The location was fantastic. Recommended hotel. The staff is friendly too. Although was given a non smoking room. Somehow the room is still having quite a strong cigarette smell throughout my 3 nights stay in the room. Maybe it from other place. Also maybe it not their habit to mop the wooden floor, there is quite a few sticky gravy or sauce stain on the floor. So the floor not really clean. I am more particular as this trip with with my family with kid.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. The room is almost double the normal Ibis room (eg in Lindon, Korea, or Sydney). Location is just behind the Snack street, so lots of interesting stuff to eat. Infront is the Han river and you can walk along it towards the Eye of Tianjin.. I would give it 5 stars for an Ibis.

This was once of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in China. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. The location is very good and across the street has amazing local and foreign foods. I would totally come back to this place again!

(Review from a foreigner) This hotel, located near the airport, offers large rooms perfect for a comfortable night's sleep after a late arrival. Surrounding are shoplots from my room I can see car repair shops, small businesses but I didn’t get to explore more. While the staff's English proficiency is limited, they are accommodating and willing to help with guest needs. Overall, this hotel is a practical choice for travelers seeking a restful stay with close proximity to the airport.

The hotel is very conveniently located right next to the main train station. The entrance to the metro station is right in front of the hotel. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Hai River. There is a pedestrian zone from which you can see the three large clocks. Three tower clocks. Opposite is the French Concession with Haussmann-style houses.

The hotel is right next to the train station...very convenient...opposite the hotel is Jingang Square...very close to Century Clock and Jiefang Bridge...very comfortable to watch the night view at night...the handsome guy at the front desk is very enthusiastic...stayed for two days in a row...very good...

Hotel is very comfortable and clean and located in a nice quiet neighborhood place. Easy access to metro and shopping areas by taxi or a short walk. Customer service was okay, day staff had someone who spoke English . Night staff had only Chinese speaking staff but when we got an issue she sorted our issue using the translate app and made sure we were comfortable. We got complimentary breakfast which was ok,a blend of western and Chinese. Make sure to close your windows at night or noise out on the street will distract your sleep. Highly recommended.

Service apartment with a good location, downstairs of hotel got one shopping mall and inside shopping mall link with the Metro station. Before check-in can call the hotel ,they will sent one person come down to fetch and troughs check-in. Good service , got any questions can ask theirs staff with wechat. If next time come to TIANJIN again, definitely I will stay here again.

Hotel staff friendly and welcoming always happy to help. Relatively clean for the most part however bathrooms could have been more thoroughly cleaned. Great central location but poor noise insulation you will definitely be awoken by the outside noise in the morning. The breakfast was good with lots of options both local and western. Overall a good stay however there are better hotel options in the nearby area for around the same price range.
