Clean hotel and very helpful stuff, specially the housekeeping stuff the rooms are very clean and the Wi-Fi speed is amazing the hotel as free coffee and tea in the rooms. Also the bathrooms are very clean the restaurant has very good food and the reception is very helpful they helped me with everything I need Ps the hot water is amazing I would definitely recommend the hotel to all guest

It's good~ There are no disadvantages except that it is a double bed~ The wireless network is not very good, but it can be used! The network in Egypt seems to be not very good... This is already excellent!

One of the best hotel apartments I’ve been to. The location is perfect, not exactly on the main road so the noise level is low, yet close enough that it only takes a few steps. Shops, restaurants, and supermarkets are within walking distance, and for anything else you need, you can always order it by phone or online. The price is very good, especially compared to similar places in the area. The highlight of the place, though, is the staff. They’re amazing, helpful, very friendly and will always go the extra mile to accommodate you. The only downside and the reason I didn’t give it a 5 star was the banging noise coming from the construction workers early in the morning, especially considering it was coming from the extension of the hotel apartment itself. I will definitely be staying there whenever I’m back in Cairo, and will be recommending the place to all my family and friends. 👍🏻

No restaurant nearby except a fast food place within working distance.room service is on request and I have big amount of uncertainty shuttle is provided.On my way to leave I was very scared how a taxi driver behave.He keeps telling me that he's here by Whatsapp but I wasn't able to see him that far as the front usually completely with cars.

I consider this hotel is my home in cairo. The no.1 for all the 3 i stayed in cairo. The hotel is very near Tahrir Square, food shops, fast food, coffee shops nearby. Even I travelled other cities of Egypt i keep coming back here. Because of the staff are polite, friendly, trustworthy and I feel safe in the hotel. Main points I look for a hotel is cleanliness, good comfortable beds and hot strong shower (you dont have to take time just to take shower, the water is strong). Their laundry is a little higher to the previous hostel i stayed, but tiptop cleanliness and smell really nice, you pay right price. Other hostel they wash your clothes inside the building so its not really dried and smell like ”wet stored clothes”. They have kettle, small fridge, cable tv with english movies (MBC 2 i think), the internet is good enough. They provide towels, soap and tissue paper. They will respect your privacy and make sure you have a pleasant stay. The presentable room and toilet is nice and clean. Same as picture on the their hotel photos 🙌 Ask questions they will help you as much as they can. They help me also with ordering food coz some drivers dont speak english. Maybe the ground floor to elavator doesn't look appealling but you are safe in the hotel and the level floor very clean. A very soul hotel located on the most beautiful round square of Cairo. In general, Cairo is worth living either in the center (Dauntaun/Island Zamalek) or already in Giza near the pyramids (if you only care about them). If you choose the center, the area of Talat Harb Square, where Cairo Inn is located, is one of the best options in price-quality ratio. It is not as expensive as in ”big” hotel networks, but the level of comfort is noticeably higher than in cheap host hotels, which are scattered around different corners in the center. To the main attractions of the center can be reached on foot. The hotel is located on 2-3 the floor of a beautiful building ”in Paris style” which comes to the area. The most classy rooms have small balconies with a table where you can have breakfast (a table with breakfast is brought to the room), Sitting in the evenings and even smoking calyan (his for the extra fee will bring to you). But it is necessary to bear in mind that the windows on the square are constant noise from cars, and the eternal biking of Cairo drivers is truly legendary. The design of the room is made in the style of ”eastern chic,” although not without small cosies (badly closed the door on the balcony, lacked roses, etc.), but it is more petty, in general everything is comfortable. The hotel has a perfectly beautiful Joseph, with whom we have practically been friends. He helped solve any issues and problems, for example, changed us the euro to Egyptian pounds at a very good rate when the surrounding ATMs didn't help us with it. In general, we are very happy, then again stayed in this hotel (for acquaintance with the city - the perfect place).

