LOVE the place !!! Good location, right next to the TMS cableway station..so whenever u took a cab/DiDi.. just let them know the cableway station you will find your way back. Next, the lady receptionists were AWERSOME!, Friendly cheerful, being greeted upon return. Help to make arrangement for car to transport me to WLY scenic area. One occasion without transport, I was pointed to take a shuttle bus from the bus station directly to the Canyon. Although there are no welcome drink, was greeted with water :) and some snacks...The inn provides *****s of notes to direct cust to various places too. Lastly end of my trip, I was treated a Vit C filled orange before I headed for the Airport...

I travel alone and I love living the local experience. This hotel met my expectations. 10 minutes from the train station by car. My room was small, rustic style. Clean room, with a small terrace to have a hot drink. It has good views of the super part of the waterfall. The bathroom is local style. When I arrived at the train station, they took care of taking me to the village and at the entrance I was able to buy the tickets to enter the town. The lady at the hotel reception was very kind to me. I would definitely come back.

A nice hotel and the lady at the front desk was charming and keen to please. Because one of our rooms wasn't ready, we were offered a complimentary upgrade to a balcony room which had great views. The hotel was a little bit difficult to find as non Chinese speakers, its on the 17th floor of the building and signage to get to the elevators to go up, and then find the hotel was a bit confusing. Signs in the elevators might have made this easier. Overall, a very pleasant stay with accommodating and friendly staff.

According to the travel plan, I checked into the ibis Styles Changsha Railway Station Subway Store that I had booked in advance on Ctrip. The front desk staff was warmly welcoming, and the check-in was quick and convenient. The family room with ensuite is very good! Complete supporting facilities! allowed to check in early at 10am which is much appreciated. communicated beforehand over wechat and arranged for free pick up from train station. upon arrival, a great lad managing the guesthouse invited me for some tea and small chat. also helped to arrange for a car to visit hong shi lin(red stone forest) and zuo long xia(sitting dragon canyon) at a reasonable price. gave me a lot of information about the scenic area and restaurant recommendations. room was in good condition, though a little dated but no issues at all during my stay. water heater working fine, the daily amenities provided, free bottled water, a little welcome fruit plate. the balcony with tea set and view into the scenic area was cool, although i didn’t get to utilise it. breakfast included and i had noodles and minced pork, some dumplings and some dragonfruit. simple and delicious. location is right outside the scenic area entrance and near restaurants. walkable to all scenic area points of interest.

The hotel located at a walking street. It is very convenient for everything. Super good for tourist. A little bit inconvenient for business travelers if you need a pick up. As the entrance is located at a small alley.. I like it as it is very unique.. Beside this, the front desk is super friendly and you can enjoy all kinds of local food.. This hotel is very good. The location is superb. The roo itself is also super good. It's a bit pricey but it's worth every penny you'll have to spend. The staff speaks limited English but everything is very good.

my room is facing airport at day time you can hear the take off and landing noise but I think is acceptable. But good thing the window is doubles door and at night the airport is less flight, so no problems to me. One of the receptionist M/s 曹敏 is very helpful and friendly. I am appreciate her services to me.

Great location, in front of the cableway station to Tianmen Mountain. The rooms were nice and clean. The hotel is not the only business in the building. So you'll find restaurants and travel agencies in the ”lobby”. But finding the front desk of the hotel was easy and the check in process went smoothly. The only confusing thing was that the English name of the hotel in the trip app didn't match the name on the front desk.

The hotel is perfectly situated for the visit to the Zhangjiajie mountain as it is right by the cable car station. The room is fine, the shower was lovely and the air conditioning worked well. The staff are friendly and really helpful, they helped to book tickets and bus for the night performance. They even provided a room for us to change our wet garments after the mountain even after we had checked out. The hotel reception is on the 10th floor of the building.

These are the top two hotels I have stayed in including B&Bs! The environment is very good, very clean, and the service is also very good. The child accidentally broke the water glass. I told the boss that we can pay for it, but the boss didn’t use it and we will pay for it! The bathroom is also very clean, and the sheets and quilt covers are very clean! As soon as the old man arrived, he said that his home was very nice and he was satisfied! I didn’t have enough accommodation. The original plan was to go to Nanmen to stay for one day. Then I took a taxi back and forth to Nanmen and stayed here. Next time I go, I will definitely book with him!

Had one of the best experience while travelling in China. The service is great, boss over there welcomes you with a welcoming special tea from local area. The staff guides pretty well with the route for Tianmen Shan. This was my 2nd day and boss was so kind to also invite us for a dinner at a local cuisine restaurant. Thanks to the hotel and the owner. Would definitely come here again and highly recommend to others :)

Great location, around 10mins walk from Zhangjiajie Forest Park. You can find local cuisines nearby. The host was super nice and helpful, he made a handmade map and booked us tickets with discounts. The room was clean and has a big windows. Overall great experience :) will come again fosho

The hotel's facilities are a bit old, probably because it has some history, but the surrounding environment is good, it is quite comfortable to stay at night, and it is relatively quiet. I personally like it very much.

