The location of the hotel near the train station and the friendly reception allow us to start our holidays relaxingly. The city centre is within a minute walking distance. The room was conveniently furnished and fully large enough for a short trip. The reception is open around the hour. The building has a playbank and a fitness centre. Also you can play bowling and billiards. By getting tickets for public transport free of charge, you can reach all the attractions around the area, even drive to the island of Rügen. The breakfast is delicious and extensive. Also here the staff is friendly and helpful.

This castle is described as worth seeing everywhere. It is a hotel today there it is clear that you cannot visit it from inside. But as it is described everywhere I also drove to the place Klink that is not far from goods on the Müritz. I drove the sign to the parking place to photograph it from outside and then drive back. When I went out, I saw the barrier from the parking lot, on the other side too. Another vehicle also looked for the exit. I asked a worker who stood on a car and who thought you had to go to the castle at the reception have the tickets with QRC codes and that was the barrier going up. I did that and what I experienced there, I really never heard. The lady said this bill would be, but it would cost 15 euros. That is what is to say who follows the hints on the castle, and how to do it, want to photograph, then the box goes down and you get out only if you pay 15 euros. All right, hard. This is for me freedom deprivation and chastisement. No sign was visible for me, and as a different vehicle was looking for, probably not only for me. Very nice hotel, very clean. Worm atmosphere and good position. They have a closed room for bikes and very good breakfast. I would not really suggest the restaurant for dinner which is anyhow separated

We had one stay here wanting to get a night close to the coast after spending some days in Berlin. Coming from a 4 star hotel with pool in the middle of Berlin we were a bit surprised to see this was more expensive. But the room was quite spacey and as we were 3 they had a futon prepared. Room was cleaned and nice but no coffee machine in the room. Hotel was about 1 km from old town where there was a bunch of restaurants. We did not have breakfast at the hotel. Service at check in and out was nice.

Great service, great owner. The rooms, that is, our rooms, were very clean. Even when we asked for an additional mattress (for our daughter), we had these few moments later. We can't put anything off. The breakfast is also rich and the selection is super.

First we were skeptical about the hotel because the reviews are not so good. We have dareed to book a room for 4 nights. There is little negative to report. The room was good and clean. Cleaning took place every day. The location was OK for us too. 10 minutes walk and you are in the old town of Stralsund. On the first day we had breakfast, then no longer. Breakfast buffet is not bad, but we found it is too expensive with 15€ per person. The staff was very nice and helpful. For us it was a nice stay at the Hotel Stralsund 🤩

We spent a night at the hotel. We traveled in the lunch and could also bear the rooms immediately. At the reception we were friendlyly received and all our questions were completely resolved. Parking spaces are available at the hotel for little money (2EUR), but the hotel also has a free deep garage. Our room was quite spacious and clean, but simply equipped. The old town of Stralsund, including the ocean, is accessible by foot from the hotel. Also on the way to the old town there are nice restaurants (fish restaurant, Greek, breuhaus). We were absolutely satisfied with our stay at the hotel.

Ich hatte aufgrund der schlechten Kritiken etwas Angst, wurde aber freudig überrascht. Sehr nettes Personal beim Empfang. Sehr sauberes Zimmer und bequemes Bett. Eine Flasche Wasser gab es kostenlos sowie Kaffee und Tee bis 22:30 Uhr. Das Bad ist praktisch und ja, die Duschwand ist etwas kurz, aber das Wasser, das daneben läuft, trocknet schnell ab. Die schlechten Bewertungen beim Frühstück verstehe ich auch nicht. Es war eine gute Auswahl (Käse, Aufschnitt, Bacon, Rührei usw.) und es wurde ständig nachgelegt. Einziges Manko die Parkplatzsituation.
