The location is great, very close to Luoyi Ancient City, and the surroundings are beautiful and quiet.
The B&B host was incredibly kind and thoughtful. They helped us hang our clothes to dry and even lent us their phone number to order takeout 📱.
Every day, there was hot coffee and milk tea available, and before we left, they even gave us a small gift. It was full of warm hospitality ❤️."

"The owner was really welcoming and provided excellent service. The guesthouse is super close to Luoyi Ancient City, just a few minutes' walk away, and there are tons of food options nearby. We even tried a hotpot place near the ancient city that the owner recommended. I actually suggested this place to a friend who's visiting Luoyang soon, but unfortunately, they were fully booked that day. The service was top-notch, and breakfast was delicious. Parking was a bit tricky, but if you let the owner know beforehand to reserve a spot at the back and then follow their instructions when you arrive, it's fine. Overall, it's a great place and I highly recommend it!"

"This is a good choice when I made my booking to an unknown city. Location wise so near to main attraction such as Louyang Ancient City. It does not sit exactly in the main street so you have to walk a bit roughly 200m inside. With luggage maybe found bit difficulty as uneven stone pathway to the hotel. Though this should not dampen your mood for staying here. I got ground floor. I guess those without balcony were given groud floor. It have high floor to ceiling window/sliding door facing the main pathway. Can't really open the curtain then everyone pass though will see you. Upper floor should not have this issue. There this side upright chair/cusyen where one can just sit and lounge around eating all the snack one just bought outside the street. TV is big I do not have time to watch any. I think tis the subscription version. All necessary amenities is available. 🤷 There's washing machine but only operational 10am to 10pm and I didn't have time to use it. Ground floor may have issue with sound as I can hear upstairs things moving around but I'm so tired from all day walk so this just temporary nuisance. All in all I highly recommend this place if the area you intended to visit is around the hotel."

"I have chosen this B&B many times. It is very comfortable to stay in. It is cost-effective, clean and sanitary. The service attitude is good. The projection equipment and other facilities are complete. I recommend everyone to stay here. The bed is also very comfortable! The hotel staff are very enthusiastic and make people feel very comfortable. The environment is also great. The most important thing is clean and sanitary. This price is really great value for money. The front desk No. 7 service staff was warm and thoughtful, and any needs could be met in time. "Located in the heart of the old city, the Shihe Hotel occupies a vast area with an extravagantly large parking lot. Staying here feels like stepping back into the 1990s municipal government guesthouse; a plaque at the entrance even reads ”Shihe Hotel Militia Company,” though I forgot to take a picture, which gives you an idea of the hotel's former prestige. Although it's a three-star hotel, it lives up to its reputation as a long-established hotel. The location is excellent, and the facilities are still complete, though a bit dated. However, the price-performance ratio is quite high; the room rate is reasonable, and parking is convenient and free. It would be even better if breakfast were included. Next door, there's a large sports field open to the public, where many people run, play ball, and exercise. The nearby Shihe Park is also very lively, making it very convenient for sightseeing in Xinyang."

XxynnerThis hotel really made my trip to Anyang. I went Anyang to visit the Yinxu Museum to meet the mighty female general/ consort/ oracle Fu Hao and her massive treasures in her tomb and I was not disappointed.
Junhao Hotel gave me an upgrade and the room was very lux. The heating was really good and the room felt toasty in the cold cold winter.
The room was super spacious, great beddings and even memory foam pillows. Toilet and toiletries were premium, extremely new and lux. Room was for smoking but there were no remnants of smoke smells, which is a huge achievement for hotels of China.
Decor in general is very Japandi / Scandi. Love it so so so much. Rooms are on high floors and the full length windows are a vibe.
Instead of TV, there's a projector over a cool projection screen, best part about it was that the TV subscription was premium.
The hotel is really new, some parts are still renovating (only about 3 months old) but they are good to operate. Didn't hear any constructions because I'm mostly out in the day time.
Hotel is overall very clean, staff are all very sweet and helpful, very pleased to have foreign guests.
I have a few feedback for the hotel to work on:
- many hotel guests were smoking in the lobby which I think it's common in China but good hotels normally don't allow common area smoking anymore.
- room sink drainage was blocked but I was too lazy to inform, but small issue for me.

The location is superb, just a few minutes' walk to the terminal, allowing for quick check-in and rest even with a late-night arrival. The bedding is soft and conducive to sleep. The 24-hour front desk service is attentive, and they also offer punctual wake-up calls and express check-out, which really helped me catch my early morning flight without any rush. The hygiene details are well-maintained, and there's plenty of hot water. It's my top choice for an overnight layover, and I'll definitely stay here again! 🌸🌸🌸

DDaria IvashchenkoGreat hotel. I liked everything from the room to the attitude of the staff. The room is very spacious, with a modern interior.
Everything is new and functional (without getting out of bed, you can turn on the air conditioner or close the curtains by pressing a couple of buttons). The room has a large bed with a warm blanket, a table with a sofa and panoramic windows overlooking the city.
The breakfast is delicious and hearty, the choice of dishes is quite large (I am not very good at using chopsticks, so I was pleased with the presence of forks, this is the only hotel out of ten hotels in China in which I lived, which provided them).
The staff is very helpful. The sociable and friendly hotel manager, with whom we had a very pleasant conversation. Thanks to the girls at the reception who helped me call a taxi to the train station and find a taxi in the parking lot. I arrived at the hotel at eight in the morning and was immediately checked in, which is a huge plus for the hotel (in many cases, you have to wait for the check-in time).
There are suggestions: make a towel hook in the shower or next to it. When you go to the shower, you have nowhere to put a towel except on the toilet. And there are sockets in the room only for Chinese standard plugs, but not for European ones, do this at the reception so that the adapters are sold or you can rent them

JJiandanjiandanaiThis guesthouse is super close to Shaolin Temple, making it very convenient for getting around. The rooms are clean and tidy, and they even provided complimentary snacks and fruit. It's quiet at night, so we had a very comfortable stay. The two handsome guys and pretty girls at the front desk were incredibly enthusiastic and thoughtfully shared travel tips and strategies for the attractions, making us feel very welcome. They even drove us to and from the Shaolin Temple scenic area. The guesthouse offers free foot massages and foot soaks, and there's also a card room and a tea room. After a tiring hike, it was great to relax with a foot soak and some tea. There's a restaurant on the first floor, which was very convenient for meals. The landlady cooks herself, and her culinary skills are amazing! She even carefully asked about any dietary restrictions, which made me feel so warm inside. I never expected such high-end, personalized service, just like a private restaurant, where she cooked exactly the light-flavored dishes I wanted. Every staff member at the guesthouse was friendly and welcoming, making our stay incredibly comfortable.

JJuujuuHuUpon arrival, I was amazed on how quiet and clean the space were, took countless photos and couldn't dare to mess the space up, but I had to. It was such a lovely welcome with a flower (fake) on the bed, such a nice prop if you plan to take pictures with the lovely soft light coming from the window.
Location is very convenient, close to the metro and buses, being right at the entrance of the 丽景门, going places was ideally. Foods and milk tea stores were downstairs less than 5min walk away. 15-20min you would had reach the end of the night market from the hotel.
The room was clean and neat. If solo travel or couple traveller, it would be least of an issue, but if travelling with your friend, I must say the main door to the bathroom do need a little cover up as it is just a glass door. The bed was comfy, the pillow was the right height and firmness. I love the big space that's worth the price. I felt so space in this little hotel, the owners were so kind and friendly, vey lovely service too.
In conclusion: i would come back here when I'm in Luoyang again.
