I think the hotel is very good compared to the price. The location is very good. The room is average. Also the staff were very good. The breakfast was good but you have to pay for water. This was funny because the breakfast included tea, coffee and juice but not water.

Ein sauberes Hotel in guter Lage zu den Pyramiden und dem Grand Egyptian Musem. Das Frühstücksbuffet war überraschend vielfältig. Leider sind alle warmen Speisen bereits morgens um 7 Uhr kalt - schade. Wir waren zum Jahreswechsel dort und es war abends/nachts erwartungsgemäß kalt. Größtes Manko: Es gibt keine Heizung in den Zimmern. In der ersten Nacht haben wir tatsächlich gefroren. Ein mobiler Heizlüfter war nicht verfügbar. Das Restaurant ist durchaus ok und auch die einzige Möglichkeit vor Ort. Die direkte Umgebung des Hotels ist ”schwierig”. Das Servicepersonal ist sehr zuvorkommend und tatsächlich sieht man vom Dachgeschoss aus auf die Pyramiden!

They were friendly, helpful, and always ready with a warm smile. Amenities: The amenities were more than adequate, from the comfortable rooms to the delightful rooftop area where you can enjoy meals with the Pyramids as a backdrop. It was a unique and memorable experience. Special Highlight: The rooftop breakfast with a panoramic view of the Pyramids and the Sphinx is a must-experience! It adds a magical touch to your stay and is perfect for couples and families alike. The location is phenomenal. Right Infront of the entrance to the Pyramid complex. The view from the balcony was perfect! It is a bit of a noisy neighborhood, so just be warned. The breakfast was amazing too. Thank you for an amazing stay!

What a great experience at Jasmine Pyramid Hotel!! All the staff were absolutely amazing shout out to Mahmoud, Merina, Ala'a and Passm, as well as the Kitchen Staff the Head Chef and Faris! Wow! I can honestly say I've never stayed at a place where everyone was so welcoming. Complimentary breakfast was satisfying (considering Ramadan) everything was fresh and good. Close to almost everything and just 900m away from the Great Pyramid of Giza, along with the complimentary Airport Shuttle Services, I extended my stay by a further 2 days. The management organized daily Tours for me with some very professional people and in a very ethical arrangement, (which surprised me because I was concerned about negative tourists reviews of Egypt & it was Ramadan so I expected shorter tours & bad service, but Did_Not experience it) the tours were {pricey} however worth the hassle free nature of seeing this bustling metropolis and all its ancient treasures (btw loved my tour guide). Remember this is a developing country, people are financially challenged, so keep your pennies in your pockets ready. All-in-All I was mesmerized, blown away and charmed by this host. Definitely RECCOMEND!

The following are real pictures and videos I took when I checked into the hotel that day. The room I stayed in that day was on the 4th floor. Hotel location: Convenient transportation in Cairo. Hotel facilities: Please see the pictures for yourself. They were taken when I checked in that day. The bedding and linens can be seen in the pictures. The bed is quite comfortable, but I had goosebumps on my body the next day. It may be caused by insect bites. It took 3 days to heal. Hotel decoration: Please see the pictures for yourself. Bathroom: You can also see the pyramids. I had lunch at his house in the afternoon. When I left in the morning, I gave the boy 250 Egyptian pounds for lunch. He said he couldn't make the change and took me outside to find the change. Hotel service staff: I personally think they are very service-minded. They were quite considerate during my stay. They served me a glass of juice as soon as I arrived. They were very enthusiastic. The pictures of the hotel match the pictures of the room I actually stayed in. You can see the pyramids outside the window, which is very convenient

The reason to stay is the view. But we booked a standard room without view as would have it during breakfast. Arrived and did not have our room so put is in a room with view Nd then moved us to standard room. The reason to book anywhere for two nights is to relax. I said no to upgrade that's how I found out they did not have my room. I wanted to Unpack a little and have stuff out. Not have to pack up before being picked up on tour. Sales pitch expected as poor area. Breakfast was way too much, very tasty Roof views are great and across the road from entry gate to pyramid. Area is very poor, motel sent a footman with me to teller and back so would be safe.this was great help to me but gives you an indication of the area. You have to stay this close of U want to look out and see the pyramid so close. Overalls I don't think a bad stay, bed sheets clean, staff nice although push for review, but after seeing the area these people need tourist work to survive.

I'll stay again. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the place is very modern and beautiful with the Egyptian culture in the design well worth the price is so good. There's a pool open 24h and the view is spectacular, you see all the pryramids while having a coffee or drink by the pool. The pyramids are just 10min away by Uber very convenient. They supply with airport drop off for an extra charge and they alll speak English and feiendly. Great breakfast included. For those exploring the ancient city bring cash in Egyptian pounds or dollars as turist places are expensive and always leave some cash for tip, they are doing their best. Overall a wonderful experience, remember you are in Egypt and things, driving and culture are very different. The first is my favourite photo of the trip and was taken in the floor above the pool. Enjoy

The hotel has been open for over a month, so the facilities are brand new. Overall, it is hard to find accommodations like this in old Egypt. The bedding and towels are new and fresh. However, it is still early, so the rooftop bar is scheduled to open next year. So it is still difficult to order alcohol or food, but the facilities are all ready, so there is no problem with tables or enjoying the view. A hairdryer will be provided, so please bring it. I recommend this place because the staff is friendly and it is a good place.
