liked it so much that I didn't want to leave! I recommend this hotel to everyone. 10/10

The hotel has a strategic location and the rooms are very spacious. Although they are a bit old, they are fully equipped and are warm and comfortable to stay in during the winter. It is worth recommending that the breakfast here is excellent. Not only is it rich in variety and delicious, the owner and staff are also very hospitable. They will serve guests with good wine and the coffee tastes great. The restaurant located on the top floor has a wide view, and you can go up to the rooftop platform through the spiral staircase to enjoy the scenery. This is a hotel I would definitely recommend.

Great location and cozy rooms! My husband and I attended the New Year holidays and were delighted. There is good infrastructure nearby. And, what is very important, is the view of the beautiful embankment from the room on one side, and the mountains on the other. You can't hear your neighbors, everything is quiet, no one bothers you. Beautiful hall and atomosphere music. 6 high-speed elevators, which helps you quickly get to the desired floor. I recommend

A wonderful hotel , a cozy room with a huge balcony, you feel like home. You didn't even want to go out , so comfortable . Hotel staff is very attentive, polite , cheerful, always happy to help. A pleasant surprise was my birthday from the hotel with a bottle of Georgian wine and candy. Thank you very much! We'll be happy to stop here again next time. Recommend!

Nice hotel in the new part of Batumi. It’s very close to the sea (just across the street). From our room we could see the sea and the skyscrapers around the hotel. The room was super ok, as expected (see the photos attached). I didn’t go to the hotel’s restaurant but you have some good options close by.
