Everything perfect! Clean and comfort. The location is very good. We enjoy the breakfast, it changes the menu everyday. They provide everything you need.

amenities were adequate, room itself was clean but there were many Corners that havent been cleaned in a while. shower Doors didnt fully work, showerhead was either broken or has really low water pressure. staff was lovely! unfortunately it was really loud, there was construction work going in in the morning and u can hear everything people talk about in the hallway. it also takes forever waiting for the elevator to get down/back into the hotel

The location is perfect. You are surrounded by restaurants, shops and it’s walkable to some of the big tourist attractions. There is also a metro station a sort 5 minute walk from the hotel. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet so easy to get a good nights sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only negative to the hotel is that it’s in a shared building that only has 2 elevators. One of which only goes up the first few floors that includes the hotel reception, but the room I was on was on the 29th floor which only 1 of the elevators reached and you could often wait a long time for it to arrive. Other than it could do with extra elevators the hotel is a great base to explore the city. The location couldn’t be much better.

This hotel is very convenience to walk to Chongqing attractions the hotel location is opposite of Hey tea and Starbucks and you can walk from 5A exit xiaoshizi to the hotel (but dont have elevator or escalator in the final step for5A exit of CRT but you can reach it with the big baggages up to short stairs) the staff is very nice i asked xiaofu staff of the hotel for cosmetic shop and wholesale clothing shopping mall he can find the answer too. All staffs are very polite and helpful If i wiil back to Chongqing i will stay here again surely i recommend to you...guys it s value for your money

I was having my 1st trip in ChongQing and this was my 1st stay ever at this city. At first we got lost (not really lost) due to langguage barrier in noticing the hotel name in pinyin mandarin. However, as I previously contacted the hotel, the hotel staff called 柚子assisting me to reach the hotel which was already behind us haha. Pay attention to Q bakery because the hotel is right behind this bakery and the lobby was in 18th floor. I like the ambience of this hotel. The room is spacious enough for us and our big luggages. The staff is helpful and accommodating. It is cool outside so air conditioner might not be needed in this winter trip. However i am not sure if it is in summer. Overall, I recommend staying here for your winter trip in Chongqing.

super pretty room and service was exceptional as well. there isnt a telephone in the room but you can contact the front desk via wechat. front desk is super resposnive with my enquiries and would regularly check in on me. i love that the hotel is located near to many attraction areas, super convenient! would definetely come back again to stay here and highly recommend to everyone considering!

Had an enjoyable stay earlier, so we came back to stay after returning to Chongqing from another city. The room continues to be spacious and clean, there is also daily housekeeping. There are many channels to watch from the TV.

The hotel staff has a very good service attitude, very polite and serious. There are not many types of food, but the taste is acceptable. The location is very close to the city, only a few minutes away. The hotel has a car for pick-up, which is very convenient

We like our stay at this hotel in Chongqing. The experience was incredibly comfortable, and the management was well-organized. The staff were sweet, friendly, and always helpful. The environment is cozy. Our room was spotlessly clean, and all daily necessities were provided. We book this hotel again when we return to Chongqing !

The room was really spacious and clean and had a great view. They tea set, the bed was comfy and IT Has great location - just a four minute walk from metro station. That are all the pros. The staff was very unhelpfull. They didn't know a word in English, if we needed something from them, we had to use translator on our own phone,use another phone to make photo of this translations and send to them via WeChat. They couldn't even translate simple question asked in English via WeChat. The iron wasn't available when we needed it, when it was finally available we had to register and pay a deposit to get it. The breakfasts aren't good. You have three options to choose but all of them were quite poor and everyday the same. The restaurant we were supposed to have breakfast in was so cold we wanted to sit in the corner where it was a little warmer. The lady who worked there told us we couldn't sit there as that table didn't belong to the restaurant. We asked her to close the window but she refused. So we ordered breakfast to our room. The next day we ordered breakfast to our room at 8.00 but it wasn't delivered until 8.45 after writing to the reception and reminding them... Also when we booked this room on Trip.com there was only one breakfast available -meaning only one person of the room could get it. For the breakfast for second person we had to pay extra. Moreover, we booked a room with a view on 37th floor. As the matter of fact, the hotel reception is located in that floor but they have rooms available on different levels. They said they prepared a room for us on 5th floor. We accepted the room and it had a good view, but the information on the website is wrong and you can get confused. Also, the building where the hotel was located was still in renovation, some lifts weren't working, you could see some men doing construction work from 9 am. I can recommend the room but I don't recommend the hotel and the staff, maybe if you are native it is easier, but for a foreigner it was really confusing and inconvenient.
