"I stayed at Dunhuang Yuntian International Hotel for two nights from August 23rd to 25th, and I absolutely have to give it a rave review! I took the train from Lanzhou to Dunhuang. I had informed the hotel of my train number in advance, and to my surprise, they arranged a complimentary pick-up service. As soon as I exited the station, I saw the driver holding a sign waiting for me, and he even helped carry my luggage to the car. This start alone earned them major bonus points. The hotel's location is truly unbeatable, right next to Shazhou Night Market, just a few minutes' walk away. In the evenings, after exploring the night market, enjoying some BBQ, drinking apricot peel water, and buying souvenirs, I could just stroll back to the hotel. No need to worry about finding a taxi or walking too far. The bus to Mingsha Mountain stops right at the entrance, and a taxi to Mogao Grottoes only takes about ten minutes, making it super convenient for sightseeing. I chose a room with a humidifier. Dunhuang is naturally dry in August, and with the humidifier on, sleeping was so much more comfortable; I didn't wake up in the middle of the night with a dry throat. The mattress was a zero-pressure type; you just sink into it, and I slept incredibly well. The hot water came on quickly, and the vanity thoughtfully provided disposable facial towels, which is a nice touch for women. The front desk staff were also very friendly and check-in was fast. Breakfast starts at 7 AM and includes freshly ground coffee, yogurt, fruits, and local snacks. It's great not to have to go out hungry early in the morning looking for food, especially useful for those heading to Mogao Grottoes early. Overall, for this price, to stay in the city center with pick-up service, a rich breakfast, and a clean, comfortable room, the value for money is truly high. I genuinely recommend this place for solo travelers or those bringing family to Dunhuang. I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

The front desk staff were warm and attentive, making check-in and check-out quick and easy. The location is superb, convenient for both getting around and finding places to eat. "It's a narrow lobby with just a receptionist on her computer handling all the work. There's only a lift to get to the upper floor rooms. The room space and toilet is adequate and clean. Beds are comfortable. The location is good and is walking distance to the Bell Tower and the Food Street."

"Facilities: Clean, with a faint tea scent in the rooms. Environment: Everything is neat and clean. Room and bathroom facilities: All feel high-quality. There are two luggage rooms and a dressing room, which is really convenient for ladies. The bathroom is very spacious, with an excellent three-partition wet/dry separation. The restaurant is on the 28th floor, offering distant views of the mountains. Lanzhou West Station is fully visible. It's close to the station; after exiting, cross the circular skybridge and one traffic light to get there on foot. The female chef at the noodle station during breakfast was very patient and enthusiastic, making for a pleasant experience."

"I booked this hotel last minute for a business trip, and it exceeded my expectations. First, the location is super convenient, right on Zhangye Road and very close to the subway station, so getting around was a breeze. The front desk staff handled check-in and check-out incredibly fast, which is a huge plus for business travelers on a tight schedule. The overall decor is simple yet elegant, and the cleanliness was impeccable."

"Great location for fast layover going to/from the Lanzhou International Airport and 兰州新区 railway station. Fast check-in and check-out, all essential amenities in the room, including a kettle and a mosquito repellent plug-in. Chinese-style breakfast was in a restaurant outside. There were only two minor inconveniences. First, the self-flushing toilet wasn't flushing automatically unless you specifically leaned over it (simply standing up didn't work). Second, only 2 large bathtowels were provided, no small ones (for face and hands). Otherwise, everything was perfect."

"They offer a free 24-hour airport shuttle service, and it's less than a 10-minute drive. The front desk proactively calls to remind you of your shuttle time for the next day, which makes connecting flights incredibly stress-free. Upon check-in, the front desk staff asked about smoking preferences and prioritized assigning a non-smoking room. The bedding in the rooms is changed and thoroughly disinfected after each guest, the floors and surfaces are clean, and all disposable amenities are fully stocked. The staff are all warm and polite."

"The hotel was new and clean, with no unpleasant smells. The staff were also very welcoming and even gave us a souvenir when we left. Thumbs up! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Wuwei…"

"The hotel is indeed very new. I'm a bit of a clean freak, but I didn't find any problems; the hygiene was excellent. Because I'm quite sensitive to cold, someone immediately came to help me when I asked for an extra blanket, and even thoughtfully adjusted the air conditioning. I don't know the staff member's name, but I'm very grateful to this lovely lady. There was a bit of noise due to renovations, but they proactively upgraded my room and even gave me complimentary breakfast. The front desk staff were very polite upon check-in, and the breakfast restaurant staff were very welcoming, recommending the xiaolongbao (soup dumplings), which were delicious 😋. I left some snacks in my room and even received a thank-you call from the hotel. Overall, I was very happy 🥳. It's a great choice; there are many places to eat nearby, and you can even order takeout from the mall. There's a wheelchair accessible, which was very helpful for my heavy suitcase. I didn't take many photos because I was in a rush, but looking back, this experience deserves a good review!"

"Staying at this hotel was fantastic! It's located in the city center, right next to the night market and main road, making shopping incredibly convenient. The only downside is that they only offer airport pick-up service, not drop-off. Since they already offer pick-up, I hope they can add a drop-off service."
