I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff, who were not only friendly but also extremely efficient in checking me in. The check-in process was smooth, and they even provided me with a welcome drink, which was a nice touch after a long journey. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, blending modern elegance with a touch of classic charm. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities I could possibly need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a busy day. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the premium toiletries, plush towels, and a well-stocked minibar. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s restaurant. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, from freshly baked pastries to hot dishes and healthy choices. I also dined at the restaurant for dinner, and I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the food and the impeccable service. The menu featured a fantastic selection of both local and international dishes, all prepared with the finest ingredients. The hotel’s location is another great advantage. Situated in the heart of the city, it was within walking distance of major attractions, shopping districts, and transportation links, making it incredibly convenient for both business and leisure travelers. Despite being in a bustling area, the hotel itself was an oasis of calm, providing a quiet and relaxing environment. The staff at [Hotel Name] went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. From arranging transportation to offering helpful recommendations for sightseeing, their attention to detail was exceptional. I also made use of the hotel’s fitness center, which was well-equipped, and I found the spa services to be incredibly relaxing. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at [Hotel Name], and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting [City Name]. Whether you're here for business, leisure, or a special occasion, this hotel provides an outstanding level of comfort, service, and luxury. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!

I'll give this hotel top whack, this time. Check-in is always very professional and the TV was working! My only regret is only booking one night as the breakfast is so good. I was in a bit of a hurry and wish I ate more! I sadly had to complain about some seemingly disrespectul guests in the middle of the night but staff were helpful in sorting it for me. The hotel is comfortable and very well stocked, for the price, and is right near Paddington plus some excellent restaurants (including the Italians on either side just up the road) so very convenient. I hope to book again some time (I thought my last stay was last year but it was in Feb 😂). Thanks!

Earls Court
Located in Earl’s court which i love how convenient it is to many places in central london. Just 30mins from heathrow straight with Piccadilly line! The tube station n a bus stop is just 3-4mins walk away up on high street. Thats also where many shops n restaurants, cafes & supermarkets located at! I book this hotel last min so im totally satisfied with the good price. My solo room located on 1st floor, although they hv lift, the room i was assigned still requires extra 10steps of stairs as u see on last pic. But im ok with that. N the room is very tiny but it got everything i need for a three night stay, window, heater, full length mirror, hangers, clothes rack, kettle, tea n coffee, shower gel n shampoo, tv etc. Also one thing i appreciate a lot is how nice the shower is, it has enough water pressure n hot enough for a winter time like this. Its my best time to relax after a long day before bed and keep me warm. Absolutely hv no complaint haha oh n their wifi is stable n staff is friendly for troubleshooting wifi setup :] Oh n make sure u check out the masala shop n asian market close! They offer a wide range of food n drinks choices :]

Bloomsbury
The hotel is around 10-min walk from Euston. Great location as there are cafes, restaurants, grocery stores within a few minutes of walking. All staff are very friendly and I love the free luggage storage service. Everything went smoothly for check in and check out, the receptionist explained everything clearly. The room and also the toilet are spacious for two people and our luggage. One of the things that you might consider is bringing your slipper, toothbrush, comb and necessities- they only provide shower gel and shampoo in the toilet. The best part is definitely the sound proofing, even at maximum occupancy and windows opening, I have had a really good sleep without any disturbance. The blinds from two-layers for my room so the you get to adjust the brightness in your room as you like. Considering the price, location and service, I think this experience was really great and I will definitely visit again! Will also recommend to my friends and family, it's a really great deal if you are hoping to stay around Euston station and Bloomsbury area.

Check in was okay. There is only one lift in the hotel which causes a lot of delay in getting to reception and the rooms. The underground hallways to the room and very narrow and dark and have a damp smell which is quite unpleasant or difficult to navigate as the the signage can be confusing to follow. Once you reach the rooms or ‘cocoon’ they are extremely clean and aesthetically pleasing with amazing moonlighting. The bed is large and there is a big mirror in the room and bathroom. Not much privacy if you’re sharing with friends as the bathroom is only separated by frosted glass. Overall an okay stay for a quick rest

The room is very clean, the surrounding is quiet and safe, and there is a subway station 100 meters away, which can directly reach the city center of Leicester (China Town). The main desk is on the first floor. It is very convenient to call BER when traveling. The price is reasonable and worth staying for business and tourism.

We were happy with our stay here as it was centrally located for our itinerary when we visited London. This was also the most inexpensive hotel we could find in the city with a private bathroom. For us it was just a place to sleep and the room itself only had two beds and just enough space for our luggage. We had the windowless room and felt the air conditioning should have been enough but it was still very stuffy. The bathroom was nice and it had a big enough counter and it was easy to get hot water in the shower. The hotel does not offer regular housekeeping for short stays but you can change towels if you ask. The hotel has a water dispenser in the lobby but it is very basic otherwise. There are some good restaurants and bars nearby and the hotel is about an hour away from both Heathrow and Gatwick airports with access to both at Farringdon station.

This hotel doesn't have an air conditioner. You can't open the windows because they've got them so that you can only open them three inches they put child locks on them. I would say that the room was not cool enough to be totally comfortable but somewhat acceptable and perhaps December January and February. This place is not inhabitable June July and August. Also the room was weird I had six steps going up to the toilet so I have to be cognizant in the middle of the night when I'm going to the bathroom not to fall down and break my bottom. My room said it came with breakfast but it was only a continental breakfast and it looked nasty but since it said breakfast the person who was serving breakfast was a nice enough to give me a full breakfast which was basically one egg bacon toast and beans which was acceptable. Continental breakfast is not acceptable and unless you book on the hotels website then that's what you're still basically a high carb high calorie low nutritional value meal. Would I stay here again? No unless it was December and January because there's no air conditioner which is unheard of. They have two fans in the room but what they basically do is essentially blow hot air around your room. I like the location of the hotel and I thought that the staff is professional. Also they don't clean your room every every day. They only clean the rooms every 4 days I find that completely unacceptable especially in 170 US dollar price point. Unacceptable. I only stayed one day so it didn't affect me but that I say three days I would have been very annoyed about their cheap policy if not cleaning the room on a daily basis who does that? I like the Polish lady that worked at the reception. Also this hotel has stairs in some funky locations. To get to my toilet I have to climb up six stairs to get to my room I had to climb up two different flights of five or six stairs also. They should clean the room daily for their price point it's ridiculous and guess what spend some money and put an air conditioner in the damn room.
