"I was just planning a standard stay, but unexpectedly, the weather suddenly turned cold overnight. To my surprise, the owner was incredibly thoughtful and offered a free upgrade to a deluxe suite, which instantly made the experience fantastic! The room was spacious and comfortable, with brand new, well-equipped facilities. For a place like Lenghu, it completely exceeded my expectations. The service was warm, attentive, and very detailed, making it feel truly like home. If you're coming to Lenghu, you absolutely must stay at the Xingqiong Secluded Realm Quality Hotel – you won't regret it. I've already highly recommended it to my friends!"

"This stay was absolutely perfect! The hotel boasts a superb location, right next to the subway station and shopping district, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. The lobby was elegant and welcoming, and the front desk staff were efficient and friendly. The rooms were spacious and bright, with soft and comfortable bedding, and the bathroom was spotless with a separate shower and toilet. The staff were attentive and friendly, from the concierge to the housekeeping staff, all wearing smiles and making us feel right at home. Enough space for luggage, big desk, comfy chair and plenty of different lamps monitored from bed. I did not use wifi but router in room is functioning. There is air humidifier and water kettle. Location is very good. A 30 min walk to the town square and shopping street. 10 min taxi to train station and airport bus. Excuse my mess om the photos ;) I had a long flight from Stockholm Sweden."

"The service at this Yushu branch was excellent! I arrived in the middle of the night, but the staff and security guard were incredibly helpful. They assisted me with finding a parking spot and carrying my luggage without a single complaint, showing great enthusiasm. It was a really good experience. There's a school nearby, and a fantastic steamed bun shop close to the school. Plus, in May, there were even peach blossoms by the roadside – a lovely surprise!"

Plus, the airport shuttle is right across the street, which was incredibly relaxing – no need to lug my suitcase around!"

"You can tell the owner is trying hard to run the business well; the rooms are large and airy. Even at high altitude, my friend and I didn't experience any discomfort. The front desk had oxygen bags, which they filled for us, but we didn't need them. Thank you for the complimentary afternoon tea—it was delicious! The front desk staff were great. The only downside was the breakfast; could the congee be served without salt, and could there be a little more side dishes? Unfortunately, I didn't get to try the coffee I wanted… but I would definitely choose to stay here again next time. Overall, it's the best place in the area."

AilvyoudexiaoliThe deluxe family room at Qinghai Baiyun Xianglin Hotel was absolutely amazing! As soon as we walked in, we were blown away by how spacious and bright it was. The kids' play area, specially designed for children, had a slide and a rocking horse, keeping our little one entertained non-stop. The room was exceptionally clean, and the thoughtful touches like children's toiletries and disposable toilet seat covers really stood out. Hot water came out quickly, and the mattress was super comfortable. The hotel's service was impeccable; from the warm welcome at check-in, we felt cared for throughout our stay. Drinks and towels were plentiful, and the hotel's location was very convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Our stay was perfect, and I highly recommend it to families with children!

Guest UserThe room was clean and tidy, and the central air conditioning allowed me to adjust the temperature myself. The shower had great water pressure and was super hot and comfortable. Parking was also incredibly convenient, and the breakfast was delicious. Even though there were many people eating breakfast, the service attitude was consistently excellent. The cleaning staff in the hallways would also greet me warmly, which was really heartwarming. The front desk even upgraded my room for free because I had a baby with me, which I truly appreciated! Highly recommended!!

The lady at the front desk upgraded me to a King room for free when I checked in. The room was pretty good, though a little on the small side, perfect for a leisure trip. The window faced the street, so it was very airy, and the bed was comfortable. There was also a big TV. Breakfast was really convenient, as the restaurant is just inside the hallway on the second floor.

A fantastic hotel! The location is a huge plus, just a few minutes' walk to the attractions. The owner and staff are incredibly warm and welcoming; they even proactively added me on WeChat to provide transportation tips. Although it's only three stories high, there's an elevator, which made carrying luggage very convenient. It can get a bit chilly in the mornings and evenings, so I'd recommend bringing a down jacket. The rooms have electric blankets, and some even have air conditioning. Definitely recommend it! 👍🏻

Good hotel, very modern and clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful. For the price it's great.
However, we couldn't enjoy the breakfast much as it starts at 7:30, which is already fairly late for a hotel, and by 7:40 not even half of the breakfast was prepared and we had to leave, would have liked to try it especially considering it was included in the room and what we ate of it was fairly tasty.
The curtain behind the bathtub doesnt sit in line with the wall so there is a bright light throughout the night from outside.
The hotel was a bit difficult to find especially finding the Correct parking area for the building.
The elevators are shared elevators and took over 10 minutes to go up to the 25th floor . And took 5 minutes of waiting to go down one floor to the reception, before we decided to take the stairs(which are very dirty)
Apart from the above the hotel was very good and comfortable, clothes washing facilities were clean, coffee in the reception, and a cool fish tank along with very friendly helpful staff.

Environment: I was really disappointed with the soundproofing in room 1320; it's practically non-existent. I could hear every conversation from upstairs clearly. I don't know about the other rooms.

Guest UserThis stay exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable – I slept like a log! The front desk service was warm and attentive; check-in, check-out, and getting an invoice were all quick and efficient. The location is super convenient, with the Daxinjie Night Market and Xiaguanguan Street nearby, offering plenty of delicious local food. There's also a fantastic hand-grabbed lamb restaurant not far from the hotel, which the front desk recommended, and it was really good. It was cloudy during my stay, but thankfully the room had air conditioning. This is one of the few hotels in Xining with independent AC. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next loop trip.

Facilities: Overall, the room facilities are decent, pretty much standard for the Huazhu Group.
Hygiene: The hygiene is generally acceptable. We are quite clean ourselves, so we brought disposable toilet seat covers and tissues to lay on the vanity. Because we were worried about altitude sickness, we only did a simple wash-up and didn't really use the shower.
Environment: The environment is okay. After looking around, I feel this hotel is one of the better ones.
Service: The front desk lady proactively upgraded my room type. She upgraded it without even telling me, and when I opened the room door, I found that the twin room with 1.2-meter beds had been changed to one double bed and one single bed, much larger! I was so surprised and felt genuinely touched! The lady was so kind; seeing that I had an older child with me, she just went straight to the best solution without saying a word. Thank you for your warmth!

The decoration of the room is light and luxurious, the stairs are equipped with induction light belts, the glass guardrails are transparent and beautiful, and the atmosphere of the lights is directly full at night, and the photos are especially filmed. The second floor is a separate sleep area, separated from movement and quiet, and the rest is very quiet. The bedding is soft and comfortable, the blackout curtains are very effective, and I sleep until dawn. There is also a leisure area downstairs, whether it is a leisure seat or a simple office is very convenient. The overall is clean and tidy, the design is full, the stay experience is far more than ordinary rooms, it is not wrong to choose this one, and I will stay next time!
