3-Star Hotels in Normandy, France

"Parfait, merci pour l’accueil. Christian a été très professionnel et sympathique pendant mon séjour merci à lui."

"You need to be careful because there are two hotels with very similar names in Rouen, so it's a good idea to double-check which one your reservation is for. At this particular one, we had a hard time finding the parking, as it's accessed through the same parking garage as the shopping center. On the positive side, the parking was open during our stay and we didn't have to pay anything. We also want to highlight the excellent service during check-in; the person who assisted us was very friendly and provided great service. Regarding the location, it's about a 20-minute walk from the cathedral and the historic center. It's perfectly walkable, although the path goes through an area that seemed a bit neglected to us and, especially at night, didn't feel very safe. As for the hotel itself, the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. We understand it's a low-cost hotel and our expectations were in line with the price, but it could still be much cleaner. On our floor, there was a huge cobweb right in front of the elevator door; my partner had to duck to avoid it every time we went out. Another negative point is that the rooms don't have any system to combat the heat: neither air conditioning nor even a ceiling fan. In the summer, having at least a fan would be greatly appreciated. The beds were fine, and overall, it can be a decent option for a one-night stay or a very short trip if you're looking for something affordable, but there are several maintenance and cleanliness aspects that should be improved."

"Room is really small and quite old. Not many amenities, only 2in1 shampoo+soap and hair dryer. No drinking water, no shower cap, etc. Nice breakfast. Good location - city center within walking."

"The stay experience was superb, the hotel was in a great location, very close to the business district/scenic area/subway station, and it was super worry-free on foot. The room is spacious, the lighting and ventilation are very good, the hygiene is particularly in place, the corners are spotless, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the quality of toiletries is online. The staff is attentive and thoughtful, the check-in and check-out speed is fast, the demand response is timely, the hotel's breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. The overall experience is full, I highly recommend it to everyone!"

"Accueil parfait . La chambre est spacieuse mais impossible de faire fonctionner le radiateur, j’ai été obligé de faire fonctionner celui de la salle de bain toute la nuit pour ne pas avoir froid . Lit à ressort à changer rapidement ! Je ne reviendrais pas malgré un personnel très agréable et souriant ."

"Hotel position is perfect and there is many Tesla superchargers opposite to hotel which is very convenient I suddenly have a company call to make and hotel is so generous and reserve a business center for an hr for free Staff are nice and helpful Highly recommend for family or for business occasion"

"It is a good hotel for those who is traveling to Normandy and have to stop for one-two nights. We had a very spacious room with dark wallpapers on the wall and with a balcony. Comfortable bed, coffee machine, sleepers (finally!!!) and two bath robes for me and my daughter. It is not new, you can notice it, however it was a very cozy environment. The hotel is in far from the beach, but close to the Hippodrome. Also, the were some shops and not expensive pharmacy near the hotel."

"The room is very good, suitable for family travel. The environment is beautiful and there is a dam that has become a natural waterfall. The service is very good, responsible and very kind. It is very convenient for self-driving tours and is very close to Mont Saint Michel."

"Super hotel 🏨  Personnel more than welcome !  The hotel is very clean and very clean and very clean and very clean and very clean and very clean and very clean and very clean and very clean and  I recommend!!!"

"The main building of the property is beautiful but has a tight parking space, which… needs to be booked ahead.. and we didn’t know . Anyway, also be aware that there are 3 buildings within the property, 1min walk to each other, and in winter at the dark of the evening, it is not really convenient to go from one place to another one. Anyway. Fact is that the 2 buildings we were presented are beautiful, fully renovated, warm and nicely decorated. Well done. Breakfast was also very good; I just think that the breakfast timing mngt of the various bedrooms run off… as people were queuing up, waiting for tables. My advice: wake up early, go breakfast early! ;-) Again very nice mansion and service."