With a couple of friends, we stayed at the President Hotel in October for a total of 3 nights, the hotel in itself was a major success, despite being quite low key online. The neighborhood it's located in is very secure and calm, Zamalek overall is a nice part of the city, with many places to visit, and cute hidden gems. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and well-maintained; and the room-service was excellent. If there was one thing to be brought up as a downside, it would definitely be the Pyramids tour we had the misfortune of going through with the agency they work with. However, after having reported the horrendous experience we went through to the reception, our complaint was taken seriously immediately and the hotel managed a partial 45% refund of the money paid and apologized continuously for the inconvenience; kudos to Ahmad at the reception.

In the old building in Liberation Square, the traffic at the door is not convenient, and the driver is hard to find. The first time I arrived, I moved my luggage to the third floor, and then I got the elevator keys. The room facilities are average, and the windows are noisy. Fortunately, the young boss and shop assistants are very enthusiastic. It is a good choice to save the budget. If you want to enjoy vacation and travel, forget it

I (female, 19) stayed alone at the hotel in a single room. The doorman seemed nice at first, but then he kept on watching me whenever i came back or left. Me and my friend had to study for an exam, so we wanted to do that in my room (of course at day time), but the doorman wouldn’t let us go to my room together, not even to pick up our bags. NO PRIVACY?! Twice they nocked at my door at random times to check/make sure that i was alone in my room. Once, at night (maybe 9pm), i was laying in my bed and watching a movie and suddenly i hear the noises of a door lock. MY door lock. I see the doorman (male, maybe 50 years old) take a look into my room and then close the door again. I was alone in my room, 19 year old female, only in underwear and a blanket. My door was double locked, with the key inside the lock!, but the man just opened it anyways. He immediately closed it again and apologized, he said he had mistaken the room and didn’t remember that this was my room. AS IF! the hotel is so small, it’s impossible to actually forget that. And even if, that should still not be happening!!! I was alone and something like that is really scarry! I already double locked my room! What else am i supposed to do? A few days later someone calls me to the reception to talk to the doorman again (the first time i had to talk to him alone because usually my friend always accompanied me to the hotel because i dont speak arabic). I go down stairs to talk to him and 30 seconds later he (male, 50) starts calling me (female, 19) pretty and making VERY inappropriate comments. !! After these incidents i did not leave my room alone again without someone picking me up, because i was too scared and uncomfortable to see that man again. The hotel has very nice rooms and a very central location downtown. BUT as a young woman, alone, i did not feel safe being there alone (I honestly felt safer outside on the street 💀 ) and i would not go there again, nor recommend any woman traveling alone to go there.

Hotel service is terrible. No Maintenance since 10 days + they refuses to take my garbage. Last pickup was 4 to 5 days ago. I have a baby and pampers and they do not care. They want me to stick to an cleaning appointment preselected by them. They give me appointments that do not match for me and dont care if it does not work for me as I work etc. and if I ask that just someone comes to take the garbage they say your problem....you had an appointment and missed it and shall wait till next week. So I have now to wait 1 week till someone comes and takes the garbage incl baby diapers. When I say I want to talk to the manager they just hang up and dont care. They receive 20 000 EGP in advance and dont care for anything. Biggest regret. I would like to go but they received my money. Take care before you book a long stay and never book despite through booking and avoid a long stay especially in their apartment. Shame on you to treat a mother with a baby like that.

I always thought I was out of luck, until this lousy building called the hotel taught me to be a man! Apple's photorealistic real-life picture is as above. The first picture do n’t think it ’s a garden. You must park your luggage on the main road and go down the slope with a baggage to cross the road full of illegal parking and then go upstairs to a dozen steps. It's better to practice again. If there is a problem, do not change the house. The platform complains before changing. Worse than the second floor, you deserve it! Why not change hotels? The labor and capital went out every day at eight o'clock in the middle of the night, and then returned at night. If they said too much, they all cried ...
