The hotel was rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was courteous and professional. Check-in and check-out was efficient and quick. The airport shuttle ran frequently and was reliable.

The environment is ok, but there is no shuttle bus in the afternoon. You need to take a bus from the airport. There is a train station within a 15-minute walk from the hotel and you can quickly reach the city. It is convenient and the service is good. There is no comment in the area. Unbearable

Good location, right on the side of the highway. The price is real and the breakfast is plentiful.

As a regular visitor to Campanile in Vilvoorde I can only say that the food was magnificent. I stay in Campanile every couple of months for business and when Elvira is cooking in the kitchen the food is always amazing The hotel rooms could do with a a refurb and new mattress but the staff are always welcoming and make the stay enjoyable. The hotel is about 5-6 minutes drive from Brussels Airport. The hotel environment is general, but free parking is available at the door. Next to the hotel is the train track, the noise is relatively loud, and the sound of the plane taking off and landing is relatively loud. The hot water is OK, and the sleep is OK.

The hotel breakfast is good, the dinner is average, not recommended, there is no lunch, and there is no restaurant nearby, it is recommended to come back after eating in the city. About shuttle bus. Go down to the 1st floor, zone E, wait for the shuttle bus, and the timetable will be attached. I didn't wait, I took a taxi directly, and it was in the early 10 euros, which was acceptable. It's not easy to take a taxi nearby, there is 272 when you go out, swipe your credit card when you get on the bus, and transfer to the subway after 272 when you get to the city, you can go to many places. The hotel is close to the motorway and is well found. From outside look very stylish. A small shop as well as Starbucks and BurgerKing are integrated. All was clean, the service people were friendly. Man spoke English. The only but serious minus - the climate facility, so no window that could have been opened. It is not for claustrophobicians or people who are easily cool in climate facility. However, the price is okay. The hotel is also accessible, so it is also suitable for wheelchair drivers.

I have stayed in the IBIS Leuven Centrum on business several times. The location is central, within walking distance from the train station and the town, along with the business district. The rooms are not large, but are a good size for a short stay in the heart of the beautiful city of Leuven. Basic and sleek design meets exceptionally clean presentation, and the service is excellent - friendly housekeepers too, and their standards are high. Breakfast is very good, particularly for the price point. The hotel itself is not noisy, but people coming and going can be heard (particularly if they are speaking loudly) and it is possible to hear the TV's from other rooms if their volume is on high, nevertheless the beds are VERY comfortable and I have always slept well here. I look forward to returning on my next trip.

I used to stay in a luxury hotel in Southeast Asia and felt very ordinary when I first stayed. It wasn't until I moved to the next ibis that I found out how luxurious this hotel is! Safflower needs a green leaf lining! Next door Ibis is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! No facilities, the beds are gray! breakfast! ? Laughing personally.

We were 6 adults staying at the Lodge for a weekend to visit Leuven. The rooms were above the reception area and check in was very straight forward. We enjoyed an excellent breakfast with lots of variety. The staff were also very helpful in the bar area in the evenings. The hotel is a 25/30 min walk from the Oude Markt which was ideal for us. I would certainly recommend this hotel to others.

Worst experience ever. Booked it for 2 nights. Dropped our bags and had to leave directly for another appointment. When we came back at the end of the evening we saw the poor maintenance and cleaning. Packed our bags and moved to a hotel which could help us out (after 23h). Next morning shot some photos of the appartments which are certaintly not fit to be rented out. After calling the assistance we handed in the Keys before check in time. Ultimately, only received back our rent for 1 night, not even stayed there. Explanation was that it could not be rented out for that Day (ofcourse not true because keys were handed in before check in time). Conclusion: zero understanding and in short they just scam people with renting out these dangerous ruins. Be warned and do not book with BE.housing.

Prima studio! Fijne bedden en ruimte genoeg met een baby erbij :) Locatie is perfect, midden in het centrum. Helaas was de lift tijdens ons hele verblijf defect waardoor we de kinderwagen telkens de trap op en neer moesten tillen. Dit was niet fijn.

De kamers zijn netjes maar piepklein. Voor die prijs verwacht je iets meer ruimte. Wij zaten er op frisse en regenachtige dagen maar ik vraag me af wat een broeikast het er moet zijn op echt warme dagen. Een raam open zetten is geen optie want ongeacht welk uur van de nacht, altijd is er lawaai op straat. Het ontbijt is karig. Daar wordt duidelijk op beknibbeld. Nog nooit zo een slecht roerei geëten. Smaakt naar niets.....wellicht van eierpoeder gefabriceerd. Broodjes kwamen niet van de bakker maar vanuit de diepvries opgewarmd in de oven. Maar één soort koffiekoeken die wellicht al diverse malen werden opgewarmd. Weinig keuze in broodbeleg...hesp, salami en kaas. Dat was het. Te zurig smakende koffie. Kortom, een ontbijt te schraal voor de 185 euro die je betaalt voor een overnachtig. Dan zwijg ik nog over de ongezellige ontbijtruimte waar totaal geen moeite is gedaan om die wat warmer aan te kleden. De betrokkenheid van het personeel is zeer matig. Weinig gemotiveerd. Eén klein voorbeeld (of beter twee), op het moment dat de ontbijtzaal volloopt gaat de ”ontbijtzaalverantwoordelijke” doodgemoedereerd samen met de receptionist een sigaretje roken op straat, de gasten aan hun lot overlatend. Bij het afrekenen bij vertrek zit de receptionist languit met zijn voeten op tafel achter de balie, ijverig tokkelend op zijn smartphone. Wij waren eerder al in een hotel van de Lodge-groep ( 'Herenmolens in Aarschot) en daar werden we met dezelfde desinteresse van het personeel geconfronteerd. Eén goede raad : zoek je een hotel in Leuven in deze prijsklasse, ga dan naar het Begijnhofhotel waar men weet wat klantvriendelijkheid is. En mijd hotels van de Lodge-groep.

Kamer op de bovenste etage, waar ik met mijn 1.68 mijn hoofd meermaals stootte aan het schuine plafond. Geen koffie/thee faciliteiten op de kamer en badkamer was erg basic (zeg maar gerust verouderd). Vanuit de kameringang kwam je in de badkamer, waarna je nog weer extra een trap op moest naar het bed. Veel geluid vanuit de stad, maar dat is te verwachten. Glutenvrij ontbijt was erg teleurstellend, 4 droge glutenvrije boterhammen en een klein cakeje. Terwijl het buffet verscheidene broodsoorten, koeken in overvloed had en we weken voor ons bezoek hadden gevraagd om een glutenvrij ontbijt. Nog nooit een hotel gehad die het zo teleurstellend aangepakt had. Prijs van bijna 100 euro was deze kamer absoluut niet waard.
