Fiz o check-in na noite do dia 20/5/24 e o chuveiro estava com pouca pressão de água, impossibilitando meu banho. Já tinha desfeito as malas e me acomodado, estava exausto e resolvi dormir, deixando para tomar banho na manhã seguinte, ao sair para o trabalho. Entretanto, não havia água corrente na manhã seguinte. Conclusão: fui trabalhar sem tomar banho e sem escovar os dentes. Gostaria de ser reembolsado com um voucher para ter a oportunidade de me hospedar uma noite em um quarto com água no chuveiro em uma segunda oportunidade. A recepcionista me informou que é comum acontecer porque o quarto era em um andar alto. Que eu deveria, na próxima oportunidade, pedir um quarto em andar baixo. Por que a recepção encaminha hóspedes para andares altos, então? Deveria interditá-los para evitar esse desserviço.

Pros: good location, if you looking for beaches without crowds. Relatively close to mais attraction, however Uber super affordable. People friendly and welcoming. Close some grocery and market shops, few places to eat out. Rooftop swimming pool view.
Cons: hotel is crying for refurb, not every room has safe box, when requested they never brought, main door, lift is disaster specially when hotel crowded you need to wait ages, bed, mattress, pillows need to be changed, no drinks in fridge, however I was asked at check out if I consumed something. Breakfast on top floor and small space for amount of people. No hangers in wardrobe.

O hotel possui uma excelente infraestrutura, é muito bem organizado, e os funcionários são extremamente solícitos. A cama é confortável, o ar condicionado funciona perfeitamente, e a experiência geral foi muito positiva. Alguns pontos, no entanto, poderiam ser melhorados. Por exemplo, a programação de sábado à noite poderia ser mais animada, como incluir música ao vivo. Durante minha estadia, ocorreram brincadeiras na beira da piscina, como bingo e ”Qual é a música?”, mas algo mais sonoro poderia tornar a experiência ainda melhor.
Nos quartos, um aspecto que merece atenção é a iluminação. Fui com meu bebê, e para cuidados durante a madrugada, senti falta de uma iluminação indireta, como um simples abajur ao lado da cama. Isso teria sido bastante facilitado, evitando o uso da lanterna do celular. Fora esses detalhes, a estadia foi maravilhosa. Com certeza voltarei outras vezes!

Very nice and beautiful hotel, huge pool with perfect sea view. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Negative points: the room we got was very small, but the bathroom was very big and the shower was cramped, but it met our needs. We had a great time at the hotel.

GGuest UserGostamos bastante do Resort. Café delicioso e com muitas opções. O que não gostamos foi que as piscinas estavam extremamente geladas. Piscinas enormes e vazias porque ninguém conseguia entrar ou ficar muito tempo. Fomos no mês de Julho, apesar de ser mês chuvoso, estava ensolarado, mas independente disso, poderiam criar estratégias de aquecimento da água. Outro ponto negativo é que o espaço de jogos é muito pequeno e com 1 opção de cada jogo. Resort grande demais para termos que ficar na fila esperando jogar alguma coisa.

* good breakfast opening at 6:30am sharp (doors are locked before then), with lactose-free milk and gluten-free options
* okay pool area (no greenery though)
Cons:
* the A/C was weak, but after running it for one day the room was sufficiently cool (you do need a card in the slot during that day...)
* no ”Do not disturb” sign to hang onto the doorknob
* the desk in the room was small and very annoying for laptop work (round, glass)
* the chairs in the room were not comfortable at all
* out of all the staff, only one front desk person spoke English
* no laundry facilities
* no business room
* old slow elevator
* window didn't insulate from the street noise that well, but I used 33 dB NRR earplugs to block the noise that came through; there are also many rooms that don't face the street
* the front gate didn't open automatically with my key; had to wait for staff to open it; other times it was left open

RRuslanOutstanding service by the people who’s working here. They’re made sure I’m aware and familiar with everything at the hotel and showed real care about my well-being. Hotel location just across the beach and even some people saying it’s not good beach I’ve have a good time. There is everything you need around the hotel, supermarkets, small shops, pharmacies etc. Uber easy take you to main tourist attraction within 20 min ride and it’s cheap. Breakfast is like in most hotels whoever very good quality and presentation. Really happy with stay. Highly recommended.

HHayley NinaWe absolutely loved our stay at Vale Verde Praia Hotel. It is in a fantastic location, close to the beach, and our rooms were cleaned daily. The breakfast was also extensive considering what we paid, we felt the stay was brilliant value for money. The best part of the stay was the fantastic reception staff who made additional effort to converse in English with us and who checked every day that our stay was okay. Would recommend!

GGuest UserGreat stay, excellent service. We live in this world and perfection is only in heaven. The only things that could have bothered us were the air conditioning not cooling down on the second day of our stay and the bath towels provided were actually face towels. We could have been upset about this and even complained, certain that the problems would be promptly resolved by the hotel's excellent service team, but we went on our trip ready to enjoy a calm, peaceful and God-blessed weekend, without anything that could disturb our peace and tranquility. And so it was, Glory to God and thanks to the hotel staff for the days we stayed.

Bring your own water because the water at reception is very expensive but unfortunately there are no fridges in the rooms to keep your water cold. Hotel has a small nice rooftoop pool. The breakfast has decent varity and they will make you a fresh tapioca or omelette

However, the hotel urgently needs renovation, the bathroom drain is blocked, and the sink tap doesn't close properly.
But the worst thing is the smell of garbage near the pool and on the side of the hotel.
