Great location! Not far from the city entrance. You can walk to many attractions from the hotel. The staff so welcoming and helpful. You can book a room with railway pickup service. She gave good recommendations and assist us finding car back to railway station. She even gave hair pin and snack for us to have on the early morning train. The room has some stains on the wall but everything else was clean. It was cozy with all necessary amenities. I wish I can rate more than 5 stars on service.

I loved my stay at the Mansion Inn Dream Mansion. My room was incredibly comfortable, with a stunning view of the cableway station, the city, and the beautiful mountains lining the skyline. The bed was exceptionally cozy, and the room was filled with adorable, thoughtful, and fun touches . From yummy snacks to high-quality skincare products, every detail was designed to make guests feel pampered and at home. The staff were so sweet and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure a wonderful stay, even allowing me to store my luggage after checkout so I could explore Tianmen Mountain. If you’re visiting Zhangjiajie, I can’t recommend the Mansion Inn Dream Mansion enough. The combination of comfort, ideal location, exceptional service, and great value makes this hotel a great pick.

Excellent stay at Eryatou Inn! The location is very convenient — a quick walk to the west entrance of Zhangjiajie park and right next to a night market where lots of stalls are selling food (our favorite was a steak stall that served steak, pasta, egg, and a drink for 19.9rmb right in front towards the left facing away from the inn). The hosts were so kind and helpful, helping us plan our days at the park depending on weather, and inviting us to eat sweet potatoes and drink tea in the afternoon/evenings with other guests. They also helped us book our park ticket package and the theatre performance at a discount. The rooms were spacious and clean, the beds were very comfortable, and shower was hot and had good pressure. Excellent value for the stay, we would stay again if we are ever in the area again!

One of the best stay we had during our trip. Everything was as advertised. Only downside was the there are no signboard for the hotel but they did have clear instruction in the chat. Slightly further away from the centre but it is cheap to sit didi there so it was not a concern. Recommended to stay!

This is an apartment building where different hotel operators take out different floors and we stay at the 10th floor facing the cable car base station (felt so safe staying here knowing where you should go for your journey to Tianmendong on the next day ). My room has a gorgeous view of the mountain ranges further away. It was such an awesome moment to watch an intense sunset with the sky turning from Orange to pink and yellow. Bedsheets and big towels were clean and comfortable On a separate note, I later realised those avatar peaks are all inside ZJJ national park some 1 hour away (separate zone). The famous Tianmendong near to this hotel turned out to be rather touristy and lesser iconic and I will choose to skip when I come back again

For the price we paid the Chun Pu room, it is not quite worth it. The cleanliness is not good, when we checked in, we noticed urine stains on the toilet bowl seat. I complained to thr boss and he wiped and clean with cloth without doing sanitiser. Then only I requested for sanitiser then he got it for me and I sanitised the toilet seat myself. Thr location of the hotel is good with good river view. The lady staff also nice to pick us from train station. That is a plus point.

Very near tianmen mountain entrance and convenient. Friendly and super helpful staff, the 2 ladies helped us connect to the WIFI as we do not have China number. They also helped me to dry my laundry as my clothes weren’t dry when I checked out, they offered to help dry it while I store my luggage and came back to dry clothes. They were also super informative and helpful with the attractions. SUPER FRIENDLY STAFF THANK YOU!!!!

The facilities are slightly old, the sheets are torn, the quilt is thick and uncomfortable, the bed is too soft and my back hurts when I sleep on it. The overall feeling is about three and a half stars. Fortunately, the service staff are attentive and considerate. They are kind enough to contact me to retrieve things after I leave them. Thank you very much, but the hotel really should Consider changing the bedding. The worst thing is that if the score is low, the employees will be fined. It’s a really disgusting company. Ctrip’s score is really worthless. I thought the score was not low and it should be comfortable, but the actual situation is different from the description.

Very nice homestay. The host was amazing and very proactive, providing us with a detailed itinerary and a map of Furong Ancient Town. We don’t speak Chinese, but that wasn’t a problem at all because we used an online translator. The place itself is very charming. You are always welcome to drink green tea, which is made by the host from his garden (and the tea is amazing). Our type of room felt a bit cluttered, so if you have a lot of luggage, that might be an issue. The bed was good, with nice linens and comfortable pillows. Breakfast was also very nice, and everything was fresh. Just keep in mind that the hotel is outside of Furong Ancient Town, but it’s situated just a couple of minutes from the main gate.

And also quite abit of other things to eat nearby. There are also a few foot spas in the area, which is really good for those with aching feet after a few days of walking. Do not patronise the nearest one to this location. Not really good and they will try to hard sell stuff. Room is clean and the aircon can change to hot. No lift in the building. Laundry available right outside the room. Shower is a hassle though. It goes from hot to cold and cold to hot. I tried for 3 days and it still defeats me. Overall a good stay for the price.

