We booked family room but we got special room with disabled bathroom,I asked for chathey said we don’t have another room for family now.it was very hard to use very low basin for 5”11.we didn't had shower because after 1 person used shower floor gone wet as shower curtain was high from floor .and sofa bed was terrible it was bad experience this time in holiday inn. Although Breakfast was good and had free parking.this month i had 3 different bookings in holiday inn ,in rest of them had great experience only in Dunfermline we got issues.
The hotel was clean, but I booked a double bed room to share with my sister on trip.com and when I paid and got a confirmation that it’s a double room it was not refundable . When I contacted the hotel they said that because they did not have twin rooms available it reverted the booking to double in the system. I contacted trip.con to cancel the booking they said that it was non refundable booking, I explained that it was their system that made the error and not me, the agent said I will contact the hotel and check if they can accept a refund, she got back saying that they have refused and trip.com could not help. I was furious and I had to go and sleep on the sofa bed and this was uncomfortable also the heating was doing some tapping sound as I am light sleeper I could not sleep properly at all.
The room was clean and comfortable, just a bit cold. The service is warm and thoughtful, the breakfast room is very tasteful, the food is rich, there are many choices, and I enjoyed a local Scottish breakfast.
Spacious and modern rooms, comfortable beds. Regular cleaning, savory breakfast to order in the restaurant, very reasonable prices for catering, friendly staff. No hair dryer and bring a shower cap because the shower head is high and fixed. Very quiet and well-insulated hotel. Excellent value for money
Good and delicious full breakfast. Wonderful service, the hotel staffs are nice and helpful. We have hired a car Skoda which we are not quite familiar with. We ask the hotel officer for help to tune the rear mirror. Even they are also have no idea of this car, they try the best to find out the way. Thank you for their kind help and great effort 👍👍👍
The house is big, the service is friendly, the parking lot is large, the transportation is convenient, and there is a big supermarket at the door. It is very convenient

GGuest UserVery nice. Very friendly staff. We stayed there to go to Edinburgh for the Festivals. 5 minutes walk from the station. Can you enjoy all the tastes in the big city without problem. Good enough breakfast. So take your own soup to the breakfast room.

DDongyinglvrenThe hotel attached to the golf course is warm and comfortable, cost-effective, the front desk service lady is warm and thoughtful, the breakfast is Scottish, the course cost is reasonable, it is worth living and playing slowly for a few days.