Very good hotel , good location near cable car station. Staff at reception can speak some English and they try to help. Ji hotel is a good chain hotel in China. I found one near Changsha train station , staffs are very good help too.

quite a run down place without many amenities (no soap or hairdryer) the location however was perfect! right outside an exit to get to the train station there is also great food just beside with smelly tofu and local changsha noodles, while the convenience store in the lobby was good to stock up on some water and snacks as well

酒店位置很好， 五一廣場地鐵1號口出來就是， 給升級了榻榻米， 衞生總體還是可以的， 勝在位置😉 距離黃星街、太平街、IFS都很近， 暖風很足， 前台的小哥哥小姐姐， 服務都很熱情， 走的時候還有禮物贈送， 每天有免費粥，很是軟糯， 可以提供免費行李運送， 給酒店點贊👍

位於長沙市中心的長酒店，地理位置真的沒話説。太平老街的正對面，無論是去五一廣場還是國金中心，步行即可。 或許是網評大家對他的認可度很高，加上春節期間的房價定位，所以我的心理預期也較高。真實的體驗感就有了落差。 酒店的門頭不大，我們2點40到的時候，還被告知房間沒有出來。第一時間是有點不太舒服的。房間還在沒有入住的前一天，已經全額劃扣房費，也不理解為什麼還要繳納按金。全國各地無論是豪華型，星級、度假酒店住過這麼多，這種還是第一次見。 房間並不大，窗户外是老舊小區的屋頂，吵吵鬧鬧的小狗叫聲，完全不能開窗。朋友笑侃，這窗户打開怕是在貧民窟。廁所管道應該在返潮，有明顯的氣味，但是應該被香水或是消毒水壓過，很難聞的味道。 智能化的背投、馬桶、語音系統，應該還是受年輕人喜愛的。看了一下日常價格，才覺得合理。 不過，不太適合我。😂😂😂

The location of the hotel is very convenient! Downstairs is the Pozi Street street, diagonally opposite is the Fire Palace, children can go to Hisense Plaza, there is a playground, 298 yuan for one big and one small all day, you can go in after eating! There is also a cute pet paradise, but I didn't go this time. Don't be lonely in these two venues every Monday cleaning day! Although in the downtown area, it is still quiet after twelve o'clock! The service of this B&B is very good according to the online ratings. I booked a river view room. The room is quite big and I am very satisfied with the equipment and facilities. It has a smart toilet and curtains. The river view from the balcony is really beautiful. I like their terrace. Sitting and drinking tea, chatting, blowing the wind, and lingering.

Reserve a room for 3 people and 2 people. The room is very beautiful. There is a heater. The room is next to the water and has a living area. On the 3rd floor, there is no elevator. But the owner of the service carried the luggage and picked up the taxi and on the way back sent a taxi to the BTS station. The hotel is located in the shopping district. There are many restaurants. Near Rainbow Bridge

This hotel is right next to the Rainbow Bridge, only about 30 meters from Wanming Pagoda, for a very strategic location. The bottom of this hotel is a place to rent clothes for photography, so it will definitely be difficult to find this hotel for those who are staying for the first time. Our suggestion is to chat with the hotel owner so they can pick you up, because that's what we did. Overall everything was ok staying at this hotel, only we got a room on the 5th floor and no one helped us with our suitcases, and we had to climb the stairs to the 5th floor while carrying our suitcases. If we have the opportunity to visit Fenghuang again, it looks like we will just look for another hotel.

That was an amazing experience traveling to Fu Rong town. We particularly loved our accommodation called Tusi XuanFu hotel. We not only had a great experience but also received perfect hospitality. The hotel‘s host were passionate, considerate, and meticulous in their treatment of us. Additionally, you should have stayed there and had dinner, so that you wouldn't have missed out on the magnificent view of the waterfall. I strongly recommend it.

Nice location in the ancient street. Our room overlooked the river, and had a tea table in the balcony. Very serene and peaceful in the morning and evening. Tourist groups arrive after 2-3pm until sunset. That's when we can hear a lot of noise. Breakfast of the 'rice tofu' was very special. At other times of the day, the in-house restaurant also sells snacks and meals. Pickup and dropoff to the high speed rail station was very easy. Just confirm a few days in advance via Wechat or Trip.com chat function. They have very cute 'A Dai' branded vans, can easily recognized from the train station.

Furong Town is indeed very beautiful. It retains the traditional stilted houses of the Tujia people. Living in it feels like traveling through time and space. The store is a B&B with beautiful scenery. I stayed in a room with a balcony, which is even more beautiful after dark. The only drawback is that I need to carry my luggage a long distance, and the shop owner also came to help me carry it, which is really good. nice environment good service

We had an awful experience on arrival. We were offered upgrade but hotel people said they did not receive anything. Then Trip agent proceeded to ask if I can accept no upgrade out of no where… I mean if the upgrade cannot be fulfilled then don’t offer it a few days prior to our check in. We also figured that it is because the owner suddenly sold the room to someone else so the room that we were supposed to be upgraded to, wasn’t available. Eventually they did honour & they have to move the other person to another room as we were the one who were promised to get it first. All in all we did get our upgraded room as promised but it took almost an hour and it was so messy, wasted my time. Would I want to pay premium to waste my time like this? To be honest, no. Secondly, this is an inn like someone’s house. It is RIVER facing NOT waterfall facing. The pictures by other reviewers are so deceiving! They kept saying this is the actual view and posted some huge waterfall. But it’s not true. See MY pictures for the actual window view. The inn is located at the entrance so it’s definitely no where near that you can see the main waterfall! I’m taken aback because I chose a more expensive inn so I will be safer but turns out it’s just any other inn. We were anyhow thankful that the location itself is away further from the bar so it’s less noisier and eventually thank the host lady for settling us in. But if you are looking for waterfall view- this is not the place to go for.