This hotel is very amazing. The location is the best, just only 1 min from Wuyi sqaure exit 1 by walk. The room was clean and comfy. The staffs were very helpful. So we recommended to others. And I will come back again next time. I love here!

Highly recommend this hotel 💯 Walking distance to Wuyi Square IFS Mall and have variety of food options outside the hotel 👍 would come back again

The room environment is very comfortable, the hotel front desk service is very good, and it is very quiet to sleep at night. The room is warm and comfortable, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and you can feel the whole body and mind relaxed as soon as you lie down. The surrounding transportation is also very convenient, close to various attractions and shopping centers, and convenient for travel.

Good room, got a free upgrade and the room is quite big for the price. Cleanliness can be better. I found hairs on the floor. The thing that is commendable and should be mentioned is the friendly staff, especially the lady at the front desk. She is so responsive and quick to solve problems.

This hotel’s service is exceptional. We got free coffee daily. To avoid the heat of Changsa, we used the hotel’s lobby for food delivery and eat at the long table over there. The staffs are young and super friendly and very supportive. Room decoration and facilities are modern and high tech. Highly recommend.

Room is clean and spacious. Nice interior and comfortable. However, Breakfast not much food to eat and the counter aunty is unfriendly. The food refill is very slow. And the soup noodle is not good.

Perfect hotel if you are arriving the airport late at night. Contacted the hotel upon arrival and they sent a Passenger Van to pick me up at the pick up point outside the arrival hall. Super good service. The hotel is less than 5 minutes drive from the airport. The room is VERY clean & comfortable and I don't hear any plane flying throughout the night at all. Advice is to skip the breakfast. The Metro to the city is just 10 mins walk from the hotel. Reached my next hotel location at 5-1 Square in about 30 mins. 

Really, I have been surprised by this hotel. I love it so much! It is located at a very convenient address, within walking distance to some of Changsha's attractions and subway stations, and downstairs is a very famous food street. Although it is located in a busy area, it is not noisy at all. The room is also very big and comfortable, well-equipped, and able to rest well. The counter staff had a good service attitude and even helped me upgrade my room for free😍 They also provided some travel tips and suggestions, 24-hour counter are manned, and laundry service is also provided. Moreover, check-in also gave some small snacks, all so delicious😋.Overall, very recommended to stay, really like it too! 真的有被这个酒店惊喜到，太喜欢了!!! 它坐落的地址非常方便，步行就可以到长沙一些景点和地铁站，而且楼下就是很出名的美食街。虽然坐落在繁华地段，但是完全不会吵。房间也很大，很舒服，设备齐全，能够很好地休息。柜台人员服务态度很好，还免费帮我升级房间😍 而且他们也提供了一些旅游攻略和建议，24小时柜台都有人，还有提供洗衣服务。入住还送了小零食，都好好吃哦。总的来说，非常推荐大家入住，真的太喜欢了！！

The service was amazing. The owners were so kind seeing that we had a young child with us. Breakfast was noodles and each time the amount was huge. Even gave us an extra small bowl for our daughter - one day they even gave her a banana and another day they gave her yogurt 🥰 The bed was very comfy and we slept like babies. The only part that needs improvement is the washroom. There was some mold probably because the shower door doesn’t close. There were massive gaps between the shower door and the glass wall and water just sprayed everywhere. Also the shower hand held handle was hot and cold so don’t use that one. The rain shower head was fine. We never got our hand drawn map despite me asking for one but they did help us buy tickets. Not sure if it was actually cheaper or not but it was convenient for them to help us. Bottled water, toothbrush, and a shower cap was provided. They changed our towels and threw out our garbage every day when we went out. Wonderful stay overall!

I had a fantastic stay at the Meiyi Light Luxury Hotel in Zhangjiajie. The Mountain View from my room was breathtaking, offering a perfect backdrop to unwind. Despite not speaking any Chinese, the staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, helping me arrange transport and providing excellent recommendations for local attractions. Their hospitality made my trip much smoother and more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Zhangjiajie!

One of the best hotel stays we have ever had in China. Amazing hospitality and the most delicious breakfast everyday. My girlfriend is a picky eater and she devoured their wonton soup. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The bed was very comfy and the view outside of the room was phenomenal. I came to Wulingyuan for all of the amazing hiking and scenery but every morning we wanted to relax in our room because of how cozy it felt. Staff was amazing, and even drove us to get food late in the evening instead of allowing us to call a taxi. He went over the best forest park routes for us and reccomended a great, affordable massage therapist. Ask for therapists #82 & #50. And one of the highlights of our stay that I believe emphasizes the caring nature of the family running the hotel is that the night we arrived, they rescued 2 baby kittens and created a place to shelter them. As animal lovers, we really appreciated that. Cant wait to return!

