Before using this, I activated roaming on my phone from a network in Thailand, but when I arrived in China, I encountered problems that they couldn't resolve. However, after buying this eSIM, not only did it solve my internet problems, but it also allowed me to use the internet in China very quickly and cheaply. Easy to download and signal is good. Only con is it my esim stopped working for a whole day and I had to contact customer support via wechat and WhatsApp. Customer support was slow and I had to wait for the next day to get assistance

I used this in KL, Bangkok and Shanghai. Overall the signal was ok. Sometimes we do get a drop out but it’s not often. We managed to use all social media platforms with this eSIM at Shanghai. Only thing is if you want to hail a ride you’ll need a number for it in china.


