"Took us some time to understand how things function in the room, but we finally got it. We missed the AC most. Although the city is at almost 2300 m alttitude, it can get hot in the summer and there's only a narrow window in the room. Too little to cool it over the night. No fridge means no cold drinks either. And also the shower nozzle is not fully functional. Water is fighting its way out of that 😵 But there is a nice lobby and also the room looks good. We did get a surprise snack around 10.00 pm. All put together I would say 'Better try one of the other hotels in the neighbourhood.'"

"I was just planning a standard stay, but unexpectedly, the weather suddenly turned cold overnight. To my surprise, the owner was incredibly thoughtful and offered a free upgrade to a deluxe suite, which instantly made the experience fantastic! The room was spacious and comfortable, with brand new, well-equipped facilities. For a place like Lenghu, it completely exceeded my expectations. The service was warm, attentive, and very detailed, making it feel truly like home. If you're coming to Lenghu, you absolutely must stay at the Xingqiong Secluded Realm Quality Hotel – you won't regret it. I've already highly recommended it to my friends!"

"I was very satisfied with my stay this time. The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch, with the entire room thoroughly cleaned. The room had great natural light, was spacious, and the mattress was just right – I slept soundly all night. The front desk staff were warm, polite, and processed my check-in efficiently and quickly. Their service was thoughtful and discreet, without being intrusive. The facilities were in perfect condition, the internet speed was fast, and the wet/dry separation in the bathroom was very well designed. "JI Hotel Yushu is a new hotel. The room was spacious, the corridor stylish. and it was quiet. The hotel is situated at the quiet end if town with minimarkets and a pharmacy close by. The hotel provides a good breakfast. Staffing is well organised. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful and spent some time organising a taxi for an out of town temple tour. . However, and it is with no wish to criticise, they do not speak English which I would not normally comment on except that one of the ******* domestic staff does speak English. This would seem to be an asset which could be helpful to the hotel."

"Hanting Xining Railway Station Zhongfayuan Hotel is a brand new Hanting 4.0 store, this stay experience is very satisfactory. The hotel is uniquely located, very close to the train station, it is very convenient to transfer to the bus, downstairs is the Zhongfayuan business district, all kinds of restaurants, convenience stores are complete, eating and purchasing do not have to go far.
The rooms are newly decorated and bright, the sanitation is very careful, and the corners are clean and odorless. The room is equipped with independent air conditioning and can freely adjust the temperature. The mattress is moderately hard and soft, the bedding is clean and comfortable, and the blackout curtains are well sealed, so you don't have to worry about being disturbed by the light in the morning. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the 24-hour hot water supply is stable, and the shower water pressure is sufficient.

"You can tell the owner is trying hard to run the business well; the rooms are large and airy. Even at high altitude, my friend and I didn't experience any discomfort. The front desk had oxygen bags, which they filled for us, but we didn't need them. Thank you for the complimentary afternoon tea—it was delicious! The front desk staff were great. The only downside was the breakfast; could the congee be served without salt, and could there be a little more side dishes? Unfortunately, I didn't get to try the coffee I wanted… but I would definitely choose to stay here again next time. Overall, it's the best place in the area."

AilvyoudexiaoliThe deluxe family room at Qinghai Baiyun Xianglin Hotel was absolutely amazing! As soon as we walked in, we were blown away by how spacious and bright it was. The kids' play area, specially designed for children, had a slide and a rocking horse, keeping our little one entertained non-stop. The room was exceptionally clean, and the thoughtful touches like children's toiletries and disposable toilet seat covers really stood out. Hot water came out quickly, and the mattress was super comfortable. The hotel's service was impeccable; from the warm welcome at check-in, we felt cared for throughout our stay. Drinks and towels were plentiful, and the hotel's location was very convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Our stay was perfect, and I highly recommend it to families with children!

Guest UserThe room was clean and tidy, and the central air conditioning allowed me to adjust the temperature myself. The shower had great water pressure and was super hot and comfortable. Parking was also incredibly convenient, and the breakfast was delicious. Even though there were many people eating breakfast, the service attitude was consistently excellent. The cleaning staff in the hallways would also greet me warmly, which was really heartwarming. The front desk even upgraded my room for free because I had a baby with me, which I truly appreciated! Highly recommended!!

The lady at the front desk upgraded me to a King room for free when I checked in. The room was pretty good, though a little on the small side, perfect for a leisure trip. The window faced the street, so it was very airy, and the bed was comfortable. There was also a big TV. Breakfast was really convenient, as the restaurant is just inside the hallway on the second floor.

A fantastic hotel! The location is a huge plus, just a few minutes' walk to the attractions. The owner and staff are incredibly warm and welcoming; they even proactively added me on WeChat to provide transportation tips. Although it's only three stories high, there's an elevator, which made carrying luggage very convenient. It can get a bit chilly in the mornings and evenings, so I'd recommend bringing a down jacket. The rooms have electric blankets, and some even have air conditioning. Definitely recommend it! 👍🏻

Good hotel, very modern and clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful. For the price it's great.
However, we couldn't enjoy the breakfast much as it starts at 7:30, which is already fairly late for a hotel, and by 7:40 not even half of the breakfast was prepared and we had to leave, would have liked to try it especially considering it was included in the room and what we ate of it was fairly tasty.
The curtain behind the bathtub doesnt sit in line with the wall so there is a bright light throughout the night from outside.
The hotel was a bit difficult to find especially finding the Correct parking area for the building.
The elevators are shared elevators and took over 10 minutes to go up to the 25th floor . And took 5 minutes of waiting to go down one floor to the reception, before we decided to take the stairs(which are very dirty)
Apart from the above the hotel was very good and comfortable, clothes washing facilities were clean, coffee in the reception, and a cool fish tank along with very friendly helpful staff.

Ng siek lengThe hotel is near Mojia Street, and it's a 15-minute walk to Xiaguan Night Market! Breakfast was incredibly rich and varied! It's a shame they are so strict about the start time though. The door was locked until opening, so we had to stand outside and wait. We even missed breakfast on the first day because of this and had to leave hungry. It would be much better if they offered packed breakfasts for guests going on early day trips or catching early flights!

Guest UserThe hotel itself was generally fine and met our expectations for a short stay. The room and shower were clean, and the facilities were in good condition. Breakfast was also pretty good, with enough variety to start the day comfortably.
Service was okay, nothing exceptional, but overall professional and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the bus station, which made arriving and leaving easy.
The main downside is the location of the city itself. It’s quite isolated, and except for Chaka lake there is nothing to do. The surrounding area didn’t feel very pleasant to walk around at night, with not much to do nearby. That said, as a place to stay overnight, the hotel itself was perfectly fine and comfortable.

The decoration of the room is light and luxurious, the stairs are equipped with induction light belts, the glass guardrails are transparent and beautiful, and the atmosphere of the lights is directly full at night, and the photos are especially filmed. The second floor is a separate sleep area, separated from movement and quiet, and the rest is very quiet. The bedding is soft and comfortable, the blackout curtains are very effective, and I sleep until dawn. There is also a leisure area downstairs, whether it is a leisure seat or a simple office is very convenient. The overall is clean and tidy, the design is full, the stay experience is far more than ordinary rooms, it is not wrong to choose this one, and I will stay next time!