1) clean big room. Lobby has nice view. 2) good service. The hotel can help you booked the tickets for all the attractions without extra costs i.e. same as you buy from the tourist attraction spot directly. 3) walking distance to Wulingyuan national park i.e Avatar mountain. About 10 to 15 mins depending on how fast you walk. So u can be one of the last to leave the forest park. 4) walking distance to car/bus station which you can take bus to ZhangJiaJie Grand Canyon i.e. Glass Bridge.. About 8 to 13 mins depending on how fast you walk 5) surrounded by eateries and busy night street 6) by Singaporean standard

The highlight is the female staff, the only one who manned the counter. She was very helpful as she provided routes and advices for my visit to Wulingyuan and tips for other parts of China that i was visiting. Room was very clean but very small. Cosy for 2 nights stay. Hot water was good. Shower was strong. Surrounding was the food street, Mixue, Starbucks and KFC (international necessities) and about 200m away is Wulingyuan entrance. I will come back here to stay again.

It was a very satisfying trip to the ancient city, and the most important thing was the extremely high cost-effectiveness of the homestay we stayed in. The facilities are new, complete and very textured Very clean Very considerate service Very comfortable environment The location is very easy to find, close to attractions and parking lots, parking is very convenient. There is a hotel on the side of the road where you can park for free, and it is only a few hundred meters to the riverside store! It is only 50 meters away from Hongqiao, in the core scenic area by the river. Although I don’t live in a room with river view, you can see the river as soon as you go out! The night view is beautiful, in the center of the ancient city!

I took a long time researching and almost booked 2 other Instagram popular Minsu only to cancel and take this one instead. I am glad I did because this Minsu has the best view in whole of Furong Town! Many people make the mistake of wanting to stay right and close by the waterfall but the beauty of Furong Town is the wide landscape view of its ancient grounds and gorgeous waterfalls. As such, a view from a certain distance will be the most ideal and the most perfect. We simply love this accommodation! This Minsu is located by the entrance of the Furong Ancient Town. As you start your exploration into the town, you will be taken along multiple paths that will eventually lead you to the waterfall, as you walk through the trail and enjoy the waterfalls. Continue down and hike up into the cliff side steps until you see signages that point towards an exit. You will see some structures that is half built- walk up and then walk straight out and a left turn and you find yourself right back at the Minsu! The location is simply brillant ! We stayed in the 2 bedder suite and had such a wonderful time in the room enjoying the comfortable beds and the great view, we found ourselves lounging indoors most of the time only venturing for a bit outside when the weather was cooler. We will definitely recommend anyone to come and stay in this Minsu. Be sure to also have your dinner there , the food is good and views even better! You will not regret! The Minsu provides to and fro from the railway station , please add them in WeChat and arrange! They are very friendly !

We had a big room with a very big bed. The bathroom was big with a self-flushing toilet and toilet seat warmer! One wall of the room was just glass so we had a good view out, over some old roofs and windows, and a far view of lovely builidings on a hill. We had a long and narrow balcony with a view of the river, pagoda and bridges. Right below was the bustling street scene near the Hong Qiaio (Rainbow Bridge). The balcony has a couple of hanging bubble seats and even a small table and chairs. Just perfect for viewing the amazing night scenery and people-watch. (Based on an earlier review, we knew the noise stopped at 11.30pm so we had good nights' sleep). We were very comfortable and happy with our room. It was just a short walk from the shops outside the Ancient Town, so we could enjoy both sides of Feng Huang. The entrance to the hostel is hidden behind a costume rental shop, so it's a little tricky to find. The hostel also has a water dispenser for filling up water bottles. All I can say is the location is just the best for watching the comings and goings in the streets, with easy access for walking along the riverside, pagoda, bridges, viewing the performances on the river...yet near enough to pop into our comfy room to recharge.

Clean, helpful and friendly staff. Free drop off at the Furongzhen railway station. Good location, step out of the hotel straight to a row of shops/restaurants. Fantastic view from the room, however because theres a restaurant attached to the hotel can be quite noisy. Need to bring earbuds to sleep. However, for how expensive it is, found it a bit lacking in amenities, no fridge, there is a water filter system for drinking water in the room but it doesnt work. No coffee provided in room, only a paper cup with no spoon.

Location: Really nice hostel, located close to Wanming Pagoda. Around 10-15 mins walk from bus stop (A2). Room: Clean and cozy chinese style. Really ❤︎ Service: Great. I cannot find the hostel so a woman from hostel found me and took me to the hostel. She also gave me a map and recommended me the route to travel in whole Fenghuang ancient town. More info: I travelled to Fenghuang ancient town via tourist bus (A2) from Fenghuanggucheng railway station with 26' luggage. I can walk from bus stop to hostel.
